I believe more and more that there are deals made with the doj on this and cooperation with the sec is mandated by the deals.

phxgold, read my siggy below. Consider the possibility that Urban may have confessed to his role in CMKX and already rolled over on the others before they were deposed. So questioning extensively about Urban's participation could have been a moot point at that time?

Just something to ponder about. I guess we'll know more if the SEC decides to publish the depositions.
