Good read. But, as it states, most banks won't change the way they do business with legal MJ enterprises. It's to easy for the Feds to say the DOJ exceeded their authority and since MJ is a Schedule 1 drug (as is heroin) and it's against the law to sell it, w e l l the banks have been involved in a criminal enterprise and their assets are subject to forfeiture. What bank wants to take that chance?
Another point - so many have posted that they think the attorney letter will be posted in the morning or by afternoon. I hope you're right, but I think you'd be better served to assume it will be later. That way you don't have to be let down if it doesn't happen as quickly.
