CYOS...I don't think it is a pos, and even if it is, you just need to sell before the others dump.
CYOS..Great news...bleeping MM won't even fill any of my bid which was above the ask!
I can't even get my order filled above the ask!!!
Interesting that the pps started to fall RIGHT AFTER the microcap investor summit that CEO Wright presented at (3/24). So, what do you think is happening:
1) He sucked, pps drops.
2) Venture Capital Vultures & MM snakes seek long-term opportunity and make effort to lower price to buy up shares.
3) No news, concern over 5,000,000 warrants for MOBL shares in the DAVL deal.
4) ????
PS..Anyone have information on the terms (e.g., strike price, dates, etc) of the DAVL warrants?
Let the price fall, that's just a better opportunity for longs to buy some more. imho
NEWS!!!! (VERY GOOD NEWS TOO) imho

I think I will wait a few days to buy more; risky though, if more news comes out before a small sell-off can occur. Wish I got more yesterday.
GLTA,
Dino
If MM's wanted this to run, they would have opened up the spread. jmo
I'm sure that the MM's will do all they can in the next few days (probably after a run) to push the price down as low as possible. Why? So they can buy as much as possible b/c they know it's going to go up, way up in the future. I actually hope they can be successful in doing this, so I can also get more shares from nervous nellies and short-termers.
Dino
Thanks...I just went and edited my message...lol
Best Brokers for Pennies????
Who do you use that is GOOD for pennies? I have ETRADE and 1/2 the time I can't buy at the ask and the other 1/2 of the time I can't sell at the bid! Of course, it's the MM's jacking me around, but maybe they treat customers of other brokers better than they seem to those of us w/ ETRADE.
TIA,
Dino
Any opinions on HOD???
TIA,
Dino
Besides asking about the origins of the emails, did he address any shareholder concerns? If he did, is there anything that you are comfortable sharing?
TIA,
Dino
PTSC...Any longs??? I got 20,000 shares at .08 now I wish I had bought a lot more. I originally purchased just to flip around .11, but after looking into the stock, I may add more on dips and hold long-term.
Any thoughts?
TIA,
Dino
PS..I flip some, and try to buy certain stocks on dips, stocks like GTEL, MOBL, NEOM, EZTO
Your guess seems reasonable. The PR that will get everyone's attention is the one that gives a set date for the launch and states that FAA/AF/ect have all signed off and given approval. That is why the pps has not jumped on this press release, imho.
Does anyone have information regarding AS/OS/Float/etc?
TIA,
Dino
PS...Seems like it has HUGE potential
I was referring to DICUT.
Let's hope GXXL turns out better. 'Nuff said.
Of course I've made mistakes, tons of them. But I try not to pump stocks. I do try to ask questions and be open-minded. I hope you are right regarding GXXL.
Best of luck.
ontheverge,
Don't take this the wrong way, but you were pumping the heck out of DCUT the past few weeks and that pos has about settled on the bottom of the ocean. LOL
.156 x .157
.168 x .17 trading at .168
sorry Cloud, just posting for those who don't get L2
lol...
Damn...I have to leave this afternoon, so I don't dare get in at these levels and who knows, it could bottom and bounce today. Then again, this could be the start of jitters for a few days unless good news rumors come out re: Virgin
...and dropping....
lol...bouncing around .175 bid now
.176 x .178 1x1
I'm not saying GTEL is all hype, a scam, etc. I'm just frustrated (like many others, I imagine) at a very unfortunate oversight. Let's leave it at that, an unfortunate oversight!
GLTA and Go GTEL!
Dino
FWIW...I'm not a NEOM basher. I own shares and plan on buying more. I just haven't figured out at what price to buy more!
Thank you.
Dino
Share Information from the SEC filing:
Section 4.3. Capitalization. As of the date hereof, the authorized capital stock of the Company consists of 1,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share and 25,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock of which 441,151,029 shares of Common Stock were issued and outstanding. All of such outstanding shares have been validly issued and are fully paid and nonassessable.
Does this mean that there is approximately 1/2 billion shares of common stock can still be sold on the open market? Does anyone know how many of the outstanding shares are held by insiders and thus what the float is? From the SEC filing, Cornell will buy common stock. Does anyone know who holds the preferred stock and what the conditions/restrictions of said preferred stock are?
TIA,
Dino
My limited understanding is that Cornell would make money by exercising at the strike price (.20) and then reselling higher. I don't know if they actually have to purchase and resell those warrants on the open market (like ordinary joes have to w/ warrants) or if they can just have NEOM pay the difference between .20 and any given higher price.
It was a JOKE...hell, if Cornell were buying we'd be a heck of a lot lower than where we are now.
Unfortunately, we may end up with a pps lower than MOBL very soon!
Price dropping....Gee, seems awfully early for NEOM to ask Cornell to buy some of that $100M dollars worth when they just got a $10M loan. :)
PS...Sometimes humor (or attempted humor) helps.
Thanks. Does the requirement for notification apply to pinks (like GXXL) or just to OTCBB stocks?
Thanks again,
Dino
Cab,
My point is that these issues should have been addressed and resolved long ago. In fact, they should have been addressed before any public statements were put out regarding the timing and location of the launch. If that was done, they would not have put themselves in the position of looking ridiculous; which is how they looked when THEY announced the following (from their letter to shareholders):
The original plan called for the launch to happen at our facilities, but issues with the FAA and the concerns of such a large, unmanned airship going up in controlled airspace would delay our launch for several months. Therefore, we have been in talks with the Air Force and NASA and now plan to launch the airship from Edwards Air Force Base north of Los Angeles. We still have one issue, which is how to get the airship from our production facility to Edwards AFB through controlled airspace. We have consulted officials and believe the best way is to place a temporary gondola that would house a single pilot to fly the airship to Edwards. Once at Edwards, the gondola would be removed and the airship would be launched unmanned from Edwards in military controlled airspace.
What the the most recent figures for Authorized shares, % held by insiders, outstanding shares and float? All that is listed on pinksheets.com is:
Outstanding Shares: 95,189,168 as of 2003-05-06
TIA,
Dino
Cab,
I was specifically referring to a lack of planning regarding the launch and related issues rearding FAA approval and transport to Edwards. It just seems like such a glaring oversight. If all works out well, it's minor and will be long-forgotten. But at such a crucial time for investor relations (and I mean potential new investors who haven't been following GTEL), it's too bad that someone didn't dot a few more "i's" and cross a few more "t's".
Dino
PS...On the bright side, it does represent a buying opportunity for those who want to grab more shares under .25
I am not a GTEL basher. I got out awhile ago (small profit) and was getting ready to get back in and was just put off by their lack of planning. Also, I wish they had waited on giving themselves bonuses until more tangible results had occurred.
Of course, I'd feel much better if I had gotten in below .12 and congrats to all those who did.
Again, I hope you are correct.
GLTA,
Dino
