On grey, pink or OTCBB?
OTCBB, given that the financials have been filed with the SEC and an MM is apparently willing to file a Form 211.
I doubt it.
I think that would be very fair indeed.
No, dear. I've always had the last laugh.
Here's some Truth for you: this "company" has no known address, phone number, or management. That's about as bad as it gets. But you and Red continue to pump like crazy.
Now isn't THAT embarrassing? A reasonable person would acknowledge the indisputible fact that a TOTAL lack of information about the company is not a Good Thing. That it is in fact a very BAD thing.
There was an entity that went by the name of Kuhns some time ago whose tendency towards same provided many of us with hours of mirth.
I really am so sorry that we didn't keep a list of all of them. I suppose the VERY best was: "And then we went for the juggler".....
GROOOOOAAAAANNNNNN....
lol, that's entirely different.
And just in case this hasn't occurred to you, issuing more shares than any other company in the history of the markets is not a Good Thing.
No. There weren't as many shares. I haven no idea how many shareholders there were, but I should think quite a lot.
None of that matters. All that matters is the money. And, of course, the scam.
Would another couple hundred years be enough to satisfy you that this play is OVAH?
Not familiar with yellow sheets. What do they mean by that?
It's like the Pinksheets, but for bonds. You can find information at pinksheets.com.
Dupping is a horrible, horrible practice.
lol, never underestimate the power of pumper clowns.
Please tell me you're joking. And no, it isn't bigger than Bre-X. At its height, Bre-X had a lot more money trading than CMKX ever did.
Or do you perhaps think that "moneystagger" is a more reliable source than Fortune?
Often they are, especially when they're pumpers. You don't believe in doing your own research?
Moderators of stock boards can't ban anyone. They can only remove posts. In any case, Jim seems to be away. Probably off fishing.
I post on lots of boards. But I confess I especially enjoy stock stories with DoM connections. I first encountered them with LVEN back in 1999.
I didn't know she bashes everbodies stock without merit.
I don't. I always have good reason for what i say. I've helped expose quite a lot of scams. Maybe you should learn something about me before you shoot off your mouth.
And you really should read those links I sent you.
Huh? lol, you guys are funny. The stock goes up a few ticks and you think you know it all. Note that the debenture deal was supposed to MAKE it go up.
What'll happen over the next year or so? Well, I'll just say that Pearl's managed to run it before, but it's never stuck.
That's funny. I should think a handy cap would be helpful.
The SEC didn't tell you a damned thing. And at this hour they've all gone home. What on earth would possess you to tell a stupid lie like that?
I've had dealings with the SEC for more than eight years regarding a large number of fraudulent penny stocks. Their agents may ask questions, but they tell you nothing, good or bad.
Where am I getting my information? From all over the place. Why don't you go back and read earlier posts on this board? Many of us have been following the adventures of Pearl and the DoM for years.
TOS. I've had enough of you. And I'm afraid I don't use multiple aliases. Do you?
"However, PAIM has not received any of the 27,000,000,000 common shares subject of the buyback."
That may indicate that shorters have not completely covered their short selling.
According to Pearl herself, what it indicates is that DTCC hasn't yet sent her a cert for those shares.
No shorts here, I'm afraid.
There's a lot of downside here. Some just don't want to see it.
I don't get that either. It wasn't what she said in an earlier PR on the subject. Is it what she really means?
If that's right, then why shouldn't everyone convert their debentures? There'd be no advantage to holding for five years.
This kind of confusion has happened before, but the scenarios were different. There seem to have been all kinds of communications problems with this one.
This is what Pearl said about that in her PR.
The CD is to be paid on the fifth year without interest. The debentures can be converted back to common shares at a fixed rate of $0.01 per share at any time on or before maturity, upon surrender of the original CD note to the company or its transfer agent. Shareholders' accounts should indicate the value of the CD, with the proviso that said value will mature after five years.
You're correct:

Go to their "search" page and type in "Pearlasia". Read this as well:

He said to direct your broker to him to clear up any misunderstandings. He said that it's dtc's fault that their frozen because their behind or something.
Seems to me more likely that it was Kolt Curry's fault, because no one could get in touch with him or anyone else at American Heritage.
Just called David at First public transfer corp....
Ahhhhh, David Korem or Corwin? A.K.A. Mark Pedley, Pearl's erstwhile husband, and son of the founder of the DoM.
He isn't able to think clearly because he's a conspiracy freak.
The TRANSFER AGENT IS-FIRST PUBLIC SECURITIES TRANSFER CORP 4546 B-10 EL CAMINO REAL #288 LOS ALTOS,CA.94022-1-310-770-6689
So they're back in business? They were doing Mario's transfers back when he was messing with BCIT. Then most of their companies were suddenly switched over to American Heritage and Kolt Curry.
Guess who's the Resident Agent for First Public? None other than Pearl herself! The California site doesn't tell us who the officers are, but that address sure is familiar.

This entire thing stinks to high heaven. The responsible parties should be castrated, then jailed for the rest of their lives. This now smells like a sting that morphed into a scam under some very powerful and sophisticated control.
Ol' Bud is right about the smell, but wrong about the sting. There's nothing especially complicated or difficult about what Urbie and his cronies did. The CMKX scam is spectacular simply because they did it all on such a very large scale.
You mean HITT, little Kensley? That one's been dead and gone for some years now. One of the perps, Jeanette Wilcher, is now awaiting sentencing for her criminal conviction.
You know, Kensley, you're not even a COMPETENT pumper.
Are you still not getting it? The SB-2 shareholders are SUPPOSED to sell. If they don't, the stock will remain extremely illiquid.
I can't imagine what his problem is. I've never had a problem with Advanced Search, even with my old Mac.
There IS a problem, not mine, with advanced search, though. For "prior years" you only get one page of messages, either from the beginning of the year or the end of the year. Bob promised to fix that sometime, but so far it hasn't happened.
Maybe it's the guy from RB who thinks we're the Same Person.
