Pole, The IMF has reinstated ties with Madagascar. Graphite is now classified by the US government as a strategic resource.

The new President has to get the country in order for business.

It will happen, albeit slowly.

Money will come available for infrastructure if they can prove an economic benefit.

IMHO I believe it will happen.

But it won't happen overnight.
