In Japan, they believe firmly in the fuel cell car in China in the electric car. Both the electric engines, batteries and fuelcells will because of this become cheaper every year. This can go on till millions of cars are manufactured but because a lot of rare metals are used for these products and alloys are very hard/ expensive to recycle because of the scarcity value of these products will increase sharply.
Maybe that different motor technologies will coexist for a while, just like in the beginning of the PC computer age when there was no universal standard. A kind of Darwinian selection process will reveal the winners and losers.

The institutional investors have much deeper pockets and also get their shares at an incredible discount (cn). Not to mention the unfair benefits of market makers and to make matters worse they join hands all the time and all their highly advanced computer gizmo's.
Having said that a number of the shareholders (retail + institutional) keep holding and adding but there is no such thing as 'the HPTG share holder' as there are a lot day traders, players etc. etc.
If the company was financially healthy they could get a decent bank loan, the ceo has in the past honestly spoken about "never been financed properly".
A decent P/O would be the desired and expected landslide but by then the cheapies have dried up.
It's a high risk high profit kind of play as we all know. But the fact that board members are willing to bleed with us is a hopefull sign and also the political landslide thanks to VW helps big time IMO.

I would settle right now for a measely 100 unit P/O. This would show me that there actually is a demand/ market for the HydroPlant.
I believe in a mouth to mouth sales from one fleet owner to the next. A client will be critical and down to earth to a potential client. They will be honest about the units because they don't benefit from making the story.
A good financed company and a decent P/O is what we need. Things can catapult from there.

There are fuel cells with different physical principles. The Hydro Plant does not work on a chemical reaction so that no losses occur through energy efficiency convertions.

I see no reason not to believe the board of Hydrophi. Tech history as the additional fuel consumption of AdBlue although not literally quoted by Slotkin I see repeatedly confirmed by independent sources (see my earlier publication of "De Financiele Telegraaf"(= dutch financial news paper) and a car magazine.
Look at the RSI levels of the last one and a half months and compare it with the RSI levels in the summer months. The volume levels except for today are much lower then in the summer months.
Also during the summer the overall fibonacci was very bearish last two weeks I saw bullish signs.
In the summer a rally on no news, now we see good financing news and by insiders. This rally will be different from the summer rally IMO.

Lots of cost cutbacks have been made this year and the delay or even a complete ending of the Mexican deal makes refinancing absolutely necessary.
The company that Roger Slotkin takeover proceeded in a state of technical bankruptcy.
Because of the radio silence of the company obviously a lot of things are unknown unfortunately. The amount of royalties of licency holders have increased this year which makes me hopefull that something in going on. Why else would a licency holder pay for it? And convertable note holders invest?

Up till the last 10-K I owned one percent O/S. Have a buy and hold strategy for HPTG and GOVX since one and a half year ago. I believe that I contributed more then my fair share on HPTG.
The risknumber in my portfolio is decreasing slightly (from 775 to 742) and I haven't traded so I expect dilution is going on for the benefit of the dept solvation of the company.
It's a very risky investment. Roger Slotkin bought a company that was in a technical bankruptcy state had a product of the shelve. Came up with thoroughly testing and modifying of the HydroPlant started with private funding and a few years ago the company got a stock exchange listing.
HPTG has deals with licency holders these holders need to sell units to their clients.
The only way to get rid of the flippers is a decent P/O.

Het dieselschandaal rond Volkswagen is slecht nieuws voor economieën in Centraal-Europa. Vooral de Tsjechische en Hongaarse economieën kunnen zwaar worden getroffen. Dat schrijft Bank of America woensdag in een rapport over de gevolgen van de fraude door de Duitse automaker.
In Hongarije worden veel van de motoren van Volkswagen geproduceerd. Bovendien is de automaker eigenaar van de grootste Tsjechische autofabrikant Skoda. Het schandaal dreigt volgens de bank de verkoop te raken van alle auto's die onder moederbedrijf Volkswagen vallen.
De bank voorziet in het slechtste scenario dat de economische groei van de twee landen 1 tot 1,5 procentpunt wordt gedrukt en spreekt van een "kwetsbare positie". De impact in Polen en Roemenië zal minder dan 0,5 procentpunt zijn.

If a decent P/O would be obtained the dumping will be brought to a hold. CN's don't need to be converted.
On the other hand if the maximum of A/S is obtained and the company needs more money for their operations it needs to be brought into a vote by the stake holders. Last time was in January the 4 big stake holders had a majority and they voted for more.
It all comes down to if a decent P/O will be published and if so when.
