That is a factual statement and not an opinion. Please provide all support for this factual statement. Otherwise, based on your hostile nature toward this company, you made that factual statement with knowledge of its falsity or with reckless disregard for the truth. Actionable, IMO

Any now I am just calling out your lies:
"which is also in default of the LJC EIA agreement."
The case was mediated on the issue of the injunction and the court approved result was that the terms of the agreement are no longer enforceable by either party, thus there is no current default by anyone. Furthermore, I dare you to produce any independent information to back up your lie that WSGI is or was in default.
