It was not management diluting. Here's the email. Mods please sticky as to ward people away from asking the same question again and again. Go to the Lecere website if you would like to email him personally.

I asked if there was dilution today. His answer:

IMHO, today was profit-taking. The same thing happened when we had a $0.0018 runup a couple of months ago. I am sure we will see it again.

There is nobody dumping stock to my knowledge, other than unsophisticated investors. Nobody in management is dumping stock. Our stock is all restricted. I don't believe the 504 investors are dumping stock. In the first place, they don't have much stock right now. They have already sold their shares when they could get maximum value for them. The 504 guys are the last investors who would have been dumb enough to dump a bunch of shares today. In the second place, the 504 investors understand stock trading a whole lot better than the rest of us, and they are smart enough to know how to maximize their profits. They are too smart and too experienced to shoot themselves in the foot.
