And why should HB do that? Just 'cause you don't believe, doesn't make you correct. Some of us have been around long enough to know who the whales are - and some never post on the boards.
NTEK will bury the doubters.
Earlier someone asked about the after hours trading.
NASDAQ shows the following:
700,000 @ .0043
2,849.998 @ .0044
4,755,000 @ .0039
So a drop of .0004 (9.3%)
Don't know that it will mean a thing tomorrow, IMO. You can look it up for yourself at:

What's bogus. The original signed attorney letter was issued in the name of a dead man.
I sold on that news. At a small profit. Read the company's PR on the matter and decided to get back in on Monday. I am taking the company at it's word that it was a foul up by an attorney who wanted a fee and not of the company's doing. But, it still happened. We just have to look at what is, even if we don't like it and keep doing our own DD and invest on that basis. I did and I have my $$ on the line, so if I am telling the truth it's not bogus or bashing.
Right now, all's good with TTDZ and let's hope we get a good take-over and some good, informative PR. Oh, and our dividends, too.
For your consideration. The following is from the CA Sec of St (sos.ca.gov)website under Business Entities - Business Search.

The street address is in a business park.
Well said.
Remember, the attorney whose name is on the letter died before the period covered by the letter. If you die in August it is very hard to sign a letter for a quarter ending September 30th. Unless, of course they have a very unusual calendar. GLTA.
I admire your confidence, even if I think your trust is misplaced. I guess time will tell, always does.
JMOOC. GLTY.
Sorry stervc. The California State Bar says that Muggs is dead.
www.yelp.com/biz/law-offices-of-g-j-mugg-dublin states that the LLP of Muggs & Tang dissolved in November, 2012.
The attorney you called may in fact represent TTDZ and attorney client relationship prevents him from speaking (even if he knows the truth). However, if the company has committed a crime and it is ongoing he is not protected by the priveledge.
IMO we have been wholly scammed. I'm out, and at a profit, but I think a lot of folks are going to get burned. Best luck to all.
You can argue all you want. Gary J. Mugg, Attorney at Law, Dublin, CA died in August, 2013. The CA State Bar website under attorney search states that he is deaceased. His former partner, Shuyuan Tang has law offices Pleasanton, CA. Their partnership began 11/09 and ended 11/12.
How are you going to explain this TTDZ - You are presenting a letter from a dead law firm signed by a dead lawyer.
Folks, I think you may now be holding a bag of Shot. But then I am not real good at spelling. I'm out.
I like your thought process.
It reminds me of how cable used to (and sometimes still does) offer to let you watch HBO, STARZ, etc for a weekend for free and then at a reduced rate for a period of time. It either works of it doesn't, but it would possibly give HHSE or the NTEK/HHSE partnership another low cost opportunity to expand our user base. I assume we'd have to get permission from any of the folks who share in the royalties.
GO HHSE.
Hey Scott, could you hold off on closing any buyouts until at least 7/23. That's the day my 1st MM go long term. Just asking. Oh, and over .50 per share. You'd make my year and probably a few others here.
Looking forward to Monday.
Have really enjoyed your posts today. Having bought PEII as high as .1235 I feel REAL pain at the current level. But going in for more this week as I have almost nothing left to lose here now and if PEII turns then I will profit greatly. The oil sector is always a risk. But worth the risk. Like in the late 60s when I rode S*ndance from .33 to $17 in six months. That was a rush. If you don't want to ride PEII then get off, if you do, buy a ticket and ride.
I was just looking at some of the foreign (Paris, Bordeaux, Mumbai) hello sites and noticed that they are all in English. Does anyone know if the sites, when accessed in country are in the local language or in English? I would think that the addition of a local translation program would provide an inexpensive and very valuable tool to the sites and would make the "Hello" sites a superb resource for travelers. Does anyone know if SEEK has, or plans to do so.
Going to enjoy tomorrow. Ready to ride the stead named SEEK.
Almost 1000%. Almost can be taken as negative modifier. Just be positive and say --- $750K in 2013, $6MM in 2014. 800% projected increase in revenues.
I know, it's nit-picking. But Scott blew me away on CC today. I wish we could have seen him speaking. He probably had a grin on his face that extended from ear to ear.
GO BIG SEEK. AIMHOOC.
I suggest you speak to your accountant about the possible benefits of transferring all or part of your IRA to a Roth IRA - today. Unless you like to pay taxes. This isn't a IMHO post, this is fact and backed-up by over 45 years experience. But do as you want, Uncle Sam will love your IRA (but don't expect him to thank you).
GLTY&A SEEKERS. This could be a h*ll of a ride. And a long one to boot.
Like your style. Lost 80%. Still in. I feel your pain. Lost 96%.
Still here to. Oh well, GO PEII.
Thanks - we all hope you're right. A new 525 wk high would be outstanding - especially if it was the initiation of a new base.
TTDZ - move forward with an upward thrust.
This is not bashing because I plan to buy this week - for myself and my grandchildren, but a Director acquiring shares is not a big deal - especially at no cost.
Please note under Table 1, Section 4 - Price (it shows $0). I don't question it's reasonableness, just that it wasn't a purchase. I don't read anything into it as I assume that it is either for compensation or part of his original agreement to become a Director. If you know otherwise, please disclose on this board.
GO PEII - my grandkids want it and so do I.
1st MM Green. Next 900k, not so much. GO big SEEK.
Simply OFS.
Thanks for a cogent letter to Bill O. If he takes this up and starts pounding heads we may see the rest of the media start to look at what I am sure they don't understand and assume the rest of the country doesn't either. Just maybe they will take the tack that they can start to educate all of "rubes".
JMO. GO FNMA.
Short answer: NO. Remember when you bought your house and got your home loan - you didn't pay taxes on the loan & you can deduct loan payoffs against any gain. So your SEEK profit is fully taxable. The best option to reduce your taxes would be to hold the SEEK stock for a year and a day and be taxed as Long Term Capital Gains (LTCG). These rates are 0% to 20%, as follows:
If your tax bracket is:
10 - 15% LTCG are taxed at 0%
25, 28, 33 or 35% LTCG are taxed at 10%
39.6% LTCG are taxes at 20%
Hope that helps. Oh, I've been doing taxes for 45 years.
And right back at you. We investors, whether they are the old timers (say before the 1st SHM) or those who have come in after, I think most of us will agree it has been, and remains, a priviledge to be part of the NTEK family (as it were). You've been working hard and changing lives and we thank you.
GO, GO, GO NTEK.
Crawford - LMAO! That is an OFS post. One of the really clear explanations. However, I do believe that you left out one of the key players in your tale - the g'mint who told Heidi that she best sell to the unemployed alcoholics or it might be considered discrimination. But maybe I just misunderstand the situation. JMO, of course.
Nearly a year in FNMA, so GO, GO, GO.
This is a bit off of NTEK, but since you mentioned KICKSTART as a basis for project funding and didn't know how it worked, I'll add this from my daughter's KICKSTART experience. If your project gets funded 100% or more (her's was) you get the money raised (minus 8%, in her case, to KICKSTART). If your project is not 100% funded, all money is returned to the donors - you get zip. KICKSTART gets zip. Hope that helps.
Long on NTEK and enjoying the ride. It just keeps getting better and better IMHO.
Approaching a year in MYEC. Had some reservations, but none now. Suggest a modification to your comment. May MYEC and N**K both go on long and IMO, deserved runs.
GLTU and RUN ON MYEC.
JW Blue with ice, ugh! JW Blue neat, yum! Rest of post great.
Your post is so on point as an answer to why I find it difficult to recommend F&F as investments. We own a small (6,600 shrs) amount and believe that it will build in value, BUT.
Yea, that BUT scares the hell out of me. But for the politics. The politics can kill everything. I do believe that the court should find that the fifth amendment to the Constitution has been violated by the government in the last amendment relating to F&F. I do believe the Court should rescind the agreement. But I'm not sure the judge will allow justice to prevail, given the cost to the government. Obi has many good things to say, but I just can't seem to allay the feeling that the courts may be more prone to accept the governments position rather than that of the plaintiffs, just because they are the government, and the government appointed him and pays him. We are holding long and are hoping for the best but still can't shake the feeling that politics will trump the law - unless the politicians have decided that F&F are stocks that will help many of them line their own pockets. I guess I'm just losing my faith in our government.
Sure hope I'm wrong. GLTA.
I think you are refering to what I wrote about "Covered Short Sales". To understand the concept just Google that phrase. I'm not sure if a broker will allow you to do so on SEEK (or any other Pink). I'm talking to mine tomorrow, but not sure I would want to engage because if PPS started heading north I would have just limited my own profits.
GLTA - GO SEEK (and we shall find).
Not sure if you can do this, but one possible way, if you can do it in the Pinks, would be a Covered Short Sale. This would be something that you may be able to work with a broker's help. Say you own a MM shares long, you go to your broker and say that you would like to short MM shares. In essence you would be selling your own shares, but if the broker borrows a MM shares on your behalf and the shares drop and you replace the shares before the market close, you keep your original shares (and their purchase date) and simply close out the short sale and take your profit. In this case the broker has no risk and your risk (if the stock goes up) is lost profit when you cover the short with your owned shares. I guess I'll have to talk to my broker about this to see if it's possible, unless someone out there knows.
