Yup - cash is king in this environment.

A good balance between using it to grow the company and having some on hand for a rainy day is ideal.

Oh yeah, and how about a share buyback program? Throw a few $100K a quarter at taking some of the float off the market.

That's the best way to increase shareholder value. Call it the reverse Dutchess effect, lol.
