This is not bashing because I plan to buy this week - for myself and my grandchildren, but a Director acquiring shares is not a big deal - especially at no cost.

Please note under Table 1, Section 4 - Price (it shows $0). I don't question it's reasonableness, just that it wasn't a purchase. I don't read anything into it as I assume that it is either for compensation or part of his original agreement to become a Director. If you know otherwise, please disclose on this board.
