I will be leaving iHub altogether due to health reasons. Just wanted to wish each of you all the best. Thank you. UF
Funny that you posted that, because I just reached out again a few minutes ago. Will let you know if I hear anything. Thanks. UF
That spread tells you everything you need to know about what's going to happen to this stock with the first acquisition announcement. The accumulation has been off the charts and it will rocket past .01 and never look back. Lots of solid longs here. UF
Paco Sinbad...I had to Google it. This is what I found. LOL
Just an old sheepdog living with some peaceful monkeys? That must be code for something! LOL http://PacoSinbad.com
I'm all up in this ticker neck deep! LOL
Glad to see you here, Smart Money! Going to be a fun ride. Have had several people confirm that we are just waiting on CE removal and then we're off to the races. Pain in the butt, but it is what it is... UF
Still here. Still holding. UF
Hogwash.
That's awesome, NF! Locally, I have another 96M being held by five individuals that I'm certain will be holding for the long haul, so there's a lot more of us out here than people think. That accum line hasn't gone berserk for no reason. A huge percentage is locked up here. GLTY UF
Getting there. Thank you. UF
Exactly. Just so everyone knows, there are a lot of us here who put our money where our mouth is, and have been for months. The accumulation is off the charts for a reason. Plenty of us have done our due diligence and are content with whatever timeline it takes.
This is how confident I am in Harry, Harry Jr., Harry III, David Platt, Mrs Platt and the Platt twins...
I have the flu and it's 55M shares even now. Have a good day everyone. UF
Great post, Smilin B! And spot on. CE removal is inevitable as are the flood of acquisitions that will follow. GLTA UF
I don't think her name is Shirley, but let's roll with it! LOL
As sad and silly as it sounds, it's a manual process handled by one person who apparently does them in batches of two or three when she gets around to it. It's the hand we've been dealt and requires patience and a lot of laughter at the absurdity of the situation, but it's all good. GLTA UF
Who cares? Irrelevant.
BOOM CHUGGALUGGA!

So here’s the scoop with supporting documentation…
1. Five really sharp business professionals spent over a year working on and compiling multiple acquisition targets that they could take public under one ticker.
One of which is Dr David Platt, PhD who made billions for his former shareholders and now is a board member for CWIR and has two medical companies that are very attractive acquisition targets...

The CWIR ticker was clean and available for this group so they jumped on it:
Current Structure: 2.406B Outstanding, 1.086B Float
Presentation on Officers/Board Members: https://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2017/11/15/pnybhCapture6.JPG
PERSONAL TAKE: I’ve never seen a more talented group of officers. They all hold preferred shares and not one member of the officer or management team has a single share of common rendering it clean from the possibility of company dilution.
2. In a Letter To Shareholders, the CEO stated a couple of things that should get everyone’s attention…
• “We’re an acquisition holding company that will purchase private operating businesses with annual revenues of between $5 million to around $30 million. These businesses will become wholly owned subsidiaries of CWIR, the parent company.”
• “What about the money, the acquisition capital? We look at it this way, there’s a lot of money in the world. The money is there when the deal is there. Collectively, we’ve built long term relationships with ready, willing and able partners that like what we are doing. The bigger our market cap, the better the capital at our disposal the more we can acquire and so on and so on...”
• “If you ask me where we see ourselves in five years, I would say that we would like to have ten to fifteen subsidiaries under our umbrella at all times and spinning off or selling four or five each year."
Letter to Shareholders: https://www.otcmarkets.com/companyPresentationViewer?cmdId=2112&symbol=CWIR
PERSONAL TAKE: “Ten to fifteen subsidiaries under our umbrella at all times and spinning off or selling four or five each year.” That’s reason enough to own this stock, especially since it’s trading at .0035 right now and at a market cap of around 8.5M, but let’s forget about ten to fifteen deals…let’s just take one deal... any deal from $5M to $30M.
Let’s split the difference and say they acquire one company at $17.5M in revenue and 25% profits or 4.4M. JUST ONE
At an S&P Average P/S, JUST ONE SINGLE DEAL puts this stock at .0152. At an S&P Average P/E, JUST ONE SINGLE DEAL puts this stock at .037. Long term, 15 of those = a minimum of 55 cents per share.
3. So why is this stock trading at such a low price?
* They haven’t closed their first acquisition yet, first and foremost, and…
* BOOM! On November 6th, they were saddled with a Caveat Emptor status when an outside group promoted the hell out of this stock via newsletters using their own spin on what they thought the company was doing and capable of and the company got flagged by OTCM and dinged with a skull/crossbones status.
* Three steps were required for removal. A profile update (DONE), a share structure update (DONE) and an Attorney Opinion Letter (Uploaded this past Sunday and that's relevant to the latest run up in volume and PPS)
4. What has the company done since then to indicate that they’re more than just another OTC penny ticker with a nasty skull and crossbones?
* First, they hired legal representation that is only done at a NASDAQ NYSE level…
https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=28115
* Second, they hired a top notch PR firm also of the same caliber if you look at their client list…
https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=28253
PERSONAL TAKE: This is simply a gut feel based on what’s been published and the current feel on the boards, but since some of these deals have been in the works for months now, I would guess that this PR firm is getting ready to begin making announcements on closed acquisitions just as soon as the CE is lifted. And credit to the company for that. As much as we all would have loved to have seen some news over the past month or so, kudos to them for not introducing new investors to the company until current status is achieved. Any day now...
5. What are further indicators that make this a stock to consider? Their original company presentation…
https://www.otcmarkets.com/companyPresentationViewer?cmdId=2103&symbol=CWIR
PERSONAL TAKE: Using the company quoted numbers, every new acquisition has the potential of creating around 2-3 cents in value for the PPS. This group here today is just waiting for ONE. Some will leave after that, some will stay, but when the company pulls this off, one thing is for certain...those who were patient and accumulated shares of CWIR will be handsomely rewarded whether they stick around for one acquisition or fifteen.
GLTA UF
Almost identical to BY*C's trading pattern. That's what I see coming. GLTAETH UF
FYI: CE Removal is a manual process handled by one woman. We are on her timeline now. We'll see it when we see it, but it should be any day now. Still time to load up. UF
That whole deal is totally irrelevant at this point.
Rubbish
And an average acquisition impact was calculated at .037. Ten Bagger for starters. UF
This one is unique in that people have EXACTLY the number of trading hours left before CE removal to get on board. After that, it's Katie Bar The Door as people will pile in, the company will release a massive PR followed by another massive PR and we could see a nickel or better quicker than any other play in years. GLTA UF
Nice haul, Ray! GLTY UF
A lot of us picked up some of those 22s back on that glorious exit day for others. Guess they were smarter than we were. Oh well, we're stuck with them now. LOL UF
