Too bad but Dimension has never had anyone except Panik as a board member or officer. They also have a large team of expert PhDs with a gaggle of patents under their belts. TMM has a guy with a milk machine patent. Not quite sure what they are going to do with that kind of expertise. LOL
I got Karma for ya. 4 years after TMM buys a stolen copy of another company's property and LOSES BADLY at trial becoming a convicted software thief they find themselves over a million dollars in debt to lawyers and loan sharks and still have ZERO revenues, ZERO products, ZERO customers, ZERO anything. Meanwhile, I hear that other company is doing quite well.
Now thats what I call KARMA. LOL
Seems kind of obvious you have to have paid the attorneys before you can sue to get them reimbursed. Or at least it should be obvious.
TMM is the one appealing their loss of their stolen copy of the code shouldn't you be asking them? If they are willing to borrow another million bucks in a fruitless attempt to get the old original copy back what does that mean?
Yes YUGE signs of them doing BIG business but unfortunately not a hint of anything going on at TMM. 30 years of "No status change please check back next year".
No Wangchung knows squat. I stay informed by investigating leads and making calls. You can call the Dimension hot line and get answers. But for TMM you have to call the pay phone during visitor hours.
Why bother, he knows NOTHING about either company.
LOL nice to have such a Dinension expert here on the TMM thread.
Yes karma has been tough on TMM. Blew over 13 million dollars plus over a million more in debt just the past 5 years with NOTHING to show for it. Must be some pretty upset payday lenders taking it hard when they are used to being the ones ripping people off.
Moved on? Don't think so. Why would they be spending more borrowed money on an appeal about it when they are over a million bucks in debt?
Yes the tech was such a waste of money TMM paid Simpson and Haskins 11 million shares for what they knew was a stolen copy of it.
Or he could try reading all their patents although there are lots of big words in them could be a problem.
The judge decided TMM was a LOSER! Bam!
Yeah you run with that theory! LOL
If you were keeping up you would know the 2000 license included Iterated converting the code to Windows compatibility. But keep flailing away. LOL
LOL a lot of the worlds top tech companies would be amused to hear your completely uninformed opinion on the industry's leading video codecs.
Sorry wrong again! Remember the Dec 1996 letter from the Iterated law firm confirming TMM had ZERO rights to ANY Iterated created tech due to being total deadbeats and never paying for anything!
You can confirm the ongoing deadbeat status with the TMM trial lawyers who's fees are being "accrued". 1996 or 2017 doesn't make any difference a deadbeat is a deadbeat. LOL
Sorry TMM has ZERO rights to ANY Iterated tech as they never finished paying for ANYTHING. Deadbeats! Didn't you read any of the trial evidence posted on the internet? Or maybe you should confirm with the Iterated boss Dr Barnsley. You can reach him at Dimension. LOL
Methinks there should be more concern over Tmms products. Oh wait, there aren't any! LOL
LOL only ONE side has angry stiffed attorneys owed over $500,000 and loans for over $600,000 they can't pay AND is a convicted software THIEF with ZERO revenues and no products!
The other company is doing quite well I hear, now that they have WON the 4 year long troll lawsuit. But the damage done do it for that 4 years by the lowlife crooks has to be reckoned with. Bad news for TMM!
LOL big difference TMM is an empty shell in heavy debt and that other company is doing VERY well I hear. Another million for trial? No big deal chump change. I know those payday loan guys arent too bright but will they pony up another million on a losing cause?
Yes I said the same thing right? But TMM still owes over a million dollars to lawyers and debtors for the last lawsuit, are you going to front them another million for a zero chance opportunity to lose again and no chance to win anything?
The only Demented company I know is TMM. Yes they LOST their lawsuit and now are in position to lose their lame appeal and also lose ANOTHER LAWSUIT for abuse of process! Ugly times ahead!
Motions are merely pawns in a trial. Taking the king and winning the match is the goal. Dimension took TMMs king and won the trial TMM LOST end of that part of the story.
TMM still needs to pay for their theft and treachery that is the second part of the story still in play. TMM being branded a thief and crook is not enough although clearly no other company will touch TMM they are a pariah in the industry.
Win a motion? LOL there are dozens of motions in a trial and there has only been one trial. Guess what, TMM LOST!!!
Interesting news Shadow! As always you are on top of whats happening. Unfortunately TMM was headless during that NAB time and did nothing. With the stock tanking badly and quickly we have to wonder when we will hear anything from the new team. Or if we will ever hear anything.
I think Dimension should demand the only thing of value in TMM, its PR writer! LOL
Sounds great to me! However I dont think either company cares what we think anyway. Other than TMM counting on me to help them with their web site problems. Just another burden of being a TMM shareholder!
TMM continues to sink, sink, sink looks like the 3 cent range is coming up fast and then 2, 1, sub-penny. And too much talk about settlement. If TMM prefers to go back to court for the next 3-4 years and continue to lose, lose, lose then they should oblige them.
Incorrect they are also appealing the extensive attorney fees the judge incorrectly denied. The appeals court will undoubtedly correct that error. Meanwhile the abuse of process claim trial will likely be initiated. So, there's a lot more to negotiate than just $54k. Not much question about this getting even uglier for the new guys than it is already.
You have to wonder if this is headed to a dead cat bounce next week, seems oversold.
This shell comes with a lot of baggage but also a lot of old shareholders, should be worth something.
Every time it looks like some life in this shell it dies off.
TMM is settling all right, settling down below 5 cents and drifting downwards.
LOL you forget who LOST that 4 year trial. TMM LOST and became a convicted software thief. No two ways around it why would anybody do any business with them? Yes the judge let them off the hook pretty easy but the appeals court wont and neither will the next judge for the abuse of process trial. Rough days (make that years) ahead for TMM should they stay alive.
Im looking for any reason to be optimistic about TMMs chances but not seeing it. If theres a new plan we havent seen it yet. If theres a product we havent seen it yet. If theres an office.....OK we know there isnt.
Theres a new President but we havent heard from him yet. Does the new President even have any skin in the game? Does he own any TMM stock?
So theres still ZERO revenues, no actual office just the address of a vacant building, massive debts, upcoming legal expenses in the hundreds of thousands of dollars or even millions, no products, no customers, more exec mouths to feed..... Yes I would say NOTHING has changed!
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FOR TMM!!!
Smitty (CSI International)- Chief Screwup Identifier
Office? As we all know Cavanaugh stated, "We dont need no stinkin office!" Lets face it once you get an office then someone will want a stapler or maybe a computer or something and TMM doesnt need that kind of tech overload! A number 2 pencil and pad of paper can write any PR they need to generate stock volatility! Keep it simple guys!
I think the only fair thing to do is give smitty some credit and list him as an Advisor! And they should put him on top as the head Advisor as his advice is the only good advice they have followed for some time! And none of that assistant advisor stuff I want full billing! And what about my bio where is that? "Born on the bayou..."
