Read the pdf I sent you. And filing is easy. You just get yourself a form, fill it out, and send it in.
An example? Robert Maheu became a director of CMKX in early 2005, when the company was a Pinkie that hadn't reported to the SEC in years. He promptly filed a Form 3. Even though he didn't own any stock. Evidently he wanted his position to be clear.
Needless to say, none of the other company insiders ever bothered to file Forms 3, 4, or 5.
He was an ordinary registered rep. He didn't have access to any special information. Your responses are pretty lame tonight.
oatsy, YOU'RE AHEAD OF THE CURB VERY GOOD :) em
Now THAT is one of the most asinine statements you've ever made.
The onus of filings Forms 3, 4, and 5 falls on the individual insiders, not on the company. And yes, they're obliged to file:

lol, Marcel Duchamp wasn't "poor" or "common". He was a very famous Dada/Surrealist artist.
Does anybody know on how the squeeze trigger of BUYINS.Net works?
For God's sake, Aussie. He doesn't TELL anyone how it "works". If he did, then they could do it themselves, eh?
Do magicians tell their audiences how their tricks work?
You would probably ban the pinkies altogether.
Yep. I'd refuse to allow stocks that don't file financials to trade.
Look Aussie. You seem to be very naive about Pinkies. This is an extremely dirty market.
I obviously have a great deal more experience with it than you do, so perhaps you ought to listen.
Great alias! It suits you.
hmmmm...dunno where that would have been. lol, do they read every word on the site every day?
What "information"? It's just smoke and mirrors.
GWGO's another POS.
So. It's okay to hire a sleazebag if it'll spike your stock price for no legitimate reason?
Wouldn't you call that "manipulation"?
I don't think it's true, though. I don't see any changes. Pat Byrne's photo is still there, along with links to his "article" about FTDs.
And this page is there as well:

Oh really?? Now THAT'S interesting.
Don't be silly. Buyins.net is a promotional outfit, nothing more. Note once again that the guy who runs it lost his broker's license.
I don't know how well the Franklin Mint does. I've never checked them out. Their stuff is absolutely horrible, but prices are pretty low. We don't know what she plans to charge for her own repros.
Which, however, are not part of the "Florentine Collection".
I just don't get it. If you want art, get art. And why is it called the "Florentine Collection" when so many of the repros are knockoffs of works by artists who weren't Florentine?
Even worse.
I don't think it's any better.
First, the "objects" are quite ugly. Second, the price is ridiculous. They really produced these things? Somehow I don't think so. Gold?? Make me laugh.
And I very much doubt if they ever sold any.
This little project does not speak to Michella's business acumen.
lol, I'd call it an absolutely preposterous idea.
I thought they had to file within so many days after they buy or sell, unless they are selling under rule 144.
Of course they're supposed to file. But as I'm sure you're aware, hardly any Pinky People bother to do so.
And a Wyoming incorporation. Surely you're not forgetting that.
Get a load. It's hilarious:

Well, today's announcement sure didn't electrify the markets, now did it?
And why do you think the Marinelli Foundry is involved? Surely they'd have been mentioned in the PR. The "Florentine Collection" already exists; the "works" don't have to be made.
Michelangelo's David is also part of the collection, along with numerous other masterpieces by Donatello, Gianbologna and Ghiberti.
Oh yeah, that'd be "GiaMbologna".
Not my taste, but they don't sell repros, far as I can tell. So I doubt they'll be supplying Michella.
Lousy website. There are tons of reputable galleries all over the place. As I said the other day, you can still get decent unattributed Old Master drawings for under $500 if you know where to go and how to buy.
Well, the didn't manage to sell those absurdly expensive "sculptures" of the head of the Virgin from Michelangelo's Pietà, now did they?
Jimmy....I really don't think Maheu reads message boards. There's a chance he doesn't even know what they are.
Sigh....once again, we're waiting for the other shoe to drop. The SEC continues to investigate. They don't go to this much trouble unless they mean to take further action.
I don't know if thats possible, (to have posts removed at your own request) but it is certainly an intriguing thought.
Unfortunately, RB tends to sit up and take notice when lawyers call making threats.
GAWD that's ugly! Looks like cast concrete, and probably is.
IF they get 10,000 requests for marble, or stone, they will likely make it happen.
Obviously you have no idea what copying a 17 foot marble sculpture involves.
And you really shouldn't mention that lawsuit. It makes you look so foolish. That was 1999. We got tons of great publicity and made a spoof Hall of Fame.
I suspect some will offer a very attractive price for a life sized statue of David.
I'll say it again: reproductions are reproductions. They are not "art". And the David is way bigger than life-sized.
Reproductions are not art, and collectors are not interested.
"if your husband or boyfriend or partner does not even listen to your suggestions, would you say that he/she is serious or caring?"
And there's your mistake. Never marry a stock. Management exists to make you money, not to give you a warm fuzzy.
If you compare PAIM with other pinkies, will you find many pinkies that have the attention that PAIM has given?
Yes, tons. They love to flatter their shareholders. Shareholders then believe they have some kind of "personal relationship" with management, and their objectivity goes out the window.
I gather you'e not familiar with the CMKX story.
If Pearl wants to do something "serious and dedicated" she might consider telling Kolt Curry to answer the phone.
LOL!! What on earth does any of this have to do with Milken and Drexel?
What a whiner the bunny is.
Don't think so. What's the big deal about "original molds"? You can't cast sculpture without 'em.
