Yes, you are right but OTC Market has Ali as the CEO.CFO and Nickolas as CO. I take it the latter has not been updated yet.
Find it surprising that Ali would relinquish management/financial control of the company.to an outsider, just not his style..
My understanding: Nikolas is the Compliance Officer
OTC Markets still has Ali Ahmed as CEO. Guess we will have to wait for a name change to see what's included under the new name.
Ali has various other subsidiaries etc.
I don't think this is the only merger/acquisition Ali has in mind. I expect more to follow in the short term. Historically, that's just his mind set.
By going public, his on a mission!
interesting to see if the company is considering legal action to some of the posts, at least it would give it some legality.
Still wonder if Pushers Collective is part of the new company or will remain a stand-alone under Ali's control. That goes for the other 3 existing subsidiaries as well.
Waiting for Ali to show his hand and nothing less than a royal flush will do!
I believe that Ali will not be bothered with the small stuff.....
I think the next batch of PRs should put us on the map. We actually know very little about what the new company will consist of but I am sure it will get people's attention.
Ali is a highly regarded and up-and-coming entrepreneur.
Not sure about that but this is one of those cases where they are climbing a challenging mountain and after a long time they are within a few meters from the top and then everything comes to a standstill......(and nobody knows why)
All very frustrating.
What name do you see? Dome Capital?
I notice he is just the compliance officer but Al Ahmed is the CEO, he is the main Guru in all this.
I hope so, things must have gone wrong somewhere along the line
Fantastic! That is what I have been waiting for.
.
Very welcome news! Now for a name change and the latest Pushers plus subsidiaries figures. I think we will be pleasantly surprised.
have no idea. and what I hear they are not the only ones.
Looks like it. He is also referred to as Ali "El Gamrini" Ahmed. has the same address as Pushers. In the filings, BLFR is described as a company involved in clothing design, etc
A name change should settle it I guess.
If it is the right Ali, he not only controls Pushers but 3 other subsidiaries as well and is regarded as a highly successful entrepreneur.
I contacted him on Twitter in the past and he did respond.
Good to see a new post here, are you already invested here or thinking of it?
I have a reasonable holding here.
I am with you, that will be great for starters.....lol
Thanks for the reminder. I am surprised that the company continues to be a no-show in a world where drones are becoming a big thing, look at the role drones played in the Ukrainian war. I really hope they find their niche sooner than later.
A very positive 10-Q will be a good start!
Yes, your guess is as good as mine. A very attractive proposition as a takeover candidate but I agree patience seems to be the name of the game.
They must be hoping someone will buy out the company and start something more profitable.
Can someone please explain how they make money with this PeaceonMarz project they are currently working on?
Welcome, what's your take on the latest development/OTC posting?
I have a Peace on Marz hoodie and quality-wise it feels "heavy" and very well made but in the end, I think quantity is just as significant and that's still an unknown.
I agree that Meta stuff is beyond me and leave that to the Gurus in the know.
I am sure they work hard building the company, but we will only see the result of their effort when there is sustainable revenue.
I notice an Attorney letter dated 08/06/2022 was posted on the OTC so they try to keep the shell current it seems. Nonetheless, I am beginning to have my doubts if there will ever be a name change, etc . It is still Pink Limited and that has to be addressed as well.
Have no idea what Ali is up to and/or how his company and all the subsidiaries are doing.
Frustration all around!
Thanks for the update
Your observation sounds promising, will be interesting to see how this pans out.
Does anybody know the reason for the big spike in price?
Seems we can draw a line under this one, completely gone dark, even disappeared from Twitter as far as I can establish.
Must admit, could have looked at this one more carefully before buying but luckily not my normal practice so don't feel too bad.
Timo that miserable soul and fake won't get very far.
Thanks.
Whatever they are up to it doesn't;t seem to reflect in the share price.
A PR from the company would help but I guess that's too much to ask.
Not trading today?
I am still of the opinion that we need substantial revenue and sign up new celebrities etc. before we see real and sustainable fireworks.
Reducing shares and upgrading are further catalysts, no doubt.
That's my understanding as well, I hope that is the case?
Wasn't aware he was involved with SCNG, are you sure? His name was never mentioned before, which of course could be an oversight.
have no idea but may have something to do with the EV charging stations-long shot....
To much talk about reducing shares, I rather hear more about increasing their product range and updates on new /potential clients, etc. I tried to buy a hoodie but they are not ready yet?
There is a huge market out there, again, just look at LULU.
Judging, by the way, this trade, the float must be rather small. I don't see many sellers either? I hope lots of things are planned/happening behind closed doors.... lol
Thanks for the update, looks good!
