Since LM and VISSER have settled Visser no longer has that anti dilution clause,
I think now LQMT can finally issue all authorised shares making it easier for another company to buy-out from all the frauds who are currently holding onto a large percentage of LM. Diluting the shares of the frauds will also dilute our shares, but how else can another company take over LM if its currently mostly in the hands of frauds.
