Define "Much" :)
Part of me hopes you are right, part of me hopes you are wrong.
And yes i have Investor/Accumulator Bi-Polar Syndrome. :p
NASA's new electric vehicle, no bmg in the article, but we all know what metal alloy is best suited for extra terrestrial projects like this, but it does not mean its in the prototype ...yet.
http://www.slashgear.com/nasa-made-an-autonomous-car-too-and-it-makes-googles-look-dull-13378848/
I'm always accumulating regardless of where the PPS is at, if i have spare money i buy lqmt.
Been eating allot at home lately ;)
Since LM and VISSER have settled Visser no longer has that anti dilution clause,
I think now LQMT can finally issue all authorised shares making it easier for another company to buy-out from all the frauds who are currently holding onto a large percentage of LM. Diluting the shares of the frauds will also dilute our shares, but how else can another company take over LM if its currently mostly in the hands of frauds.
just a crazy theory,
Just some light hearted statistics to start this week,....
Miltner-Adams FaceBook likes has skyrocketed by 1,100% since posting new LM Hybride pics, thats a whopping dozen new likes in just 1 week :p
https://www.facebook.com/MiltnerAdamsCompany/likes
Big percentage gains are easily made when compared to the very low starting figure, hmmm just like what could/maybe happen with lqmt's penny price.
Awesome, so much future potential with this stock, staying long.
Very relevant considering NASA just publicised its need for ULW materials.
More possibilities being connected and potential LM licensees revealed.
And yes it takes years to develop (everything does) thats why the PPS is where its at.
So you are confirming LM tech. does have patents for a lqmt foam.
Nice, these trials take many years to complete and are often merged with technologies from other companies, so NASA will get what it wants and competing companies will have to make partnerships with each other if they want to win lucrative NASA contracts.
Yes i know, thats why i said ;
what IF 1 of the 3 proposals use BMG to skin their composite sandwich structures,
So much doom and gloom about the past but we are all invested for the future, what IF 1 of the 3 proposals use BMG to skin their composite sandwich structures,
http://www.engadget.com/2015/04/08/nasa-ultra-lightweight-spacecraft-materials/
The past is bad, i'm invested for the future knowing that it is a risk.
So what should we do?
Looking forward to moving onwards with some great news :)
Even with no near term news, i don't know of any other stock with this much potential/risk, but more potential.
"Copy 'n Pasting, Copy 'n Pasting, Copy 'n Pasting....he's ah Copy 'n Pasting, Copy 'n Pasting, Copy 'n Pasting....PASTE HARD !". /quote]
there fixed that for you ;)
but then again thats why lqmt is a penny stock and we all know that.
This is not a duplicate: the last paragraph was accidentally not Copy Pasted.
Maybe This is why Apple didn't use BMG its its watch, instead it filled separate patents from CIP on how to strengthen metals used in its watch.
So we wait for 2021 before Tiffany & Co. buys the rights to the LiquidMetal Silver manufacturing method used in Engel LM machines,
i am allowed to dream :)
Long wait for the Luxury segment to pay-out, but other segments are available right now, more reason to keep this stock long term.
i didn't know the Visser settlement also included LLPG, sounds good to me.
In June 2003, we entered into an exclusive license agreement with LLPG, Inc. ("LLPG"). Under the terms of the agreement, LLPG has the right to commercialize Liquidmetal alloys, particularly precious-metal based compositions, in jewelry and high-end luxury product markets. We, in turn, will receive royalty payments over the life of the contract on all Liquidmetal products produced and sold by LLPG. The exclusive license agreement with LLPG expires on December 31, 2021.
Plastic Injection Molding is a revolution and is here to Stay,
MIM is a revolution and is here to Stay,
BMG Injection Molding will be a revolution and those who know this are here to Stay ... posting on iHub :D
LM Technologies owns CIP and only Apple has free use of those patents and only for CE devices.

Yes i am sure you are happy to reply with your standard "Copy Paste", but anyways what exactly is your point ?
3 years ago you say, hmmm.... so was;
-an Engel Liquidmetal injection molding machine available 3 years ago?
-Beryllium free LM alloy formula available 3 years ago?
-several, qualified, certified mold makers available 3 years ago?
-the debacle with Visser over 3 years ago?
-Paul Hauck onboard 3 years ago?
sure it could all mean nothing, but lqmt is in a much better position than 3 years ago regardless of all the share dilution.
After reading the 'Liquidmetal® Alloys in Minimally Invasive Medical Devices' case study, "disposable" caught my eye.
Durability
A significant part of the performance that medical professionals rely on in a device is
its durability through its life of use regardless if it is a reusable or disposable device.
The nuvis Single-Use Arthroscope features 12 molded glass lenses compared with 32–56 expensive ground glass lenses typically used in reusable arthroscopes. These high-quality lenses are made with the same technology and low-temperature glass used to mass-produce high-definition, low-cost optics for smart phone cameras.
After reading a bit, here is my 2 cents worth.
CIP is 100% owned by LQMT. Apple has perpetual* exclusive rights to use those CIP patents in CE.
While lqmt cannot compete or license their IP to others who would compete against Apple (as per MTA agreement) nothing stops another company from buying lqmt and doing whatever they want with those Crucible IP patents.
If Apple allows another company to buy lqmt then Apple cannot stop the new owners of lqmt from using CIP patents, nor can the new owners of lqmt stop Apple from using CIP patents.
The new owners of lqmt can use or license their IP to anyone including those that are in CE and compete against Apple. Apple cannot license CIP patents to anyone! Apple can only use the patents not license them.
Apple cannot stop any company from using patents they just acquired legally through purchasing lqmt. The only option for Apple is too buy lqmt or watch another company buy the patents that it has funded.
..also as others have said the MTA is too vague when it comes to CE, anything that receives/stores/transmits data is a CE.
..and does anyone believe thant a company like Samsung would be scared to confront Apple in the courts? Samsung blatantly copies and steals Apple's ideas and even after a billion dollar fine against them they still won't pay up or stop the copying, Apple may seem big and powerful but many companies take them to court, and even if they lose they still continue with their R&D.
.. Google, Facebook, Elon Musk are all looking into mini satellites and space exploration, they won't hesitate to question Apple's "perpetual exclusive" claim on CIP, if they buy or license the IP from new owners.
*does "perpetual" even exist when patents have a shelf life ?
is "perpetual" dependant on the MTA renewal ?
is the "perpetual" agreement/obligation even transferable to new owners ?!
if "perpetual" means Apple owns CIP then why did Apple renew its first right of refusal ??
and the obligatory IMHO.
Why the deal between GT and APPLE failed;
http://appleinsider.com/articles/14/11/19/details-of-gt-advanced-implosion-emerge-in-apple-letter-to-creditors
basically.....
1: GT promised the world,
2: Apple gave GT a loan to make those promises come true,
3: GT could not deliver,
4: GT insiders sold their stock BEFORE news of their failure become public.
If a company buys LQMT, like Samsung, can they use the IP they just bought?
Thanks for the update, it might happen seeing as how LM is named in the application.
One exemplary embodiment of the aforedescribed alloy system is a Zr—Ti—Ni—Cu—Be based amorphous alloy under the trade name Vitreloy™, such as Vitreloy-1 and Vitreloy-101, as fabricated by Liquidmetal Technologies, CA, USA. Some examples of amorphous alloys of the different systems are provided in Table 1 and Table 2.
I didn't want to reply cause i thought it was obvious, but ok, so let me ask a question... what happens to 'sold' shares?
Didn't realise you are jcort's cheerleader. Go team.
THE VOLUME MATTERS.
No not steel, i have only said that Titanium will be replaced with LM for Outdoors Equipment and military included, short term, .....long term ... maybe carbon fibber and LM laminated/Pressed/Stamped panels/sheets. :)
180,000 dumped on the bid
When waxing poetic about $6 share price. Ask yourself this question. Why did Titanium alloys not replace Steel?
Do i need a Jedi or Sith Certificate to purchase one of these LightSabers :D
Never say Never,
VMatter’s Advantages:
1. Durable Edge – Sharpening cycle extended by 10 times without being brittle like ceramic.
I think you and I will both have to increase our buy-out estimates.
I thought $6 would be possible but after Miltner-Adams got interested in lqmt it has opened the possibilities to the outdoor recreation markets, rock climbing, mountain climbing, ice climbing, hiking, camping, fishing, trekking etc etc,
Ever outdoor equipment currently made out of titanium will one day be made from LM.

And once the MA knife gets noticed by Miltner-Adams military customers how long before the military demand their equipment be also made with LM.
But i don't mind the dumpers, it helps me get a few extra shares every fortnight :)
