It's still developing. Whoever finds the new owner of this shell gets to find out what's going on with TMXU before everyone else. It could be very valuable information.

I was able to contact Jeff Volpe at the lawyer's office. He confirmed that the shell was sold, but was unable to find the name of the new owner. He suggested contacting the TA.

I called Mark Smith back and he didn't know who the TA was for tmex. He suggested contacting the SEC.
