Your story still changed. Now it's "they would already have denied" when two months ago it was "they do not deny". Oh look, here's the link to you saying it: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=172787298
Just an example of when liars can't keep track of their lies I guess.
Possible confusion of the name isn't the issue that is worrisome.
The worrisome issue is the missing 6 years of filings that torpedoed the last attempt at corporate actions. They are still missing and George cannot produce them.
The hope is that the mysterious "deal" he made with the SEC when he withdrew the former management's appeal somehow takes care of the problem. George did not elaborate on anything about the deal, though. If the SEC deal did fix it (even though the problem was with FINRA) then it really should have been disclosed to the public as a Material Event. But it was not.
By the way, there are plenty of variations of an American Blockchain name already in use and even out of use by now, spanning a bunch of states. Mind you, I'm not claiming that is an issue here. More letting you know that perhaps your DD skills could use some improving.
Deny? But you said that they don't deny.
Amazing how your story changes depending on the angle you're trying to pump with.
"FINRA neither approves or denies Corporate Action requests. They merely process them..." - MrNormall, Saturday, September 09, 2023, https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=172787298
That is some amazingly ridiculous logic.
No, really - "George has been called names so this one will be even bigger than TSNP"
That's quite the fantasy you have cooked up in your mind.
Once again, you are lying.
"FINRA has everything it needs. Didn’t you read that? "
FINRA told George they had everything they needed from the Transfer Agent specifically. He did not make the statement that they had everything in existence that they needed. If you have a link to George saying that they had everything in existence needed then let's see it.
Update: It appears that today FINRA received everything they needed from the Transfer Agent (it's been a battle). FINRA will begin their review and hopefully respond to the $GVSI name and symbol change request quickly. However, we cannot speculate as to how long FINRA will take.
— American Blockchain Corporation (@OTCpinkGVSI) October 24, 2023
They did not say that; you are lying.
"FINRA said the name and ticker change will come SOON"
They told George they would have a response soon, they did not say whether it would be for or against the corporate actions.
FINRA has just informed $GVSI that we expect a response to the application for a name and symbol change "soon".
— American Blockchain Corporation (@OTCpinkGVSI) November 1, 2023
"Who said this shell can't be SEC reporting? "
It seems that George did.
Our attorneys & auditors have concluded that it is impossible to audit $GVSI due to past corporate mismanagement of records/actions. Therefore, we are abandoning efforts to become an SEC reporter & are preparing an application for OTCIQ access to be filed with OTCM within 60 days

"That's not a claim, that's an opinion" - Bullshit.
Here is his exact quote: "Sharp likes to drop news on Fridays after hours."
Here is a screenshot of the quote in situ so you know I am not somehow taking it out of context:
Here is a link to the post so you can verify for yourself that I did not fake the screenshot: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173150279
Now, if he had prefaced it by saying, for example, "I think that" or followed it up with an ", IMO" or something then sure, it would be an opinion. However he stated it with no qualifiers, as if it was fact.
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/claim :
Claim - noun - a statement that something is true or is a fact, although other people might not believe it
And yes, I was very skeptical of his statement - I "might not believe it", you could say.
And with good reason. If one goes over the official GVSI Twitter/X whatever account, https://twitter.com/OTCpinkGVSI, it turns out that George has never dropped news on a Friday after hours. Yup, ever since the account went live August 31, 2021 he has never done it. 32 official posts of news/updates and not a single one was ever posted on a Friday after hours.
Not even one. Check for yourself if you don't believe me.
"You're intentionally misrepresenting statements and building fake strawman arguments over and over again. "
Nope, I have not misrepresented jack shit nor built any fake strawman argument here. As far as "over and over again" let's see some examples from the past. Go ahead, let's see some.
For some reason whenever I get accused of lying, accused of saying things I didn't say and such the person never has any proof. They always run away when challenged to show examples.
There have been many, many attempts made trying to impugn my integrity and to try to discredit me. And every time the clowns melt away when challenged on it.
I'll bet you're melting away right now. But tell you what. It's a Friday. How about you take the entire weekend and see if you can come up with some links to where I have misrepresented statements and built fake strawman arguments. Let's see what you find. I'll check with you Monday.
I've already shown ranger_7 was lying about liking Friday after hours news. Let's see if you too are lying about my making misrepresentations etc. I'll bet you are.
"Sharp likes to drop news on Fridays after hours."
I have found that when ihubbers post on a Friday a claim that "such and such likes to drop news on Fridays after hours" it is generally just a pump lie.
Do you have any actual statistics of when George puts out news to support your claim of "liking Fridays"?
Or is that just a made up claim like I suspect?
OMG!!!! Somebody posting at 3 AM EST!!!!!!!
I'm not sure why the time of a post would matter other than just resorting to extreme desperation to try to discredit opinions.
Oh, by the way, not everyone lives in that time zone. In fact, the vast majority of humans on this planet do not live in that particular time zone. Including me. There, you learned something today.
Also, you do not know who owns shares or not.
It was going to close at .0191 anyway, even without that last transaction. And that last transaction was actually a minute and a half before market close, it was not one of those surprise snipe attacks with one second to go.
Our man here is doing his best to manufacture outrage or some crap. It's just pathetic desperation.
You have replied to the wrong post and poster.
"5000 shares sells, 1000 shares dropped..."
You really think an outfit with the ability to naked short, which is illegal, would be working an essentially illiquid stinky pinky stock for $100 and $20 shots at a time?
That's ridiculous. I think they would have better things to do with their time like working things where they can move millions of dollars a day.
I can't speak for anyone else but calling out lies and the liars that tell them is for me a hobby, not an obsession.
Making lying pumpers really angry is just a fun bonus. They can't even forge replies trying to explain themselves, they are reduced to simple childish insults as replies.
It's glorious.
"GS likes to setup positive news this way."
That's amazing that you pretend to have such intimate knowledge of George's behavior.
You are of course full of shit, though.
The last time George had knowledge that a FINRA decision was forthcoming he did not "setup positive news" with just a vague reference to an indeterminate decision coming like he did here with GVSI.
Nope. He straight said it was going to be processed. And it was. He didn't dick around.
Ring out the bells and let the banners fly! FINRA will process $TSNP's corporate actions on Friday #HUMBL #yay
— George Sharp - Advocate for truth in the OTC (@GeorgeASharp) February 25, 2021
"George is an attorney for the sec"
Someone has lied to you. He most assuredly is not.
Looks as if yesterday was just like those last couple VNTH momentary pops, perhaps just a limited pump and dump in some Discord or Telegram room somewhere.
Those short numbers are bullshit. Read why and learn a little something today.
From FINRA and OTCMarkets:
https://www.finra.org/rules-guidance/notices/information-notice-051019
https://blog.otcmarkets.com/2018/11/13/understanding-short-sale-activity/
https://blog.otcmarkets.com/2023/05/08/what-investors-should-know-about-finra-daily-short-sale-volume-data/
"it seems to show some type of avg of 40% on the reports that have been posted here FOR YEARS. "
The otcshortreport.com numbers that are often quoted are bogus and are meant to deceive the naive.
The true figures are vastly different. They are reported every two weeks and can be found at https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GVSI/quote down at "Short Interest".
The last report was 9/29 and showed 43 shares shorted. Not 43 thousand, not 43 million, not 43 billion, not 43 percent of all shares traded. Just 43 shares. Period.
43....
What did I twist? I am discussing the actual words and phrasing George used as opposed to the pumper clowns automatically turning them into merger! merger! merger!
Last I heard, acquiring a single asset of a company does not refer to a merger of the entire company. Unless perhaps it is referring to the control block, as I acquiesce. But then why not just say an acquisition of the company? Why be cryptic?
Or perhaps he is to be taken literally. It is simply a single asset being bought, whatever that might mean. Heck, in theory it could mean just a single bitcoin mining machine. I am using that as an example only, don't get your panties in a bunch and claim that I am claiming that is all the acquisition is.
Still not entirely sure if it's the company doing the buying or the selling of the asset. "An asset of the company" seems to refer to present tense, as if the asset in discussion to be acquired is already part of GVSI, so it is being sold. Otherwise shouldn't it read something more like "an acquisition of an asset for the Company" or "an acquisition of an asset to be a part of the Company"?
One does have to wonder why George doesn't just explicitly spell it out without all the room for multiple interpretations. Which obviously all point to merger! merger! merger! in OTC pumper fantasy land.
So "OTC Wiz" George doesn't know the difference between a merger and an acquisition according to you? I'll make note of your opinion.
There is a significant difference between "acquiring" the entire company and "acquiring" a single asset of the company.
The court document specifically said an asset of the company.
It was even written so lovingly vague that it could easily be more rightly interpreted as someone else acquiring an asset from GVSI instead of GVSI doing the acquiring.
Mind you, if that actually refers to the control block of shares being acquired by someone else, then that is one thing, and yes - that would make sense for a merger being game on.
However, a nitpicker might point out that the control block is not an asset of the company - the control block currently belongs to George. It's an asset of his, not an asset of the company. Or is that just semantics?
Obviously you pumper clowns will do everything you can to try to twist anything into the most awesomest amazingest mergeriest thing ever, no matter what language George actually used and counting on the naive to just go with it, not knowing better.
You sure pack in a lot of lies for one little post.
I never said it couldn't come off expert market.
I never said it couldn't get pink current.
I never said George abandoned the ticker.
I never said George was siphoning money from the company.
I never said FINRA will never allow name/ticker change.
I'm not part of any effing "crew" that you are imagining and trying to lump me into in an effort to discredit my opinions.
Read that whole list of statements up above that you attributed to me. I've never said a single one of those things. Fuq off with your bullshit.
The Notice of Deficiency doesn't magically disappear with a new custodianship. It stays with the shell, it doesn't follow old management away.
Why do you think George had to withdraw the appeal? He wouldn't have had to if that was all old stuff that no longer applied.
Nothing has been presented that indicates the Notice of Deficiency has been resolved. The only hope would be that vague "agreement" George mentioned, but that was with SEC, not FINRA. So I'm not sure how that could be interpreted as taking care of the FINRA problem.
Those 6 missing filings are still just that, missing. And they were the reason FINRA denied the name and ticker change last time. And yes, that custodian was also from AFTER the time of the delinquencies and made the case that they were a new company and those should not apply to them. FINRA did not buy it. They still wanted to see the filings, which could not be produced. And that George cannot produce either.
It sure does kinda look like intentional stalling.
Which of course begs the question, why?
Back in the day, okay like 10 years ago, at an old business, whenever we placed legal notices in the paper we received receipts, copies of the notifications and notarized affidavits of publication through snail mail just a couple days later. We didn't have to even ask for them, if was just understood. When you notify by publication, the publisher knows to get you your affidavits so you are covered for whatever it is that you have going on.
It's very odd that the affidavits here were dated so much later than when the publications actually occurred. Almost as if they were requested later, with "fresh" dates.
And then sitting on them without filing with the court for another month for those two?
Again - why?
It took ARBH 16 months. They submitted to FINRA November 2021.
Amazing how you've been lying and getting these wrong to make it look like "GVSI might be next" when the timing is in fact totally different.
Also, none of these had an unresolved FINRA Notice of Deficiency like GVSI has, let's not forget that little morsel of fact.
Yup, the beauty of that "crowdfunding" filing status that sure seems like a loophole that I can't believe OTC Markets lets slide for keeping tickers Pink Current.
Good for a year at a time and no need for all the pesky little details of financials with an auditor or attorney signing off. Just lovely.
If he didn't think the Form 10 was feasible he wouldn't have tried that either. Yet he did try. And failed.
And that's not a claim to his intelligence. Just a claim to the facts as they occurred.
I've never called GVSI a scam.
I am however cognizant of the fact that the missing filings are a big deal. If FINRA still demands them that's it. It's toast. Finito.
"I will gladly buy more soon."
Knock yourself out. Go nuts. Buy all you want. It makes absolutely no difference to my life whatsoever whether you do or don't. I have no idea why pumpers seem to think the notion of them buying more is somehow hurtful to me. It's not in the least. Heck, I think it's funny.
It's not up to Sharp. It's on FINRA alone right now. If they decide to deny again based on the missing filings that torpedoed it last time then that's it. No amount of Sharp "seeing it through" will fix it.
He has already said he cannot come up with those filings. He can't just "put his nose to the grindstone", he can't just "apply more elbow grease", there will be no seeing it through.
Not to the conclusion longs are hoping for at least.
And it would be a safe bet that no one else would try a custodian attempt with GVSI in the future if they had any sense whatsoever.
Have you noticed that pumpers have started defending the idea that "it's just gambling money anyway" more often than they used to? They're laying the groundwork to try to make themselves blameless and salvage their reputations if this fails.
Actually, it looks like IMUN took 2 weeks for name/ticker change.
They voted for the name change back in February but did not actually file it in Florida until October 5th. It is now just the 19th, a smoking hot 2 weeks later.
Looks like FINRA is on top of their game.
I wonder why GVSI hasn't been processed yet.
I didn't realize we were supposed to comment on every little move a stock makes, even intraday.
Where is that rule posted so I can read it for myself?
I guess you have to own a football team to talk about football too, or else you have no life?
Nah.
Have you tried crying to your mommy that the big bad men talk about your precious stinky pinky stock and you don't like it?
If I was being paid I would probably have more like the 4,000 posts that you have. Hmmmmm.....
I see that you have changed the subject and avoided answering what question I have "shriveled up and disappeared from".
Just like you couldn't come up with anything I have been wrong about after claiming I have been wrong repeatedly.
It's as if you just make these things up and hope the naive won't notice that you are simply lying.
Which you are.
If I missed any question it was most certainly not intentional. I love showing you guys to be the clowns that you are.
I just happen to have a life and don't necessarily monitor the board 24/7 like to the tune of a 4,000 post history akin to yours.
I'm not paid to be here. I call out your lies for free.
So what super-serious question did I "shrivel up and disappear from"? I'll answer it right now, big boi.
"Means diddly squat unless backed by facts and proof.
Let's see the actual account and any verified sells. "
I can't help but notice that you've never shown your actual account and any verified buys despite claiming multiple times a week for months now that you have been buying.
Why is that?
Just as true as anyone continually claiming to be buying on ihub.
"You've been proven wrong over and over."
Actually, no I have not. Just you saying so doesn't make it true.
Maybe you should be more worried about the continually declining price.
Maybe come up with some kind of lie about how everything is just fine and lack of updates mean everything is going just swimmingly.
Even though we're way past when things should have happened if everything was hunky-dory.
"I'm on there as well and never saw it. If only you could post a link"
