According to a Company spokesperson
Notice an unnamed company spokesperson.
We have initiated the process to execute a reverse split
Will they announce the date and will THAT actually be the date? lol
The Company is working in tandem with various indigenous tribes on the island of Mindanao
Geez. Are they going to hit up shareholders again for charitable donations?
Ooooh! Now this is getting really good! Check out PROL: suddenly all the PRs are gone. Something tells me that PROL's assets have suddenly been transferred to GoldGreen
LOL Princess Bea's silence was too good to be true.
Release the hounds!
Why wouldn't K & B agree that securities laws were violated by CMKM? They are suing Casavant and Edwards for precisely that to get back company assets
I don't know Bill and Kevin's strategy regarding this issue. Maybe it has something to do with their intention to trade again and not personally tarnishing CMKX.
Does this ban pose a dilemma for GBDX?

It's official! Fantastic! They are permanently ban.
Now bring on the darn indictments!
Too much Micronesian beer and beetle nuts.
Who could resist? It DID look like a good time!
Sucks big time that Ozzy got voted off, although it was expected. James did warn Ozzy about the girl power, and James should know by now to use the idol when your gut tells you something is not right.
I wonder if Ozzy packed the idol or left it behind hidden? Cool if he told James where he hid it.
I also wonder if Amanda will stick with the girl power or team up with the rest of the guys and knock off some of the other girls. Parvati did screw up Amanda's game, imo.
Next on Survivor
Flirtation between Parvati and James devolves into bitter tension after Parvati gave into temptation by "eating the apple" and voting out Ozzy. Devastation turns into elation as one Castaway views being sent to Exile as a blessing in disguise. A self-proclaimed Black Widow emerges and plots to spin a web and devour her first victim.
yep. Cirie is one of the best. Also, she can't win a challenge to save her life, so she posses no threat to anyone. Cirie's biggest problem is not to piss anyone off so she's not voted off before the final three. She usually sees that coming though and strikes first.
Cirie is one shrewd player...lol..

The Pope's visit to the U.S. will probably stir up the old Vatican rumors again.

Vatican-CMKM Diamonds$$

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am a very long time lurker on the CMKM boards and hold a small number of shares compared to most. This is my first post in this seemingly never ending saga of ours. I have worked for the U.S. government most of my life and over the last few days have been working with the Pope's security personnel. With the rumors over the last few years about the Vatican's involvement with CMKM and again brought up due to the Pope's recent trip to the U.S. I found myself with an opportunity to get to the bottom of this. I have known one of the men with the Pope's security for 15-16 years and asked him if he could find out if the Pope has knowledge of CMKM Diamonds or any settlement money that could have came through the Vatican for shareholders and if the Vatican has ever held shares in CMKM stock. He asked me what CMKM Diamonds is, so I had to give him a quick explanation. He got up and walked across the reception hall to another gentleman, this man pulls out a cell phone and makes a call that lasted about three mins. Then the two spoke for a moment and he came back over to me and said that the other gentleman called directly to the accounting/financial superintendent at the Vatican and was told that they have never heard of CMKM Diamonds, has never held stock in CMKM Diamonds and that the Vatican is no type of financial institution and has never had anything to do with any kind of money's for a stock or a settlement of any kind. So, I will go back to lurking since I have now contributed my 2 cents. GLTA

Interesting (though not surprising) that Edwards had a big chunk of PCBM/Serac.
Janice, did you overlook that Edwards also had Cash 4 Homes? How much of Edwards portfolio matches up with Slurp and company?
I wonder if slurp has/had GBDX?
By Pedro2004
Damn!
Tyler has the NevWest trading accounts’
And Tyler has the bank statements too!
LOL _ Check out Edwards SGGM and CIM
Was this man with the British accent also John Edwards?
Surfit was touting Coffaro Family Products/CFPR and Cash 4 Homes/CSFM like crazy mad. Shortly after Ed pumped them hard, both stocks took a nose dive and he immediately stopped pumping them.

Topic: The Cash-4-Homes pump
Just for discussion, if anyone here remembers the Surfit/Treffry tag team hype on CSFM....you will remember the Cash-4-Homes phone number was listed on another sham.
I found an old post on Ragingbull that is kind of thought provoking. Plus, check out the pumper of the "sister" pump, it's our old buddy Frank T Love.

Scam IS as scam DOES.....
Just called 411 and asked for the number of Cyber Interactive. I was given 702-248-1061. The address given by reverse phone directory was just as I posted before for CYBER INTERACTIVE.
I called the number. A young lady answer the phone "investor relations." I asked if I had reached Cyber Interactive. "No" she said, "this is a different company" I said, "This is the number I got from directory assistance." "Hold on" she said. I waited about a minute.
"That's another name for this company." she said.
I told her I would like to ask some questions about the company. I was put on hold, got cut off, called back, got put on hold (not unusual)
A gentleman who sounded either British or Australian answered, I asked a few questions about Coffaro, beer, etc. I asked him about Cyber Interactive, he had never heard of it. I asked him the address of their office. "6767 W. Tropicana in Las Vegas"
Gee, isn't that unusual that a totally different company occupies the same office space, and gets the same phone number under the same listing....
So, no, cfsm or whatever, I'm NOT wrong. Anyone have a reasonable explanation?

Folks, this will be a slow steady play. I suspect Anthony to start releasing information soon and Filings to begin. This company is a $5.00 to $7.50 pps. company easily. Look at all the products and the History here. Coffaro's go back Genorations.

somebody out there seems to care about holding this stock. I was fortunate and picked it up when I first learned of Jarvis Entertainment planning to buy the site to promote their lazer backpack factory. I was hoping to protect myself from massive losses on JRVE. I picked up 180,000 shares at an average purchase price of 1.2 cents. Meanwhile, my precious JRVE dive bombed from 70+ cents down to about 2 cents. I managed to buy 30,000 more shares of JRVE to lower my total purchase price of JRVE to about .17 per share. But in the process between the two companies JARV and JRVE I had over $8,000 invested. Now, I had held this strange combination hoping to see a revival in either one. I witnessed JARV just sitting (hardly ever rising or falling) and JRVE having slight climbs and quick falls as it still is today as WSTN. When you figure 210,000 shares divided into $8,000 you end up with something like 3.8 cents per share. Besides those shares I also still hold my RESTRICTED 6,999 shares of the now WSTN. Well, my broker sent me my 1/4 report in July (after JARV became CSFM) and suddenly it said that my liquidation value had jumped from about $2,000 to about $34,000. Remember when Steve Martin's head spun completely around at the bank. THAT WAS ME. I managed to sell 50,000 shares of CSFM (the old JARV) and completely recover my total investment. I still hold 160,000 shares of the companies + the mysterious 6,999 restricted shares of WSTN. A friend once told me that playing the stock market is not like gambling. When you have shoved $8,000 into a slot machine you can't wait their until you get a different outcome. With stock you can wait because worth a lot or little you still own them and you can refuse to take your loss and wait for a better outcome (if your lucky that is- I WISH ANYONE WHO READS THIS ALL OF MY LUCK AND I STILL BELIEVE IN WSTN TO MAKE A GO OF THIS VENTURE). Somebody said they couldn't afford to sell their stocks. That is certainly true of many stock companies but not of RJT.com (you can do everything with Pink sheet companies that you do with NASDAC or NYSE. Please quit picking on WSTN and CSFM. LETS GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO SURVIVE.

TOO funny!! They've already authorized half a billion shares...
On May 7, 2003, the Company changed its name to Cash 4 Homes 247 and increased the number of authorized shares to 490,000,000 common shares at $.0001 par value and 10,000,000 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock at $.0001. For other name changes refer to page 6 of the audited financial statements for March 31, 2003.

I believe more and more that there are deals made with the doj on this and cooperation with the sec is mandated by the deals.
phxgold, read my siggy below. Consider the possibility that Urban may have confessed to his role in CMKX and already rolled over on the others before they were deposed. So questioning extensively about Urban's participation could have been a moot point at that time?
Just something to ponder about. I guess we'll know more if the SEC decides to publish the depositions.
howard stern has been talking about funding a billboard on the moon for sirius.
ROFL Got to give the guy some credit. Stern has an unique sense of humor.

Please, lil leo, stop with the IM's. I am not interested in a threeway with the electric witches.
I'd suggest the Drunken Troll, but he's even less subtle.
You're right. The DT could never pull that one off.
Oh dear, Janice. Joey was such a pretty little creature. I always enjoyed the pictures you posted of him.
So sorry to hear about your lost.
I'll go one further and speculate that Urbans testimony is the cooberating eveidence required to lay the Hackman case to bed.
Wow That's quite a statement! Let's see, so far the people who are currently incarcerated and have a direct or indirect(Lee-Flaherty by marriage) connection to CMKX :

He's totally wrongly accused," Casavant's brother Victor said from his home in Vegreville, Alta. on Thursday.
He refused to comment further on the case.
Victor Casavant was sanctioned in Alberta in 1995 for improperly distributing securities from his company Striker Minerals Ltd. He returned $60,000 to one shareholder and paid a $1,000 fine.

NOW DO I HAVE IT RIGHT NOW?
NO!
You're entertaining the bejesus out me today, though. Thanks for the ROFL posts.
Only Casavant can deny knowledge or consent and have the SEC be so convinced it puts it in a complaint.
Edwards is listed as the "mastermind" of the scheme. I've never believed Edwards was more than a very well-paid front man
Tom Hughes went down with a whimper. He didn't even want to engage in a battle with Debra Wang, or spill the beans. Urban may just be the canary the SEC/DOJ have been waiting for, imo.
I take what GW said with a grain of salt but, it still is interesting to hear his account of "Uncle Milty", JE, JT, VL, and Bobby Mc, etc.

did I mispeak or type?
Does it really matter? lol
Your point was well taken though. I'm not a bureaucrat but it seems to me it makes more sense to be closer to where the action is in Nevada. On the other hand, maybe it's safer they do have a regional office in Denver, or Utah amongst the Mormons rather than in Sin City. LOL
probably one of their problems, should have one in nevada.
LOL Now why do so many people have that opinion of Carolyn?
have this visualization of carolyn holding a gun to his head, and saying, you better take the fall for me and the kids..she is/was a bitch. Someone called her a cold fish.

Look for news coming out of Andros Island, Bahamas this week.
Those greedy posts were hilarious. I kept waiting for someone to look up Andros Island and bust greedy for being the prankster he is. They didn't bother to look into it so greedy was able to keep up the charade for a few weeks. He made the point he wanted to get across. LOL
http://www.geographia.com/bahamas/bsanin01.htm
Largest of the many Islands of The Bahamas (104 x 40 miles), mysterious, mangrove-choked Andros is also the least explored, which means that you'll be sharing space with more terns and whistling tree ducks than humans--and maybe even a chickcharnie or two, those mischievous mythical inhabitants that are exclusive to this island. Reputed to be elfin creatures with three fingers, three toes, and red eyes, chickcharnies bring lifelong good luck to anyone lucky enough to see one. Andros even has its own "Loch Ness Monster," a dragon-like sea monster called the Lusca. No wonder the island was called "La Isla del Espiritu Santo" (the island of the Holy Spirit) by the Spaniards.
Nor will they be told that Frizzy's goofy cert pull cost the Xers the ETGMF shares
Is Mark going to portray Bulldog Frizzell as some super Securities Lawyer, even though he isn't one?
I also doubt Kevin's RB adoration posts of Urban will make the book.
I think the Smeaton dump merits some attention too.
There's still pictures on the ratboyz site if he wants to see them. lol
Have they even done a SINGLE deposition or required document production in the various suits they've brought?
Exactly. Honestly, my mouth dropped open when I read that post.
Mark is working the Bill and Kevin are heros angle pretty hard. Oh well, he does have a book to tout about them!
I'd be more than happy to make a contribution....
Janice, if you do talk the Canuck reporter, please try to work Melvin and Andy into the story. I'm sure they'll appreciate seeing their names mention along with Urbie.
Can I give him your email?
Seeing Janice quoted in Urban's local paper? Too funny!

Bill and Kevin have enough evidence to literally bury Urban in it. I'm guessing that they have a LOT of evidence that the SEC doesn't have because of their discovery process and Bill's knack for knowing how to follow the money. But I do know that they have and will share pretty much anything they have with the whatever agency wants it. I personally think Bill and Kevin gift-wrapped this case for the SEC, but that's just my opinion.
