That may or may not be your opinion but from my educated opinion that conclusion is a joke with no factual or legal basis.

That is a factual statement and not an opinion. Please provide all support for this factual statement. Otherwise, based on your hostile nature toward this company, you made that factual statement with knowledge of its falsity or with necklace disregard for the truth. Actionable, IMO.
