LOL you forget who LOST that 4 year trial. TMM LOST and became a convicted software thief. No two ways around it why would anybody do any business with them? Yes the judge let them off the hook pretty easy but the appeals court wont and neither will the next judge for the abuse of process trial. Rough days (make that years) ahead for TMM should they stay alive.
