Good point. Lugee may like Chung. May want to keep him on for now and if anyone is aware of what will be going on in that c.c., it would either be the CEO (who is now gone) or the CFO.

Honestly, come to think of it, Chung is a good fit, for now, because he knows the SEC reporting requirements and relationship with the current auditors. Lugee has his private companies and his public interest in China with Eon, but he would have to start over and hire from the outside to get a CFO who knows U.S. reporting requirements and he'd be going in cold. Chung stepped in it. Damn. Regardless, now I see why Chung was retained. It actually makes a ton of sense whether anyone likes him or not.
