Nice job on the I-box. Looks great!
Then please do it again, Z. Or maybe this time you can just ride the wave this year.
It does seem due. There are a few of oil plays that look good right now.
Hey sons, yes it looks like a good bargain that might get better next week.
Yes, I agree it could become a very position to hold.
No, I sold out. I really don't have any faith in Abe, but maybe patience will pay off some day for shareholders there. Good luck.
Any recommendations for the next $.01 stock that might go to $30.00 in less than two years? TIA.
Yes, if you hold through the official date of record. They haven't announced that date yet. EEGI still owns storm depot.
ACMG was mentioned in the market news interview.
No, I asked him that too. He said it would be one for one before the split. I already posted that too. See post #25.
Remember, we're giving up storm depot. We have to get something substantial in return.
That's what Darrell told me on Friday. That PR was why I called him. I wasn't sure if the dividend was still on after I read that. He said it is.
My guess is no, but I did not confirm that.
yes. We either get storm depot as EEGI holders, or we get a one to one dividend of TELA shares and TELA becomes the official owners of storm depot. Darrel said we're getting the dividend and there will be an announcement next week, but either way we're in a good position here.
Of course you have to be holding your EEGI shares on the day the dividend is awarded, which has not been announced yet. There are only a little over 3 million shares to divi.
I think you have to be in it on an upcoming date. For now storm depot belongs to EEGI, but I believe he intends to make it a part of the TELA/BHUB company. In return EEGI shareholders will get the dividend.
And they're getting storm depot.
That's a one for one dividend of TELA shares, pre-forward split. So if you have 10,000 shares of EEGI, you'll have 10,000 shares of EEGI and 1,000,000 shares of TELA after the dividend and forward split.
Things are going to get very interesting here...
I just spoke with Darrell Peterson from EEGI. He said that the one for one dividend of TELA shares is still on. So however many shares of EEGI you have, you have that many in TELA right now also. He said an announcement would be coming next week.
He said that the OS of EEGI is 13,000,000 with a float of 3,000,000. The other 10 million are owned by TELA.
He expects the storm depot business to be booming as hurricane season approaches.

This one hit a dollar last year during hurricane season, and there wasn't a major hurricane in the U.S. last year. There probably will be one this year, I'm betting.
In the gains and loss section?
DGIF is listed in my account in the gains and loss section. It's a very good looking gain, I must say.:)
Tela doubled today, I think this one is next.
EEGI is a great hurricane play too with it's storm depot subsidiary. Last year it hit a dollar during hurricane season, and there wasn't even a major hurricane last year in the U.S.
EEGI - the connection to TELA is Storm Depot. This is a great one to own as hurricane season approaches. It hit a dollar last year during hurricane season.
Very few shares are out. OS is only around 3 million.
Storm depot. Great one to own as hurricane season approaches.
eegi starting to move on the storm depot connection.
It's getting more interesting by the minute in fact.
They're saying Friday at the latest now.
Wow, great find. What an interesting list that is.
Yes that does make sense. At this point it doesn't make good sense to sell. I think this company is worth a couple dollars more.
It is now, TDA confirmed it an hour ago. I'm waiting for a call, but at this point I probably won't sell anyway. The ask is currently just above the placement price.
I might as well go ahead and tell you at this point, DTC has the shares. The TA sent them on Monday. I have a feeling that this was coordinated with the company, though I didn't ask anyone that.
When did BofA get them into your account?
At this point the ask is so low I would think the company would step in to support the price. I don't think the placement is complete yet.
Investors might not be too thrilled watching their share value plummet. It's time to show us what's behind the curtain.
Nah, this is a competent TA. Trust me, he knows what he's doing. But as I confirmed with ameritrade, they need to be sure those shares are delivered to the DTC before they put them in our accounts.
You're right, there's no way that they are going to give us the shares before they're officially delivered. That would be a stupid decision. So for him to say that is silly, I agree.
I spoke with the transfer agent yesterday. His name is Don Madalyn. He said ameritrade is already well aware of the shares, and that the NASD notifies the brokerages before he gets notified.
He said that we will definitely get our shares, and that we need to just keep working with ameritrade on it.
Here's an excerpt of my conversation with IR yesterday.
"So you have revenues?"
"Oh yes, we've been bringing in quite a bit."
"And you have two large contracts lined up?"
"We have a lot more than that. We're working on many projects right now. Who gave you that information? No one should be telling you that."
"Thank you very much. Sounds good."
It does sound very promising. I'm sure the investors that just spent $5,000,000 were impressed too. Bring on the PR!
You're welcome. He also said they plan to issue their 10Q soon.
I just spoke with the investor relations department. They are doing a private placement and expect to raise $5,000,000 through it. He said it was the last private placement they plan to do.
He was surprised that the holders of teardrop didn't have their shares yet and told me he would call a market maker and call me back. He said that they are going to issue a PR through pinksheets soon.
Thanks Kt, ameritrade told me this week or next.
