Not at the prices he bought at - take a look at the averages - his top was .18, but he bought quite a bit lower - avg .174.

I think we could see a very nice Santa Clause LQMT effect for December. The stars are aligning - Santa Claus effect and some positive market movement, oil prices moving up a bit, election over with Wall St friendly cabinet appointments, and Apple buzz is all over about "glass cases."

Think about it. If Chung plays the same crap as last time and took only a triple, while Lugee is holding 100 million shares at .25 and is trying to get this thing off the ground, the LAST thing they need is an insider looking to flip a stock. Chung is an opportunist, but he's not stupid. It's why he's still there - so far.
