Is this a clean shell? I'm looking for a lotto play.
Should've hit 0001 today, but will tomorrow.
0.0001 today with no bid.
I put a buy order in at $0.0001, should fill today.
I didn't pull the trigger yesterday, congrats to those who did. PUMA and VNDM scared me off, but apparently they are letting this run after all.
Nice profit you got here.
Deep pipeline and anticipation of FDA approvals.
Yup, company is still staying quiet. My theory may be true.
I'm interested but VNDM and PUMA give me pause.
Link for merger news? TIA
Open 0.99-1.10 range
Massive Secondary! Staggering dilution! Ouch!
Very unusual halted this long with no news. I still think Well's Notice, or the office is seized by CSIS/Mounties.
Reverse split? Source?
Well's Notice would be news the company would have to disclose.
I'm guessing Well's Notice, but we'll see.
Halted? Well's notice? DTC Chill?
Under a penny within a week. I am shorting tomorrow.
Wow.. That's one ugly fat finger sell!
I'm hoping so. Watching this like a hawk.
Just got me a piece of the action for tomorrow's short squeeze!
I may end up being the last one here quietly adding. My personal theory is the company was caught off guard when the stock rallied so hard. There was no PR, no direct communication with shareholders.
They tried to quietly reverse merge, and the stock rallied more than 100x. I think that caught them completely off guard and didn't want it. I'm betting they thought they could reverse merge and quietly buy up all outstanding shares. The the stock rallied so hard it got too expensive to buy up the O/S, so they are staying quiet until it pulls back enough.
It makes no sense at all to have a real company, legally reverse merge and then do absolutely nothing. This company is not looking to dilute, they are looking to buy back shares. Once they buy back enough of the O/S they will go current and communicate. Then they can reap the reward of a major rally. I'll keep buying on the way down until that happens.
I'm still holding because I see the potential here. The company just needs to get off their butt and go current, then communicate with shareholders.
I'm realistic though, so I'm looking to bottom fish. I have a huge GTC order in at $0.012 if anyone is looking to dump.
News Link: Amiga Inc loses Trademark battle.
http://www.amiga-news.de/en/news/AN-2017-04-00033-EN.html
I warned you all over and over and over during the last 4+ years. Amiga Games Inc was nothing but an empty shell that Amiga Inc didn't even own. As you have seen no games were ever sold under Writer's Group as I predicted. You will never see Writer's Group ever use the Amiga name in any form ever again. Cloanto is a real company and they are very eager to sue for copyright and/or trademark infringement.
Nope, no dilution. VNDM isn't selling more than a couple hundred thousand shares at a time. This is all retail.
Happy with my $0.0019 shares this morning! This is a multi-week runner!
Wooohooo!!!
Breakout alert!! Breakout alert!!
Very very thin to penny land...
L2 is clean, surprisingly! This afternoon is going to be something else. 005-007 is possible today as more eyes come on this and see the clean L2.
And BMIC seller is gone! VNDM is at $0.0033 and doesn't seem to have any shares today anyhow.
No dilution going on, we head much higher IMO!
Give BMIC it's pound of flesh and very thin after that.
I have some reservations, but I'm in.
Oh well, VNDM is ruining the party.
This company is insolvent, they will dilute every last share.
Check the chart and recent news bro, this goose is cooked.
I'm putting in an order at $0.0001 Monday morning, will try a quick flip to $0.0002.
Wow, even when they had a successful product in stores the executives had to put their hands in the cookie jar and steal 10s of millions from investors in a blatant pump and dump. The SEC let them settle for pennies on the dollar? :SMH:
I was eyeballing this stock a couple years ago. I'm glad I never pulled the trigger on what was a complete SCAM.
