Welcome back my friend. As you can see I have crawled out of the dark (room?) again.
I think it is finally time to buy. IMO
"Whamoo". Lol... You got me good there. Hahaha.
We will see what happens at the end of the lawsuit. The last laugh is the best (but thanks for my small laugh today)
Work on that reading comprehension. I said independent information. Anyone can allege anything they want in a lawsuit. It does not make it true. All you are doing is parroting unproven allegations. Dangerous as the parties to the litigation are protected by litigation privilege. You are not.
Acumen, I am still waiting for your response to this:
"WSGI took LJC's cash and didn't pay it back"
That is a factual statement and not an opinion. Please provide all support for this factual statement. Otherwise, based on your hostile nature toward this company, you made that factual statement with knowledge of its falsity or with reckless disregard for the truth. Actionable, IMO
Any now I am just calling out your lies:
"which is also in default of the LJC EIA agreement."
The case was mediated on the issue of the injunction and the court approved result was that the terms of the agreement are no longer enforceable by either party, thus there is no current default by anyone. Furthermore, I dare you to produce any independent information to back up your lie that WSGI is or was in default.
I was in the camp that thought the bib and wasp should be thought of as separate product lines. This article seems to blur that. I would think signal jamming would be incorporated into the jeiddo anti ied bibs.
this is another article on advancements in bio-mimicry

FAA needs to hurry up.
http://www.politico.com/story/2014/02/federal-aviation-administration-faa-drones-103800.html?hp=t1
Its funny the article talks about the possibility of two sets of rules for over and under 55 lbs. Interesting to see how LTA would fit in.
Great question. Maybe they think they can win.
No worries Insighter. I am not a noob. I dont post as much anymore but I still lurk. Every now and then I like to feed the ratchets. Sorry, I am on a slang kick this morning.
You are an admitted shorter of this stock. By definition you have a financial intensive to see the share price go down.
Why on earth am I going to give you any more of my DD? (But thanks for admitting that my DD is better than yours.) Do your own. Although I will offer this tip. Go back and read all of the public filings since 2010. Focus on the litigation section. Pay attention to all the causes of action that accrued before current management was on board and which ones came after. Again, they have been cleaning up others messes for quite a while.

" WSGI took LJC's cash and didn't pay it back"
That is a factual statement and not an opinion. Please provide all support for this factual statement. Otherwise, based on your hostile nature toward this company, you made that factual statement with knowledge of its falsity or with necklace disregard for the truth. Actionable, IMO.
*edit* that should have said reckless not necklace in both posts.
Again, I am glad the company has the cash to file offensive actions against those that have wronged the company and not just play defense.
Cute but wrong again! Don't hate b/c I know more than you. Hahaha. Bring it!
And by the way, I don't even do this for a living like you!
Oh don't worry, I did not forget about this one either. Again putting words in my mouth and distorting the truth. Interesting MO. How far is that getting you on this board?
If I don't have anything nice to say I try not to say it at all. Just look at who is still in management and fighting for this company and who is not. GE was brought aboard by MC and maybe MC was sold on a bag of goods (bads) by HW and JL. IMO
I can't speak on the decision to even get involved with la jolla. I was against it from early on. I'm glad the company now has some cash flow to go on the offensive rather than just defending lawsuits for a change.
Please stop distorting my words. One day you will take it too far.
Oh come on mods. I don't mind putting the bald dome into its place.
The only thing I'm defending them from is from defamation and slander. Where is the back up to your factual statement? Do you have proof or are you just repeating like a parrot? Again, la jolla can allege anything they want with litigation privilege you don't have that protection.
You are putting words in my mouth. I was not there. All that is going on now: allegations are being tossed back and forth. The difference is that the actual parties to the litigation have the right to make the allegations. You repeating them as a factual statement with reckless disregard for the truth is an actionable offense. IMHO
"The case will be dismissed."
That may or may not be your opinion but from my educated opinion that conclusion is a joke with no factual or legal basis.
Distort the truth as allways. This is an offensive action to stop alleged breach of contract by a company that you allege is involved in death spiral financing. How is that a bad thing? Are you in bed with la jolla?
How willfully ignorant! And the only thing crystal is your shiny dome.
HW and JL sold Clark fairy tales. They conveniently did not disclose anything negative they did not need to (public information) in the process. GE was just along for the ride with his old boss and absolutely inherited a mess much greater than either Clark or GE ever realized.
Here is an interesting article without much detail on actual security help. It mentions IED detection. I wonder if a JEIDDO BIB will be sent over?
http://www.nytimes.com/2014/01/22/world/europe/us-offers-russia-high-tech-aid-to-thwart-sochi-terror.html
"The Russian delegation first raised the prospect of gaining access to the American technology, developed by the Pentagon to counter improvised explosive devices in Afghanistan and Iraq, Defense Department officials said on Tuesday. They emphasized that no decisions had been made yet."
"Few details were disclosed. General Dempsey said the Defense Department would be willing to provide equipment designed to detect and disrupt cellphone or radio signals used by militants to detonate improvised explosives from a distance. But he cautioned that technical experts from both nations first needed to make sure that the American systems could be integrated into the communications networks and security systems being set in place by Russia."
Those are not ours. They are leftovers from Iraq and Afghanistan. They are much bigger than bibs and are morred.
Interesting article on AI and "drones". I think bib/argus could play a role in swarm tech to coordinate truely autonomous drone actions.
http://m.theweek.com/article.php?id=254203
Was this an order approving a settlement agreement? Mediation worked? I would think this is a material event. Lets hope for more details from the company. Maybe even a copy of the agreement.
It takes forever for anything to move through federal court.
I am going to post a different version of this article because I was hoping someone could give me feedback. This seems way too simple and something that can keep the Argus in the air indefinitely.

Hello everyone. It has been a while. I do not think anyone has posted these articles yet:
1. http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/11/07/Feds-to-Use-Blimps-Along-Border-to-Track-Illegal-Immigrants-Drug-Traffickers
"Federal border patrol agents will use blimps called "aerostats" along U.S.-Mexico border in Texas’s Rio Grande Valley to track drug traffickers and illegal immigrants.
According to Fox News Latino, the new equipment will be set up in three locations and have "sensor equipment" that "is similar to what the Border Patrol already uses but will give the agency a greater viewing area."
The balloon-like devices will supplement the Predator drones that currently serve as the agency's "eyes in the sky." The federal government has denied reports that the drones will be armed with weapons."
update: Found the original article: http://latino.foxnews.com/latino/news/2012/08/15/us-military-adds-blimps-to-patrol-border/
2. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2493931/New-device-harvests-electricity-background-radiation-like-Wi-Fi.html
"Engineers at Duke University have designed a breakthrough gadget that 'harvests' background microwave radiation and converts it into electricity, with the same efficiency as solar panels.
nd the researchers say that their inexpensive invention is remarkably versatile. It could be used to capture 'lost' energy from a range of sources such as satellite transmissions, sound signals or Wi-Fi."
I am not sure if anyone has posted this before:

For what it's worth, I have not read PACER but based on the posts here I agree with your assesment
Hi to everyone. Been gone a while. I have tried to catch up since the last two PRs. I may have missed it but there has not been much talk about revenue other than a few "lets wait for the k or q". I know that usually there are several that pontificate on such matters. Lets guess our revenue for last and the final quarters.
Second, I don't see level 2 but every time there is unusual selling I look 6mo back to see what R144 restricted shares are issued. This in addition to guesses about LJ.
Update: FAA not happy with tiny colorado town

Personally I think it is a cool upgrade to a current system. This is a cool machine.

Teach it how to fly and all planes become unmanned.
Drone crash in CONUS
http://rt.com/usa/air-force-drone-crash-221/
The tiny town of Deer Trail, Colo. — barely more than a wide spot on Interstate 70 about 55 miles east of Denver, population 546 — is considering an ordinance that would authorize licensed bounty hunters to shoot down unmanned aircraft violating its “sovereign airspace.”

Everyone needs to calm down. IJO does not need my back up but I think everyone is making too much of his statement. I equate it to going out at night and trying to decide on what to do. If you live in a town with gambling (buying stocks) you may go to the casino and play a few rounds of black jack. It is entertainment whether you win or loose. But most would love to go home a winner.
Potential new payload for Argus. Drop a bunch of these for ISR.

Acumen, not one person on this board ever made the claim that the BIB was intentionally lost for the Army to turn it black (and if anyone did it was tongue-in-cheek).
You have admitted shorting this stock in the past. You are now making up facts, attributing them to someone else with your use of quotation marks, and then ridiculing the idea you first posted on this board.
You went from loosing credibility to lost all credibility.
