Have patience guys. I think we may have an ace in the hole.
Any chance that there has been a snag with the shell itself? Mark Smith has told me that this has happened a few times to him. Perhaps a few shares in AEGP might be a prudent investment...
Thanks, I'm locked and loaded for a move higher here. When the merger talk gets started, we're heading for higher ground. A spike in volume will send us into the pennies.
Abe has done it before, so he knows the process. He seems to see some value in posessing the shell. I think he's looking for the right deal.
I spoke with Mark Smith on Monday. He said that he only takes on shells that he thinks can be easily moved. PLSO was an attractive candidate, but he was prevented from taking the shell by Abe. So he moved on.
What is the share structure here?
I just spoke with Mark Smith about JPEI. He said he only deals with shells from Nevada because they have a good working relationship with the courts there.
So Merck holds the patents to AVXT's O-Vax and M-Vax and AVXT is just has a license from Merck to commercialize them? Does Merck have a separate vaccine therapy or is this the one you were thinking of?
I'm excited about the prospects here. Why have you soured on AVXT? They appear to be gaining momentum, without any dilution.
So nothing was mentioned about upcomming acquisitions?
Thanks for the update. It sounds like the next development will be the 10Q. I wonder how many Johns Hopkins researchers will be coming on board with CSBR through the intellectual property acquisitions. I believe a couple received shares through the first transaction.
The more that join the team here, the better.
It looks like only about 100 million shares have been sold on this since it started trading last May. So even if the company sold every one of those shares, the OS would probably be around 150 million. That's a very low market cap $750,000, compared to the projected revenue.
Now if we can just convince them to turn it off and let it run, we can hit that .75 high again.
I just spoke with Todd from IR. He said that of course there would be PRs coming from INRA in the near future, but he could not comment on the specific timing or nature of the news. He took my number and said he would get back to me if there was any more info from the settlement he could clarify.
Yes, I meant $2mil net income after fees. That's a nice start. Certainly doesn't reflect the millions that ABB apparently made off of the technology, so let's see if we get news soon that will help explain why they got such a small percentage of that.
In the meantime, it's still a net $2,000,000, which gives INRA immediate bank for their current projects.
Let's face it, this is still undervalued even if the only thing they get is $2 million. That's a huge boost to a company just starting to take off.
Here comes the bounce.
<in your "deal" what's to stop ABB from discontinuing the IRC5 product altogether and simply not paying INRA much (if anything) in the future?>
The $60 to $80 million in profits that they've already made off of the product? That's a pretty big incentive to continue the IRC5 product line.
This preview courtesy of imcloneer is coming soon to a theater near you. It's going to be a blockbuster.
Part of the agreement acknowledges that INRA is the sole owner of the trade secrets being litigated. So any future use of these secrets will involve INRA per this settlement.
Didn't I see it posted here that ABB made $80 million off of products derived from these trade secrets? It looks like going forward, per this settlement, ABB will have to negotiate with INRA, or lose out on millions in revenue.
I think part of the deal was to minimize the PR damage to ABB in exchange for the future revenues of the technology.
Everyone has focused on #2 of the agreement which was worth only (only) three million. #1 is where the real money will be made. How many millions are the sole rights to that technology worth in the future?
Great find. This gives us a good idea where the next part of the pipeline is coming from.
AEGP. The OS is less than 8 million.
Great stockhound! Let's get this party started.
Good idea, load up before news. I might average up a little too.
I received a PM too. If they start PRing the revenue projections I saw, we'll be skyrocketing. Just a small piece of that $2 trillion dollar pie is all we need at this price.
If their revolutionary plan gains wide acceptance, we'll get much more than that.
This looks like a low floater. With news of revenues and growth I think this one will fly.
But this is up to a billion, right?
I just bought into one that also seems to be diluting steadily, but not nearly as quickly as this, so I feel your pain. Hopefully they take pause and give you guys a chance to make some money. Good luck.
The volume has arrived!

Here is a reverse split repeat offender. Notice the FS among the many Reverse split. This actually wasn't the example I was looking for. The one I'm thinking of did a 1 to 20 forward split before doing a 1000 to 1 reverse split.
Maybe they won't do one, but their shares have increased from 100 million to 1 billion in a few months according to this board. Good luck, I hope they prove me wrong.
$25000 was just spent on this on the 16th (50 million shares). Another $20,000 has been spent since then, and the price has decreased by 60%. I'm sure some of that was people buying and selling, so the dollar amount paid in wasn't that high.
This has RS written all over it. It looks like they're taking donations.
4.5 million rmb is about $450,000 in revenue per year. I was hoping for that $30 mil figure I've been seeing.
I'm holding CSBR for a story like this,
http://www.thestreet.com/_yahoo/newsanalysis/pharmaceuticals/10339654.html?cm_ven=YAHOO&cm_c....
and a chart like this.
http://money.cnn.com/quote/chart/chart.html?pg=ch&symb=NRPH&time=3yr&freq=1dy&charts...
This is a good base start the next leg up from. No one is selling here, and as we know, the ask is very thin to move this up into the dollars.
Still trying to find the new owner. May be a big reward for whoever finds out their situation first.
It's still developing. Whoever finds the new owner of this shell gets to find out what's going on with TMXU before everyone else. It could be very valuable information.
I was able to contact Jeff Volpe at the lawyer's office. He confirmed that the shell was sold, but was unable to find the name of the new owner. He suggested contacting the TA.
I called Mark Smith back and he didn't know who the TA was for tmex. He suggested contacting the SEC.
Go to the OSSG board for more info on that company. It's part of the growing web of John Rivera companies.
I had it verified today by Jeff at the lawyer's office, who I was subsequently told by Mark is the guy to talk to about the specifics of the remaining shells (i.e. OS, whether they report or not, etc.).
Jeff couldn't find the information on who bought the shell either. He told me to check with the TA, but neither he or Mark had the number, and it wasn't listed on pinksheets. Mark told me to check with the SEC.
So it looks like it's going to take some solid investigative skills to track down this new mystery company. The sleuth who finds them first gets to find out what's going on before everybody else does.
What a day, huh? TMXU sure looks like it has a small float. Apparently the TA last reported 49m OS, but the last time the company reported, they only listed 14m OS.
