Thought something was up after Brent sent out the last PR.
More info on Syrah from the same site:
"I have conducted some research on Syrah Resources of late
because something does not add up.
It would appear that this blogger from various Australian On-line share forums has demonstrated criminal and insider knowledge
over a long time often with multiple identities and outright false and mis-leading commentary towards most other graphite exploration companies.
Additional research is pointing towards, without prejudice, that the person behind this identity is Mr. Michael Chester whom up to his recent resignation was a Non-Executive Director of Syrah Resources.
Mr. Chester has been questioned for alleged corruption and bribery in regard to tenement grants to Australian coal explorer NuCoal. He has been presented with questioning beyond his ability to produce an honorable and believable answer. The case is on-going."
Looks like a lot of insider shenanigans here and NOTHING else.
Not exactly warm and fuzzy, but we are still in business.
Access to the Company’s Molo Graphite Deposit from Toliara, starts with a 70 km paved road to the village of Andranovory. From Andranovory, secondary all-season roads continue to Betioky, a distance of 93 km. From Betioky, the Molo Graphite Deposit can be reached from Ambatry to Fotadrevo, a distance of 105 km, for an overall total of 268 km, or from Betioky to Ejeda then onwards to Fotadrevo, a distance of 161 km, for an overall total of 324 km. The second route from Ejeda to Fotadrevo is used by heavy transport trucks and by all vehicles during portions of the rainy season, as the other route can become impassable. At the height of the rainy season, both routes to Fotadrevo may become impassable.
The next step in the permitting process, which our company has initiated, is to apply for an exploitation permit. Our company has engaged a third party environmental study company in Madagascar to assist us with this process. In order to get an exploitation permit, an investment plan, exploitation work plan budget and specific ground mapping is submitted to the BCMM. This step is completed in conjunction with a submission of an environmental impact study for the BCMM. This environmental impact study includes, among other things, completion of a water study and a social impact study.
The economic potential of the property rests upon the ability to extract graphite and/or vanadium using reasonable, potentially economic parameters. Metallurgical results indicate that an economic processing method is available to extract graphite. This will be determined within a Full Feasibility Study, anticipated for release in the last quarter of calendar year 2014. The results of this study will dictate how management proceeds with project development.
The Company raised CAD$4,761,990 during 2013 on a Canadian flow-through basis. The Company is required to spend and renounce this amount on Canadian Exploration Expenditures before December 31, 2014. As of the date of these financial statements, the Company expects to meet this commitment.
As at March 31, 2014, there were a total of 72,375,729 (March 31, 2013: 69,853,294) potentially dilutive stock options and common share purchase warrants outstanding.
As at March 31, 2014, we had cash on hand of $5,299,715. Our working capital was $3,521,320.
There are no assurances that we will be able to achieve further sales of common shares or any other form of additional financing. If we are unable to achieve the financing necessary to continue the plan of operations, then we will not be able to continue our exploration and our venture will fail.
Due to our lack of operating history and present inability to generate revenues, our auditors have stated their opinion that there currently exists doubt as to our ability to continue as a going concern.
Because we are quoted on the OTCQX instead of a national securities exchange in the United States, our U.S. investors may have more difficulty selling their stock or experience negative volatility on the market price of our stock in the United States.
Buyers FINALLY waking up to the value here? Or does someone know something? Either way it is about time.
It can only go to $0.0000 (not much downside) LOL..
Can you say "TRADING HALT". Man the lifeboats!
I hear that. I've been doing a lot of painting lately.
Haywood Securities quietly accumulating shares on the TMX today.
Grab your lifejacket. They have little to no cash. Large share dilution needed just to stay in business. Knew it was too good to be true. Good luck to you, I'm running not walking away from this one.
Graphene and the oilfield chemicals market:
Oilfield Graphene
Do you know their cash on hand? Possible share issue coming?
Just asking as part of my DD, as I am new to this Company.
Dex, This will be a slow grind higher. This project will be valued accordingly, based on the perceived risk.
Madagascar is a country in transition.
People there need work.
It will happen.
IMHO
River, Good analysis. We just need the demand side to kick in.
Dex, Good luck on that MDNT. Hope it works out for you.
River, The technology has to catch up. We are not there yet. This mine will come on line when demand for product is increasing.
It's better than money in the bank.
What is your bank paying you?
Dex, I have checked out mdnt and frankly it scares me.
I have invested in many "great ideas" over the years and have not made any money.
Nothing beats a hard asset. Yes the risk increases depending upon where the resource is located, but if it works out, the reward for the patient investor is "EXPONENTIAL".
While you are waiting (for your payday) check this other African mineral play. I think you will like the value you see there.
Sunridge
Haywood Securities still buying at the ask on the TMX.
Quiet accumulation Hmmmmmm.....
Easy money!
IMHO
What is the problem with the bid on the OTCQX?
Hello this stock is cheap, cheap, cheap!
Starting to get some fund interest.
It will be a slow grind up.
Time to retest that
$0.18 CAD level.
IMHO
Riverrock, I'm seeing another year of infrastructure build-out. It looks like it will all come together in the 2015-2016 timeframe.
Considering that ENZR still needs to get a mining permit (which takes time) I think production at Molo in the 1st quarter of 2016 is reasonable and acheivable.
Maser, if you like SLTA, you will LOVE this one.
In the same district, and has a management team that even you will respect.
They already sold the rights to another propery for a royalty to Yamana Gold.
These guys know what they are doing!
One of the most under-appreciated (besides ENZR) juniors on the market.
Good value for the money.
Golden Arrow
Good deal for both parties.
Make it so!
Pole, The IMF has reinstated ties with Madagascar. Graphite is now classified by the US government as a strategic resource.
The new President has to get the country in order for business.
It will happen, albeit slowly.
Money will come available for infrastructure if they can prove an economic benefit.
IMHO I believe it will happen.
But it won't happen overnight.
AK Hang tight. I gotta feeling something is coming IMHO.
Maser, I miss your insight. It keeps this board credible.
PS Morgan Stanley buying large on the TMX today.
Something is up???
Relax Big Sky. Just yankin yur chain. I guess I am the board antagonist since Maser and Stooge have gone on sabatical.
The winter has been TOO long and the news from Energizer TOO short.
Good info and welcome to the ENZR jungle!
You in or just a lurker?
Raise your hand if you piggybacked the bid and loaded up.
Time to back up the truck and scoop up the cheap ENZR shares while there is fear in the market. You are buying at PP price.

The Sagar property showcases an abundance of polymetallic mineralization zones with surface indications of potential high-grade mineralized zones, specifically at the Delhi Pacific and Tache showings.
May be or is it Maybe on the polymetallics?
No historical data to substantiate.
Indications of potential... OK
Best guess at this point?
Hmmm...
With recent advances in natural graphite purification and modification, inroads are being made where synthetic graphite was once the only choice. Purified natural flake graphite exhibits a much higher crystalline structure than synthetic and is therefore more electrically and thermally conductive. Unlike synthetic, its ability to be exfoliated and then pressed into sheets makes it the preferred structure for heat sinks, fuel cells and gaskets. Currently, researchers are investigating its use in Li-ion battery anodes due to these more favorable properties, and for the large difference in price. Synthetic graphite for these batteries currently sells for around $20,000 per tonne, whereas spherical graphite made from natural flake, with its superior properties, sells for around $6,000 to 10,000, a huge cost savings and a means of reducing the overall cost of automotive battery systems.
Both forms of graphite will always have their place in the marketplace, but inroads in the Li-ion arena are providing an exciting future for natural flake.
Email Brent and ask him.
Riverrock, What does frac sand sell for?
Technical chart damage has been done. Stock has broken below 40 week MA on heavy volume. Look for a retest of $0.12 US and a consolidation period prior to another up leg.
Another buying opportunity for the longs as the weak hands sell.
Bullish signal if the weekly close is $0.14 US or higher.
Sell-off amid global worries triggered by weak Chinese trade data. Heavy selling by financial institutions last week, probably due to re-balancing of portfolios for end of quarter.
Both the United States and China have set mandatory production targets for electric and hybrid electric vehicles at one million vehicles each by 2015-2016.
It is estimated that batteries for two million electric vehicles will create a demand for an additional supply of 160,000 tonnes per year of high-value purified graphite. Global production of flake is currently estimated at 500,000 tons per year.

Mason Graphite (TSX-V:LLG, StockForum), a Montreal-based mining firm engaged in exploring and developing its Lac Gueret graphite property located in northeastern Quebec, received positive coverage from investor icon Jim Rogers, co-founder of the Quantum Fund.
According to The Bottom Line Report, Rogers emphasized that shares for the company have moved from a low of $0.26 to a high of $1.08 per share and at the moment, stock in Mason is traded at $0.75 per share.
He also pressed that the company’s management possesses decades of direct graphite involvement and the team as a whole is “arguably the savviest” group of executives within the sector.
Rogers then went on to illustrate the positive nature of Mason’s operations, “Mason's flagship property is the 100% owned 11,630 ha Lac Guéret property in NE Quebec. On December 5th, the Company announced an updated mineral resource estimate that upgraded the Measured and Indicated tonnage by 685% to 50Mt. Inferred resources increased from 2.8Mt to 12Mt. The first 22 years of mine life has a 27.4% grade of graphite (Cgr) and operating cost of $390/tonne. Following that, the mine can produce for many years at 13% grade. All in all, total mine life could well exceed 200 years.”
Mason CEO and president, Benoit Gascon, commented, “Mason's most compelling competitive advantage, equal to the quality of our resource, is our intimate knowledge of the graphite customer base, honed by our management team over the last 20 years.”
Then he concluded, “With no debt and approximately $4 million in cash, the Company is well situated to develop and grow our world class resource against rising demand for this critical industrial component.”
Rogers was quoted in a recent Bloomberg interview stating Mason was “the best play right now” and that, “Mason is a Canadian company that apparently has the purest graphite deposit in the world and is run by the world's experts...people who have been in the graphite business a long time.”
Mason Graphite was in the news recently when the company closed its first tranche of its investment in Group Nanoxplore.
Shares climbed 20.00% on the news to $0.90 per share.
Currently there are 68.1m outstanding shares with a market cap of $61.3 million.
Eindhoven47 I just don't like the way this management treats shareholders who are not insiders (or related third parties).
I am still buying (to make money), but will let others on this board "figure it out for themselves" from now on.
PS StoogeNo4 I know exactly where you are coming from, and am currently researching some new ventures (and buying silver).
Can't wait to move on to other interests, but will not exit this idea until I see a BIG pop in the stock price.
