You're welcome. I always have my eyes out for candidates here. Did you get any ICTY today? I saw a little volume.
CIVS - From 10K filed 04/15/09:
"Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the registrant's classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date. As of April 10, 2008, the registrant had outstanding 23,082,500 shares of common stock."
"Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value; 50,000,000 shares authorized, none issued and outstanding as of December 31, 2008 and 2007
Common stock, $.001 par value, 100,000,000 shares authorized; 3,082,500 shares issued and outstanding as of December 31, 2008 and 2007"
Note the increase in O/S by exactly 20 million from 12/31/08 to 04/10/09 - This why. From 8K filed 05/04/09:
"On April 29, 2009, China Ivy School, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a Rescission Agreement (the "Rescission Agreement"), with each of the shareholders of Youbang Human Resources Company ("Youbang"). Pursuant to the Rescission Agreement the parties rescinded the Share Exchange Agreement which had closed on March 6, 2009 whereby the Company had acquired 90% of the outstanding shares of Youbang. The Company previously reported the entry into and closing of the Share Exchange Agreement in a Form 8-K dated March 9, 2009.
Consequently, the twenty million (20,000,000) shares of common stock which had been issued to the Youbang shareholders and certain other individuals have been cancelled and returned to the Company's treasury and the Company has returned to the shareholders of Youbang the 90% of the outstanding shares of Youbang the Company had acquired."
Check the next 10Q to see if the 20 million shares have been removed from the O/S.

I'll keep my eye on it. I know it hasn't hit .0001 yet but the chart tells me it should. I would only get it for a flip and I'll let you know if I buy some.
I'll watch it, Gail. I'm sure that the 400 million extra authorized shares have entered the market, for the most part. Call it dilution, or whatever. Sometimes it's the only way companies can pay their bills or creditors, or do research and development. We all know the other scenario, you know, sell shares to line your pockets. I'm not sure which scenario this company falls into. But if there are willing buyers the share selling only shows in the increase in average volume. If the company is a willing seller than the price will drop, or not rise. When the supply of company shares is gone, the price can more easily rise. I will watch for a bounce on BLDV, especially if there's a huge selloff.
BLVD is another one with a recent authorized share increase. They went from 500 million to 900 million on 12/28/08. There's been an increase in average volume lately. It may bounce when they are done selling them. Keep your eyes out at SOS Nevada for another A/S increase.
BLDV - A/S with Nevada is 900,000,000, upped from 500,000,000 12/22/08. I have no further info on this one...
BLDV may hit bottom soon.

I'm a chartist and this has popped up on my screens a few times lately. I may take a flyer. I'll browse through some of the old filings and see what I can come up with...

It wasn't that long ago. The pr I quoted from went out on 04/16. It's in the ibox.
From that pr:
"We have no intention of increasing the authorized share count of the company at this time, however 2009 agreements have brought the outstanding share count to approximately six hundred fifty million (650,000,000)." (my emphasis)
It behooves all to check the Nevada SOS site for amendments regularly:
https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=TNsNkmukyd%252fgGuM%252bbvruRQ%253d%253d
This hasn't attracted much attention yet. Some volume on the buy side would be interesting, thin as it is.

I got into it because it ran on no news. I've also been trying to get a little more at .0001 without success.
I have 1,000,000 at .0002 and had almost forgotten about it.
There's a late day rush into CINT. I don't know why... No news I can see. No ihub talk either.

Thanks for being part of the board....
I've been trying hard to come up with a positive spin on CIRT. This is all I can come up with:
Investors see the value in the machine (but not the company) and now have a large position in the company. Obviously there will be no investor interest at the current price level. Let current ownership take the rap for the R/S. Maybe something good will happen later. I was going to hold on that slim possibilty but I decided to throw my $80 "investment" away. If it does the usual pink sheet post r/s fall I can always buy back in then. Plus I was tired of looking at it in my account.
No. I got .00001. Proceeds from the sale (before commission) $2.00
It took 17 minutes to fill at .00001.

Order No.... Cardio Infrared Technolog... Entered:13:25:44 05/04/09
Since I own a little bit of this I look for positive spins. This is all I can come up with:
ECCI raised the authorized share count from 500 million to 3 billion on 7/30/08. If all they wanted to do was sell shares to line their pockets wouldn't they have done it then, during hurricane season, when it would have run with the right prs? Why wait until now? I'll hold my little mini position to see what happens.
I put in a market order to sell out of CIRT. All 800,000 shares. I'll keep you posted.
It was a year ago, April 16 2008, that they raised the A/S.
I am 100% with you on trusting Gail.
CIRT is another one that raised the A/S. On 04/16/08 they raised it from 500 million to 5 billion. The chart says it all:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=CIRT&p=D&yr=1&mn=3&dy=0&id=p13749680283
If they don't then I'll print some of the "rosey" messages from the board and put them up instead. Same thing. Learner is right and it's so good to have him back and contributing here.
I'll wait until after the split then call in for certificates. I need new wallpaper in the bathroom.
