lmao, you forgot megamillion dollar rapper Paul Wall. You just have to laugh. Good one.
Thou shall heed your STOPS!!!
I agree, that 2:41 gravestone Doji says it all. This is clearly being dumped.
Glad I dumped when I did. This is headed down. Great if your shorting, sux on the long side. Good luck guys.
Whose your broker? I use Scottrade and they don't allow me to short anything under $5
I thought your couldn't short sub-pennies?
Does this depend on your broker or the stock?
Well, I'm dumping my shares. I'll have better luck playing something else. Good luck guys
Just added 2Mil @ .0008.
Are you able to short-sell stocks under $5 with Ameritrade?
and more importantly can you use Buy stops and sell stops on OTC stocks with Ameritrade?
Thanks for the reply,
Goss
eTrade will charge you something like $60 any month you don't make at least one trade. Have you tried using Buy/Sell Stops for an OTC stock in eTrade?
Best OTC broker?
I've been using Scottrade but I'm unable to do the following:
I cant use Buy/Sell-Stops on OTC orders
When placing a buy stop limit on something other than an OTC I'm limited to making the Buy/sell-stop price at least .10 above/below the last price. This doesn't help with sub-pennies.
I cant Short-Sell stocks under $5.
Is this across the board for all brokers or is it just Scottrade?
What broker will allow me to do the above?
Goss
Agreed. Great turn around today. GLTA
Man what a ride that was. Glad to see it back in the green near EOD. go SGLB!!!
Whats with the sell-off when the news isn't even bad?
Anyone ready to dump GLER here? Unfortunately this is headed down.
What he said. Don't go tapping out on us HDOG. I agree with you, some of the users here aren't really interested in REAL trading and its a bit confusing to noobs like myself which is why many here including myself follow you. Cuz we know you're real. Don't go.
Dont leave us man
Hi HDOG, so in a nut shell keep an eye out for when the PPO and the ADX converge?
Removing email watch list doesn't work. Anyone know how to remove yourself from Penny Watch? Thanks
I see what you mean. ERS, I was so thrilled to find the pattern that I forgot to check the 2-3 year view lol.
Funny how many are instructed to avoid 'averaging down' where in your case of 'capital preservation' it can help. I guess.
lol, excellent weekend indeed. I chart almost every weekend without fail.
thanks trader53. I've never really had someone SHOW me what I've read about the Elliot Wave so I've always had questions. My guess is that the author, Oliver, simples this out to his junior traders by calling it '3-5 bar decline rule'. MAN, WNTR did all that today and my money clears tomorrow. :/
Hmm, I wonder how different is the Elliot decline rule to the 3-5 bar decline. According to the Author December 2nd or 3rd would've been his entry point.
FRCN looks like its ready to breakout.
We're just w8ting for a break above 17.5 :)
Correct
3 to 5 red candlestick bar decline. Sorry I has no big willy account ;)
the 3 to 5 bar decline rule is what I read once in an Oliver Velez book. After a stock declines 3 to 5 bars, he teaches his traders to buy 1/8th above the previous high of the last bar. But this is after the stock has risen above the 20 and 40 MA. The census is that neither the Bears or the Bulls ever win 3 to 5 battles in a row.
Is 7 steps down similar to the 3 to 5 bar decline rule?
Hi Trader53. Ive been reading your much appreciated posts. I'm learning a great deal. Many thanx. So your buy setup is when the price is below both the 34 and 8 day-moving avg respectively. I suppose this is specifically after a well formed sideways trading base right?
MINE If Jason Fontaine can help MINE achieve the success he's helped Red Bull with we're looking at a real nice money making opportunity here.
GLBH a sleeping monster. This ones starting to wake up.
Lets not forget MINE recently hired a former Red Bull exec to help out. Just sayin
