It's not up to Sharp. It's on FINRA alone right now. If they decide to deny again based on the missing filings that torpedoed it last time then that's it. No amount of Sharp "seeing it through" will fix it.

He has already said he cannot come up with those filings. He can't just "put his nose to the grindstone", he can't just "apply more elbow grease", there will be no seeing it through.

Not to the conclusion longs are hoping for at least.

And it would be a safe bet that no one else would try a custodian attempt with GVSI in the future if they had any sense whatsoever.

Have you noticed that pumpers have started defending the idea that "it's just gambling money anyway" more often than they used to? They're laying the groundwork to try to make themselves blameless and salvage their reputations if this fails.
