How come they just raised the A/S by over 1Billion shares? Not good.

Can someone direct me to Sunlogics' financials? What exactly is the company paying roughly $10mm for?

This guy was dead on....

Here we go - next stop is .055
Here we go - next stop is .055
We'd be: "THUNDERSTRUCK!", lol
A little Terminator 3D news and we'll see a double from here...
Might as well buy a few :)
I don't think it's available on Netflix until 1/25/2011. Sony wants it to hit shelves for a month before it's available streaming to maximize revenue.
Got my copy of Twelve at Best Buy, Wayne, NJ this morning. 1 copy left. Clerk said they get new deliveries on Thursdays and Mondays.
That's one of the best chart videos I've seen. Never mind how strong TDGI's chart actually is.
What does VTSI get for a full blown simulator? Somewhere around $200K? Plus recurring support revs?
This is HUGE, imo.
Weren't they dumping in the low 2's? Probably not 'investors' you would want to follow.
Looks like we'll soon be back in penny land. More DF news?
I'm guessing one or more of the following things are about to be announced:
1) T3000 deal a go
2) $$ numbers for "Twelve" pre-order to distributors
3) Library valuation audit complete
Good find imawswami! They're not producing a new product in hopes someone will like it, that's for sure. Expecting orders on all fronts to be announced 'soon'.
Who ever heard of a profitable and growing Pinksheet company? lol I guess the market likes companies that dilute the heck out of their shareholders and lose money every quarter.
We're trading at a 12 month running PE of 7.5 - a little news and a little attention and this will be a double.
This undiscovered gem won't stay that way for long. Everyone tell two people about the stock, and have them tell two people :)
We need some new eyes on this one.
Traded almost 1mm shares today - the highest in a long time.
Volume precedes price movement.
Good find papa!
"experimenting with several vehicles, and actually getting some consistent results--fuel-economy improvements to the tune of 10 to 12 percent on diesel trucks pulling trailers."
Just an FYI: IWEB traded $3mm worth of shares in the month of October.
Lucky paying his bills and selling $150K worth is not at all significant.
Once we break 3, fuggetaboudit
I'd have to agree with you. I think most of the flippers that bought up in the .0003-.0004 range already exited on the recent high volume days we had after the shareholder letters were released.
This should clear the path for a quicker move up.
Even better, we're already profitable and expecting profits next year in the $5mm-$6mm range.
haha - go grab a cup of coffee and prepare for the ride.
The great thing about this PR is that almost all revs generated by communication company's are recurring.
Anyone think we'll see a share buyback program initiated within the next few months?
Up it to 1,000,000 shares and see if you get represented on LII....
Your trade size has to be a minimum of 5000 to be shown on level II
How many shares and at what price? I can check LII on my brokers.
2's getting eaten up again today. Something coming up next week?
Shares could be getting tight over the next few trading sessions. Let 'er churn. 5's are not far off.
That's the one. Bad terminology on my part.
It's also filed on www.otcbb.com - search VTSI and then click filings.
Yup - cash is king in this environment.
A good balance between using it to grow the company and having some on hand for a rainy day is ideal.
Oh yeah, and how about a share buyback program? Throw a few $100K a quarter at taking some of the float off the market.
That's the best way to increase shareholder value. Call it the reverse Dutchess effect, lol.
BTW - if you haven't read the last 10Q, take the time to do so. It's very detailed and shows how far the company has come. We're at a turning point here.
I believe you are correct. One of the company execs bought the land through a separate company (or personally) and will transfer it to VTSI (at cost) once the IRS is paid off. I think details are in the last 10Q.
Agreed. It's a smart business decision to pay these off as slow as their agreement with the IRS allows. It's essentially a cheap (or free) loan.
Regardless, they had over $800K in the bank end of last quarter, so $75K is a non-issue for me.
Not only do the technicals look good, but the fundamentals do as well.
VTSI is trading at a PE of 8 based on trailing earnings. A more reasonable PE should be 20.
Even at a conservative PE of 15, the stock should be priced around .15
That assumes no future growth.
IMO, they will crush it this quarter with all of the new sales and L3 Communications deal.
Dutchess is gone (I personally believe they have no shares at all), and VTSI's inherited back tax should be gone too.
No debt, quickly growing and $800K in the bank. I'm taking that to the bank.
Volume has been 3x normal the last two days and a few 3's just went through. Something up?
Power Etrade still doesn't have this news.
Yes, anyone that read the subsequent events section in the last 10Q and saw how much cash on hand the company has knew it was just a short matter of time before Dutchess was paid off.
VTSI could have paid Dutchess off sooner (and they also could pay off the IRS sooner), but contractually they didn't have to until the tranches came due. Smart move on management. Free loan.
The contracts in this PR equate to about $450K in revs (someone correct me if I'm wrong). At 50%+ margins, that's some nice change for one deal.
More importantly, the US Army is no small institution the last time I checked.
