FINRA told George they had everything they needed from the Transfer Agent specifically. He did not make the statement that they had everything in existence that they needed. If you have a link to George saying that they had everything in existence needed then let's see it.

Update: It appears that today FINRA received everything they needed from the Transfer Agent (it's been a battle). FINRA will begin their review and hopefully respond to the $GVSI name and symbol change request quickly. However, we cannot speculate as to how long FINRA will take.
