here has been my reply to those asking qustions about the R/S:



Everyone was complaining that under a penny there are too many traders
and FLIPPERS. The stock price was slowly deflating on its own and was
not getting any higher because of the amount of outstanding shares,
despite all of the great news. A R/S would tighten up the outstanding
shares and give a higher stock price.

It is important to note that we are not doing this in order to further
dilution. As stated, the REG D is closed and we announced that there
is no selling for a year. We also announced that we don't plan to do
any selling even after that year. This is important because many
companies do R/S in order to do more selling. That is not the case
with us.

As far as why we put the news out today, Ken stated that we could not
just simply put out the good news, or it would look like market
manipulation.

I should remind everyone that the budget for SIIR was $2.7 million and
that was the bottom end of what it is estimated that the movie will
make in just foreign sales, and double that on the high end. And then
factor in domestic. That was fantastic news that people had been
waiting for, for weeks. It shows that we can make a good profit on
our movies and it gives REAL NUMBERS and professional assessments
rather than just company fluff.

It sucks that the stock price is down, but Ken stated that we could
not just put out the good news or we are accused of market
manipulation. I had written up the pr on Friday for release today,
but Ken added the R/S note for this reason.

And again, NO COMPANY SELLING OF STOCK FOR A YEAR. This was not done
in order to further dilution or anything like that.

Sure would be great if I could get a little run out of one of my other holdings, so I could add to my pile here. This is such a golden opportunity to do so, and will be the last after the PR that is coming.

That would make the pps .40 after the R/S, right? That should keep flippers away. Not.

Perhaps that will open the doors for some cheaper shares in the next few days. I am freeing up cash wherever possible right now. There are a lot of impatient people in the market right now, and I'm looking to take advantage of them. :)
