Hard to understand: drones are just about everywhere but for some reason this one is going nowhere, where is the missing link?
Current info.....
Here's a real drone militaryl. ....Ticker: USDR https://dukeroboticsys.com/
54,218,813 shares out No Debt and $2,600,000 cash in the bank.Current liabilities $323,000
Located in Israel with Florida location. Very strong board and advisors. Take a look if there was ever a time to be Relevant it would be now for this type stock! Its listed on the OTCBB. Check out the SEC files and their website has plenty of company info and some pretty cool stuff as well. I hear it's so accurate, it can nail soda bottles two hundred yards away while charging at the target.

If there was ever a time for this technology it is now! https://dukeroboticsys.com/
I'd love to see some news
USDR- has held pretty well through this year. There should be news soon on IC drone.
Seems someone's bailing out? I guess they've had enough with the non public relations department.
Information about the Investor Relations person they hired on contract, per quarterly report about a year ago. This points to increased business activity, a likely increase in PR about the company, financing deals, and USDR being a strong acquisition prospect.
From the OTC QB Certification filed April 4, 2023-
"The following is a complete list of third-party providers, engaged by the Company, its officers, directors or controlling
shareholders, at any time during the last complete fiscal year and any interim period between the last fiscal year end
and the date of this OTCQB Certification, to provide investor relations services, public relations services, marketing,
brand awareness, consulting, stock promotion, or any other related services to the Company. Please include the
following items in this list: firm name, firm address, primary contact name and description of services
provided. If none, please state “None”.
Laurel Moody, Corporate Profile LLC, 1185 Avenue of the Americas, New York NY 10036. Services included: (i)
prepare, review and arrange company presentations and materials; (ii) PR review; (iii) arrange calls and zoom
meetings with brokers and individual investor groups and introductions to Portfolio managers and family offices; (iv)
provide Investor and consulting services with respect to positioning company’s equity in the public markets and media
relations."
This is very positive for USDR; too bad the writer did not look far enough to see that USDR/Duke is in an agreement with Elbit to market/promote Duke/USDR robotic products. Still a strong case to be made that Elbit may acquire USDR.
Have a great day!
NEWS: $EPAZ Drone Sector to Get Boost from Expanding Applications and Budgets in Military
Published: March 27, 2023 at 4:59 a.m. ET
Naples, FL, Mar 27, 2023 (News Direct via Comtex) -- --News Direct--
MarketWatch News Department was not involved in the creation of this content.
The military drone market is one of the fastest-growing at the moment. It is expected to hit $20.64 billion in 2027 from the current $14.54 billion. While it has a powerful driver of increasing government spending, the growing number of border disputes between countries over who owns what land and who controls the space between them is yet another factor behind the growing demand for UAVs.
The companies that can ramp up manufacturing and production of UAVs fast have by far the strongest potential to win government contracts and market share in defense. The market offers a lot of potential as the application of military drones has expanded from operations, surveillance, mapping, communication to military equipment delivery. Drones are used more and more in combat operations, and as anti-terrorism weaponry, and this sector should be on the radar of investors as it offers a lot of opportunities.
We’re going to focus on four stocks in the sector today; EPAZ, USDR, BAESY, and ESLT
Epazz, Inc. (OTC: EPAZ) is a mission-critical provider of drone technology, blockchain mobile apps, and cloud-based business software solutions. Its spinoff, ZenaDrone is the autonomous drone monitoring, inspection, and surveillance solution provider. Epazz Holdings is currently prioritizing developing the ZenaDrone 1000 autonomous drone product, a multifunctional unmanned aerial vehicle equipped with machine learning systems, multispectral sensors and AI technology. ZenaDrone uses the data captured from its cameras to create a 3D interactive environment.
On March 23, Epazz announced ZenaDrone was presented in front of various branches of the U.S. military. The military’s response has led to additional flight demonstrations with the U.S. Army.
In addition, Epazz said it is s filing a new international patent for the ZenaDrone 1000 platform, which is separate from the drone smart charging pad patent that it has already received on March 7. ZenaDrone is in the process of qualifying for Green UAS certification, which is a new US government compliance program, a crucial step for becoming a government provider of drone technology.
CEO Shaun Passley, Ph.D., said, “We have picked up the interest of the US Army for flight demonstrations and have discussions, which have been to the next level of other branches of the US military. We are excited about our process and looking to move to the next level of this company.”
Epazz Holding has a significant revenue potential related to government contracts with the US military, particularly once it receives all the necessary certifications.
UAS Drone Corp. (OTC: USDR), a company which designs, develops, and manufactures unmanned aerial systems to the law enforcement, security, oil and gas, cinematography, and agriculture sectors, primarily to customers in the US.
The subsidiary of UAS Drone Corp., Duke Robotics, has launched an IC Drone, a cost-efficient drone technology for conducting routine maintenance of critical infrastructure.
Duke Robotics has also developed TIKAD, an advanced robotic system designed to serve the growing need for tech solutions in the combat field. The proprietary complex kinematic algorithms that TIKAD is equipped with address the need of modern warfare to bear arms remotely on hostile targets without risk to military personnel. TIKAD can handle potentially dangerous situations from the air.
BAE Systems (OTC: BAESY) specialises in aerospace, security, and armaments. It develops security, defense, and aerospace technology systems for use in the air, on land, and at sea, including unmanned systems and drones.
On Feb. 28 BAE Systems unveiled a new uncrewed military aircraft that will be designed, manufactured and armed in Australia. The STRIX uncrewed air system will be capable of air-to-ground strikes, surveillance and reconnaissance in "high-risk environments."
This new UAV will offer support to military helicopters protecting their crews in dangerous environments.
Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:ESLT) is an Israel-headquartered technology company, involved in numerous defense, homeland security, and commercial programmes. Its products include unmanned aircraft systems, command, control, computing, and communications (C4ISR), and aerospace, land, and naval systems.
The UK Ministry of Defense has contracted Elbit Systems UK to supply Magni-X micro-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (micro-UAS). The agency’s Defense Equipment and Support's Future Capability Group awarded the contract as part of the British Army's Human Machine Teaming framework.
The Australian Army has awarded Elbit Systems a contract to supply Skylark I LEX unmanned aerial systems (UAS). According to the company, the drones will be equipped with electro-optical and automatic dependent surveillance–broadcast systems to support various missions. Elbit Systems’ Skylark is a fully-autonomous, electric-propelled UAS that features a mission-oriented and intuitive man-machine interface with advanced image processing capabilities and the ability to deliver high-quality video day or night.
Conclusion
The market for military drones has strong drivers, as global military operations switch from relying on manned systems to increasingly relying on autonomous solutions.
This switch is due to a key advantage of military drones - their ability to operate in dangerous or hard-to-reach areas without risking human lives. Investors should pay attention to this growing market segment as it offers plenty of opportunities going forward.

$USDR Report: There is a lot of new description of the products and the business plan in the latest report.
For example:
"We have completed our first generation of our robotic systems. Prior to marketing our systems to potential customers, for security reasons, we are required to obtain various governmental approvals for each sale. We have filed marketing applications with the Israeli Ministry of Defense (“IMOD”) and as a result thereof, currently hold marketing approvals for about 50 countries, including the United States. Currently, our commercialization efforts are primarily focused on the U.S. market, with secondary efforts outside of the United States focused primarily on Western Europe."
What I'd love to know, is on what date these marketing approvals were obtained? If it was a couple years ago, I'm very disappointed we haven't generated any revenue on them.
I guess you have to look at it as a positive that we are finally getting some insight into the business plan. Thoughts?
$USDR/Duke annual report should be out any day now. Duke was also in a Military Product show a year ago...anyone hear about them participating this year?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Another thing I've been hoping to learn more about, was the new Investor employee that was hire last year. It was mentioned in one of the Quarterly Reports; a 3 year contract.
Anyone have any insight into the Technical Conferences or Military Contractor shows that USDR/Duke might have a presence at or participate in?? Show off the IC Drone(inspection drone) being developed with Israel Electric Corp"(IEC).
Anyone see anything about the TIKAD??
Thanks for anything you can share.
Yes, why go from a small firm to a more expensive unless something requires the change? Things like acquisition would be a requirement sometimes. Because of accounting skill level of an acquisition is moving them in to or new money I've seen requires it. But, never just to spend money for a higher cost accounting firm for bragging rights.
Are you referring to the Accountant change to KPMG? I did not realize the significance; I have to admit.
We are supposed to realize revenue 2Q 2023; so there is that.
'Shoeless' poster also had a good point that he was hoping for an acquisition by Elbit; any chance it could be related to something like that?
Love to hear more thoughts? Hope to see some actual action around this security very soon. Finally...lolz
My experience is when you go from a independent SEC qualified account to a top 10 firm. It usually is a signal of something good is in development.
Anyone else care to chime in?
I was really hoping with the low debt, appealing structure, Elbit would buy this company out and absorb our shares! Lol
Revenues coming in 2023; get those cheap shares now. Someone got a few for 7 cents the other day. Today could be the last day for a long time to get them so cheap. This ran to $1 area last time it got attention.
Drone project with Israel Electric Corp / IEC, with an inspection drone system; developed by USDR/Duke Robotics is reported to book revenues in second quarter of 2023! Other TIKAD drone revenues could drop in any quarter going forward.

News story where USDR announces the IC drone:
"We believe that our high-performance, mission-critical drone technology and knowhow has untapped potential in the civilian market. IC Drone, for electrical infrastructure maintenance, is the first product will be releasing in the civilian market,” said Yossef Balucka CEO of UAS Drone Corp. “We are pleased to work with the Israeli National Electricity Company and believe this collaboration regarding IC Drone will benefit both parties.”
IC Drone offers a revolutionary, cost-efficient, and safer method for this essential infrastructure service. UAS Drone expects its IC Drone system will be operationally launched in H2 2023, and revenues are expected to commence in H2 2023.
Earlier Israeli news story about the start of the IC Drone project, with photos of the drone.
https://www.theyeshivaworld.com/news/israel-news/1802409/israel-electric-to-use-a-drone-to-inspect-electric-lines-photos.html
And so it drops. Not a lot to say.
Excited to hear the new developments at UAS Drone and Duke Robotics from the past quarter; early Nov.
I'm also thinking there will be another press release.
The article I posted also has photos of the actual IC Drone prototype, and a team testing it onsite at IEC. That is also new info I'd never seen in any other news report about the collaboration/contract. Positive news to me! Check out the article.
Makes me very optimistic to get revenue on this project very soon!
GLTA.

$USDR - found this older news about the IC Drone collab with IEC.
Found something very relevant on an Israel Elec Coop news search: There was a news story about the IC Drone project back in Nov 2019, in the Yeshiva News. This means the project has been in process a lot longer than I ever imagined; and REVENUE could be very close! In fact there is more info in this article than was disclosed by USDR/Duke...big surprise on that, lolz.
"Israel Electric Company (IEC) has embarked on a pilot program, using a drone to inspect high voltage electric lines. The utility company began the pilot program last week, inspecting electric lines in the area of Alfei Menashe.
Officials explain the drone permits a focused view, thermography testing, finding solutions to hazards, network scanning, measuring and flame detection. In addition, it has the ability to fly while being controlled from a protected vehicle and scan lines in PA (Palestinian Authority) area without risk of the crew, having to leave the vehicle."
https://www.theyeshivaworld.com/news/israel-news/1802409/israel-electric-to-use-a-drone-to-inspect-electric-lines-photos.html
USDR/Duke- Quarterly Report due to drop on 11/5. Looking for positive developments and revenues; new revenue also expected on IC Drone in 2023.
New revenue stream/product. Commercial drone to clean Electrical Utility insulators in hard to reach places in field. Very good news; revenue to commence in H2 2023.
OS only 54M. Looking for a move toward $1+.
10-Q is out; biz plan being executed. Looks like the spool up on the new office and new IR leader are a slow roll. I think things must be progressing, yet no revenues have been realized in last months.
Good luck to all here!
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/uas-drone-qb-USDR/stock-news/88773768/quarterly-report-10-q
Thanks for the reminder. I am surprised that the company continues to be a no-show in a world where drones are becoming a big thing, look at the role drones played in the Ukrainian war. I really hope they find their niche sooner than later.
A very positive 10-Q will be a good start!
Next 10-Q is almost here; last year was filed 8/12. Anyone have any expectations? Possible good news pending? Heard any rumors? Hope you're all well.

From the latest EARNINGs REPORT:
Our special purpose UAS Octocopter (DK-HIPPOGRIFF) integrates for operational usage with our 6 DOF robot and is intended primarily for Military and homeland security purposes. Our lightweight robot allows accurate firing from various configurations consisting of UAS-mounted, land-mounted on light all-terrain vehicles and sea-mounted on boats. The robot is mounted on our UAS Octocopter platform, a combined system which we market under the commercial name “TIKAD.”
In addition to the various configurations and mounting options, the robots also permit the utilization of a wide range of small arms, light weapons and shotguns, with lethal and less lethal ammunition, with a maximum weight of nine (9) kilograms (approximately twenty (20) pounds). The combination of our robot, along with our stabilization platform and software, provides a unique firing platform that permits precision firing regardless of weather conditions or other variables.
Additionally, our robot may also be utilized as a ground sniper platform. Since the robot is a standalone unit, it can be mounted on a patrol or attack vehicle or be positioned at a strategic location. The capability of remote operation without the need to expose the operator to tactical danger can replace troops in different settings. This capability may reduce the number of casualties due to “friendly fire” incidents and may also significantly reduce exposure and risk to combat troops. Our robot is controlled by a remote-control device that permits the user to exert full control over its functions, including arming the robot as well as control the firing mechanism.
IMHO this points to a likely military product: having remote controlled weapons mounted on the outside of tanks, MPC, and other military vehicles to reduce personnel being subject to enemy fire.
AND a commercial use: police departments should be using a robotic weapon to deal with dangerous armed individuals, mounted on an armed vehicle or a simple robotic vehicle.
I look for a big increase in Revenues this year! Anyone see other likely applications?

Thanks for the update. I hope they found a solid base in 2021 to take on future expansion/growth for the company.
I expected things to happen sooner but steady growth in 2022 will do me fine....

Company PR dated 2/3/22:
“As we look ahead to 2022. we believe that there are factors that may increase demand for robotic solutions,” said Mr. Balucka, CEO UAS Drone. “The use of robotic applications is practical and cost-effective, and the interest and investment in robotic solutions are greater than ever before. In 2022, we hope to announce material developments and expansions of our products and applications for its use in the civil market.”

Here is another likely client/partnership; SmartShooter. The important link is that all the companies, AGT too (see I-box above), are located in the same location in Haifa, Israel. The teams are almost all Israelis, and I think these teams are very networked. Seems to make sense to me too, why not collaborate? Would love to hear any other opinions or other info that others have on these companies.
USDR should be on the rise until the Annual Financial report drops end of Feb/March.

I-Box updated with recent PR activity by likely USDR business partners, collaborators, clients.
Got to give it to them, SMASH Dragon is a way better name than TIKAD. Must have been an Irishman involved. Israelis have no creativity? lolz
