You're a good man, Charlie Brown. Can't wait for day one...the first acquisition closing announcement. On that day we leave this level of trading far far behind. GLTY UF
It'll continue to piddle down at these levels if the MMs have any say in it, but not for long. Days can seem like weeks and weeks like months, but we're not far from liftoff. GLTY UF
It's all good, NF! CE removal soon and acquisition announcement shortly thereafter. These are ridiculously low price points for this monster in the making. GLTY UF
We get that there are no buys at .002. That's the whole point. Neither of us were expecting that in the first place. That has nothing to do with what we were discussing. UF
Well I now have another 1.5M shares I wasn't planning on buying today, so that would be nice to see. Either way, it should be within days and not weeks. UF
A Limit Order?
And THERE IT IS!!!! Filled a full ten minutes later...
Put a 1.5M buy order in at 3:29 at .002. Let's see how long the naked shorting MMs take to fill it. You can see clearly that they're attempting to keep it at .0015 on the Ask. MM Games staring us right in the face. That's the only reason this is flitting around at these prices. This is going to rocket on news and naked shorts will be scrambling. Naysay it if you want, but it's happening...period. UF
Highly doubtful. LOL
You got that right!!!!
I agree with you! The trucking deal is on the back burner now, but these other acquisitions should carry similar values...
I can't wait to see their financials either, especially after a couple acquisitions!!
There are still plenty of people who think this stock is a great buy, especially at these prices, but yes, there are those who helped drive the price skyward who now claim ignorance as to how it ever happened...
Way to spin .05 into .25. LMAO
Not gonna happen...
Who cares? We're trading based on "TODAY'S SHARE STRUCTURE, BUSINESS MODEL AND MARKET CAP", not from a year ago.
I haven't gone anywhere!! I have over 50M shares, will still add when able to do so and still strongly recommend this stock to anyone and everyone who wants to make major bank. Again, good luck everyone... UF
Good luck everyone...
They made it clear that they're not going to be strongarmed by unrealistic former creditors and are willing to back burner the deal until they come to their senses...or get nothing. UF
Play of 2018 at these prices! .0019
CWIR DD, Let’s start with the obvious…
Alan Wall is listed as Key Management and in 2009 joined American Trucking Group, LLC and National Truck Funding, LLC as CFO, the very same company that CWIR plans to acquire once it emerges from bankruptcy proceedings and it will soon despite the comments to the contrary. It’s a detailed process and totally dependent on the courts and their time table. Were they over-zealous with predicting a closing timeframe? Yes, rookie mistake...
So that’s one company that they’ve projected at $28.8M in revenue and $2.9 EBITDA minimum!
We know that they’ve hired a PR firm that doesn’t even resonate at the OTC level due to the fact that it services well known, name brand companies. Take a look at their client list… http://www.pondel.com/client-experience/
They’ve hired a law firm that’s also not typical of an OTC level stock. https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=28115
So what do I mean by signs?
Look, if they’ve done the above and are actively looking to acquire a $28.8M company that has ties to a “Key Management” member, let’s look at some of the other key players to get a sense of what else might be on their radar…
For all those saying where’s the money coming from, well let's look at Ray Soudah, Board Member CWIR – Take a look at his primary website and check the top right hand corner to see exactly what he does for a living… http://www.milleniumassociates.com/about/our-team.php Are you kidding me?
Or maybe the money’s coming from this resource, Jeffrey Devers, Board Member CWIR – How about this little nugget… “Designed and Structured a financing which was selected as Restructuring Deal of the Year for a large international engineering company providing over $100 Million dollars of equity.” https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffrey-e-devers-41bb33
Do you think for one minute that a penny stock trading in the teens is going to stay here long with that kind of fire power? And what companies do these two have ties to that could be acquisition targets? Think about it…
And what about this guy… Oleg Shvartsman, Board Member CWIR – Do you not think he has access to major funds and ties to acquisition targets? Good grief… http://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/18/business/worldbusiness/18kgb.html
And let’s not forget about another “Key Management” member, Dr. David Platt, PhD – Current CEO and Chairman of Oxygen Therapeutics, Inc. https://www.otipharma.com/management-team/ Looks like a nice acquisition target to me. “Dr Platt is a world-renowned expert in carbohydrate chemistry who has founded three publicly traded companies, creating nearly $1B for investors. He has raised $150M directly in public markets in the U.S., and has led development of two drug candidates from concept through phase II clinical trials.”
Remember these comments from the management team?
“We’re an acquisition holding company that will purchase private operating businesses with annual revenues of between $5 million to around $30 million. These businesses will become wholly owned subsidiaries of CWIR, the parent company.”
“What about the money, the acquisition capital? We look at it this way, there’s a lot of money in the world. The money is there when the deal is there. Collectively, we’ve built long term relationships with ready, willing and able partners that like what we are doing. The bigger our market cap, the better the capital at our disposal the more we can acquire and so on and so on...”
“If you ask me where we see ourselves in five years, I would say that we would like to have ten to fifteen subsidiaries under our umbrella at all times and spinning off or selling four or five each year."
Note: From what I understand, each CWIR shareholder will receive shares in each of these spinoffs. Do you realize what a big deal that is???
And what about this one? "As far as I'm concerned anyone who puts out daily press releases just to say something is probably a pump and dump scam in the pick sheet arena. We'll put out news when it's appropriate to say something and because we executed. We're not here to move pennies we're here to move real weight. If our investment strategy isn’t for you don't buy our stock." When they do put out news, as tight as this float has gotten, do you really want to be without shares?
In my 20+ years of doing this type of trading at this level, I have never seen a more experienced and connected group of officers and board members as part of an OTC play. This is a NASDAQ level team that’s giving all of us the opportunity of a lifetime.

Use your common sense. You have four or five people trying to convince you that this is going to .0001 and are using the angst of the skull and crossbones as leverage to play on your emotions, yet in my 20+ years of doing this type of trading at this level, I have never seen a more experienced and connected group of officers and board members as part of an OTC play. This is a NASDAQ level team that’s giving all of us the opportunity of a lifetime and some are going to blow it listening to the wrong people. Come up for air and take a serious look at what’s happening here. I’ve said my peace and counted to ten…

Boy are people missing the signs here…
Let’s start with the obvious…

Will do. Like a baby.
Hundreds of us will sleep like babies tonight knowing what we own. GLTA UF
Riiiiiiight! LOL
Have been reading up on this IR firm they hired. When the news hits, they're going to rock this thing like no other OTC play in the past. GLTY UF
And yet there is... Funny, huh?
Except EVERYTHING positive that we know to date and most of us have chosen not to ignore. GLTY UF
Past Tense is definitely appropriate here. GLTY UF
Riiiiiight! LOL
Way to go, Slugger! Good job!
