I thought getting in yesterday after that run was a risky decision but after researching the potential I just pressed the buy button. Good decision haha. People are just eating up the shares right now.
seriously, they'd have no problem getting them sold at the ask with this momo. Novice or manipulators haha.
SEAB is back on the bid.
It made me uncomfortable to watch haha.
Almost all reopen into greys lol. Maybe 6% recover, but I doubt it. That's funny.
ya the bid/ask for lcre has been the same all day for my td account .0006/.0006. And it doesn't show its chart either.
bidwacking is always fun. Thanks.
they tweeted it, now for the pr.
Sorry I don't beg. But startup companies need money. I stopped looking at this as a risk cause I don't get pulled into scams like uh-um.
What I'm saying is 504 shares that are sold to an investor are calculated into the o/s when that happens. When they sell it doesn't increase the o/s, so it doesn't, in principle, dilute the pps. That's my understanding of it, correct me if I'm wrong, but it appeared to me that those shares just transfer hands when sold.
No one will know for sure for a few days, but I don't think the o/s increased yesterday but rather last week.
no they didn't. No shares were added yesterday. Terrible "DD". People just got on the dilution train cause they forget how easy a triple sub zero stock can be manipulated.
Read the email he sent me, pure profit taking today. Happens when it jumps almost 50% in one day and there's flippers in the mix.
I'll write back tomorrow. Have to clock in at work.
It was not management diluting. Here's the email. Mods please sticky as to ward people away from asking the same question again and again. Go to the Lecere website if you would like to email him personally.
I asked if there was dilution today. His answer:
IMHO, today was profit-taking. The same thing happened when we had a $0.0018 runup a couple of months ago. I am sure we will see it again.
There is nobody dumping stock to my knowledge, other than unsophisticated investors. Nobody in management is dumping stock. Our stock is all restricted. I don't believe the 504 investors are dumping stock. In the first place, they don't have much stock right now. They have already sold their shares when they could get maximum value for them. The 504 guys are the last investors who would have been dumb enough to dump a bunch of shares today. In the second place, the 504 investors understand stock trading a whole lot better than the rest of us, and they are smart enough to know how to maximize their profits. They are too smart and too experienced to shoot themselves in the foot.

it's actually half the amount sold, that's generally how 504s work. so more like 100k.
They won't raise the ask. I've put in orders above and bought 4 times at the ask. They won't budge.
It was pure mm manipulation today. They coupled buy's for .0007 and .0008 together so the price didn't increase, and didn't raise the ask once when the pps did go to the ask. I've hit it 4 times today with decent buys.
That was a nice buy that just posted. Tomorrow should bring some momentum and bounce traders in.
No problem. Amazing how hard dialing a number is, not.
It's a brand new restaurant, both are. I just called Jim, its opening in the next few weeks. So LMAO at that so called DD.
Both new restaurants in my opinion.
I've had to hit .0007 3 times now so we stay above the 6's. $200 each time. Manipulation sucks. Wish they would raise the ask so I could help start an EOD run.
They will only fill at the ask if they have another order at .0007 to fill so the pps doesn't move.
They will not fill me at the ask. And the bid is at current pps to encourage selling without more of a loss.
The cooks specifically commented on that point in the meeting Nepo had this morning. It's as clear as day to read the orders. No wasted paper either on order slips or receipts, when they can email them. This alone will save a high volume restaurant a decent amount of money in a fiscal year. It could help pay for the F.I.R.M.S software and devices. It's going to catch on, one well known restaurant chain picking up the technology and then it will spread like wildfire.
I'm running out of posts for the day, but it seems they have already picked out the CC reader for the system. It piggy backs on the device, as he described it.
Using the other POS(point of sale/piece of ) system, he said they have to write the order down, input it into system to keep the inventory accurate and then walk it to the cooks. Instead the cooks have a screen that pops up the order as it is sent. And the inventory can be adjusted automatically as you complete the order. So much simpler. You can walk from table to table to take orders, instead of pacing back to the cooks multiple times for each individual order, requiring less waitresses, then just use a food runner. Way faster service, this is going to catch on swiftly.
Alright here it is. For question two, it was a guy waiting on me and he had man hands haha. Waitresses shouldn't have a problem
1. What has the system improved on from normal paper methods of order taking and input of payments?
- Just today we were discussing the card reader that is going to be used with the system. It will sit on the side of the device[iPad] and you'll be able to swipe it right there at the table. It's an improvement for the waiters and waitresses for how we input our orders. The cooks really like how easy it is to make out the food orders, each order is definitely easier to read.
2. Any improvements you can think of to make the system better?
- For me I would like bigger buttons to press when choosing items, they're just a little too small for me, but the others don't have a problem with it. It's only when it gets really busy do I notice it. I'd like to see a pop-up for modifiers for each item when I first select an item, instead of clicking to the modifiers for that dish. But other than that, it's nice technology.
We talked for a little longer, but just banter. He said the menu items are entered in what's kind of like a spreadsheet. Pretty simple.
My main reason for going there, the receipts are processed over-the-air!! And they used it this weekend when it was busy as all hell, that's real restaurant environment experience. that's phase 3 done fellas. This is definitely exciting times.
I'll write this all down, but if the manager is there or even Jim then I might not hold her up for too long. I'll tip her for a little interview haha. Respond with any questions you would like to know that are reasonable.
I've emailed the tribune about it already. Don't exactly know if I'll get a response. Channel 8 here does an out and about segment where they visit restaurants and I emailed that they have a new technology in place that could be an interesting story. People here have a good amount of wealth so there is no lack of fine restaurants, especially in the Pearl District. I'll forward any response I get.
I'll go again this afternoon when I get off work. It'll be around 4:30PST. I'll try to grab some good shots without looking like too much of an idiot haha.
I went to Nepo today for lunch. I have to admit, it was awesome to see the system use in person. We can expect to see high end restaurants picking this up, no doubt in my mind. Phase three in progress. She entered my card into the system right at the table. Once software for a card reader is integrated it will be a very smooth process. My only concern is dropping of the ipad, but the waitress handled it well. This is cutting edge.
ya that's what I'm guessing. But I put a rather high bid price so hopefully I can get it filled in the extended AM.
Hopefully this doesn't gap up 40% on monday. I definitely want to put this into my portfolio.
It's mostly about a short code for advertising that connects to multiple companies, using Ike's technology. I hate reading patent applications but it was mainly about that. Go800 is TM'd I believe. I'll find the info tomorrow as this is my last post for the day. Have a good night fellas
You don't know about the patent lol? crazy. It was a huge topic a few months back. We're waiting for it to be published, as it has already been accepted.
We'll do fine. A little publicity and this will turn heads imo.
You're words describe exactly why you're wrong. He said he wanted to do a PR on monday, which isn't insider info, saying what is in the PR would be.
buying pressure and we can close above that. Get the word out that news is coming monday.
