What I find particularly interesting about that c.c. is that Lugee is leading the call not just for the obvious reason of it's great to hear the Chair and major investor speak, but for the fact he has never dealt with SEC rules regarding disclosures. This is all new to him and he's taking it head-on. I know it's easy to do that when you have a billions behind you, but he's certainly not hiding behind anything.
I still think information was pulled down off the Eon website at the direction of LQMT. Lugee doesn't seem interested in keeping the curtain closed.
Most importantly, the suspicions have been confirmed - that Apple is materially involved with Eon and LQMT in terms of everything that has happened here.
Great point on Kang's company having its eyewear license cancelled.
The medical products you mentioned are right up Leaderbiomedical's alley.
Don't know how you found it, but great stuff, Joshua. Thank you.
Unless they go private, of course.
Just kidding, if legitimate opinions were ignored, ignorance would be the rule.
Interesting, thanks to you and Gamesc for all your work and efforts. Good stuff.
Wow!
Background technique
At present, such as mobile phones, tablet PCs and other electronic equipment borders gradually using alloy material from processing, metal alloy frame made of metal not only has a good aesthetics, but also to protect the electronic equipment fragile panel or backplane. Traditionally, panels, backplanes, or plastic components of electronic products are embedded in a machined metal frame, and the metal frame is then assembled with the corresponding components. This method combines the metal frame with the electronics panel, There is a certain gap between the assembly, even through the precise control of product processing accuracy, the assembly gap will still exist in electronic products.
In addition, the above-mentioned patent CN 101815594 only refers to the combination of a transparent member such as glass and sapphire with a metal material, and transparent materials such as glass and sapphire are transparent in the whole molding or MIM process, The structure of the transparent material is affected to a certain extent, thus affecting the aesthetic appearance of the electronic products.
E) rapidly cooling the semisolidized metal located at the periphery of the non-metallic member to mold the semisolidized metal into an amorphous metal bonded seamlessly to the periphery of the non-metallic member.
I just hope if they do a Q&A that we don't get morons calling in.
That's cryptic. So you think Engel for the now, diecast for the future? That's an expensive now investment if obsolescence is the not too far future.
Yes, but with cause is usually egregious circumstances - embezzlement, fraud, divulging trade secrets, etc.
Do you really think buying shares is a way to save one's job? If Lugee is that dumb, we're in a lot of trouble.
So, do you suspect Engel to still be part of this equation?
Option vesting schedule. He wanted shares now - make of that what you will.
Come on! He's only had ownership since October 27th! He's still assembling a new management team! That's a big undertaking.
I don't understand the attacks on Lugee's "openness." For all the "openness" we got, it added nothing to the most important thing - valuation. It's actually kind of funny, though. Not mocking, just saying that you'd think he'd be given more than 35 days to say what will be what. As it is, he discusses LQMT over at Eon, which is still on halt, as they sort out the last piece of the supply chain acqusition - the raw materials of zirconium. This guy is sharp and super-aggressive.
This guy has an incredibly organized and coherent plan to get this up and running as soon as he hits the ground. His actions speak louder than his words.
Good point. Lugee may like Chung. May want to keep him on for now and if anyone is aware of what will be going on in that c.c., it would either be the CEO (who is now gone) or the CFO.
Honestly, come to think of it, Chung is a good fit, for now, because he knows the SEC reporting requirements and relationship with the current auditors. Lugee has his private companies and his public interest in China with Eon, but he would have to start over and hire from the outside to get a CFO who knows U.S. reporting requirements and he'd be going in cold. Chung stepped in it. Damn. Regardless, now I see why Chung was retained. It actually makes a ton of sense whether anyone likes him or not.
ENJOY!!!
I am predicting this will be going so high that you and Watts will reach out to each other to have drinks and dinner together, lol.
Interesting thought and great point about the reporting period. Hard to say, of course, but very interesting possibility.
And we really haven't even heard anything yet, although on the day Steipp was told he was no longer CEO, I heard Steipp was seen jumping up and down high-fiving strangers, as he went to his car skipping, hopping, and doing cartwheels, while whistling the music to "We're in the Money."
Obviously can't get ahead of ourselves. Will have to see how it plays out, but it certainly is lining up well. GL.
Good point. I initially misspoke and called them options, but they were open purchases. He wanted the stock now.
No, nothing to do with that. Chung is taking advantage of forces, and information, in play.
More value added. Good job. smhsmhsmh...
Lugee's son entertaining the Dutch King. 26 years old and he's entertaining King's. Nice work if you can get it.
http://www.leaderbiomedical.com/news/leo-liyeung-meets-with-king-willem-alexander/
Leo lists himself as "Executive Director" of Leader. Coincidentally, it's the same title Bresnick is carrying on his LinkedIn profile for LQMT.
Confused?
It's not an "article." It's from the Shenzhen SEG financial statement.
The notes from the financial statement say Shenzhen SEG signed a deal to be a distributor for Apple in Southern China and that Shenzhen SEG, which is an investment incubator, signed a j.v. back in May 2015 to assist Eontec in advancing liquid metal development.
Just relaying what the financial statement of Shenzhen SEG said. GL.
Thank you for looking that up.
Whoever's job it was today to paint the .178, you screwed up miserably...
