Part of the agreement acknowledges that INRA is the sole owner of the trade secrets being litigated. So any future use of these secrets will involve INRA per this settlement.

Didn't I see it posted here that ABB made $80 million off of products derived from these trade secrets? It looks like going forward, per this settlement, ABB will have to negotiate with INRA, or lose out on millions in revenue.
