The process can now be viewed in 3D at a river near Washington.
Haida Salmon Restoration trumped my technology, and you can see the "Highest salmon returns for 75 years on the Columbia River"
Many Scientists still doubt the validity. According to my estimates, good fishing for a few more years before the iron is depleted again.
Here is another application of my technology in Austrailia.

They might not be infringing, but if they do, they will up production geometrically.
Too bad, we didn't pull it off. No wonder America is broke. Ozzies know what a "head in the sand" can accomplish. I just wonder if anyone has an ear to the ground?
Also, you might take note:
The first goal of my patent was to protect my market niche. After I take the local market, then I will reach out to the world.
Baby steps. The first part of acheiving the first goal, was to build a working system. Done. The second part was to grow sales. Done. Now to grow the system to grow more sales. Never done.
That's not a bad idea, but I still have some proprietary portions of the system which aren't patented. No sense in giving important parts away if there isn't any bonafide interest in the first part.
It's a lot like this:
You should do some y-tube so that people can see the process
BTW, my system is creating cash from trash. I can even pay for more equipment because my feed costs are so low. I am running out of space. It's working, and it is working well. I can even defend the specifics of the patent. Life is suddenly very good.
If Cognis isn't using my patent, I could probably cut their energy bill in half. If they are already using internal generation, they could sell energy on the grid.
I invented it 4 years ago, and I finally figured out what the damn thing does!
Then again, I would have to talk to a lawyer, and that is never fun.
I put those on layaway.
All I can pay for is my gasoline.
BTW.....
I found this one yesterday:
http://www.cognis.com/company/Media+Center/News/2010/100521_EN_Cognis+opens+sustainable+Artemia.htm
Compare to US Patent 7736509 and the diagram.
Obviously, there is a bit of money in remarkably similar technology developed following the publication of my patent application. Who knows? Maybe someone will pay for mine.
It might run out of gas.
Sales paid for my gas this week. Little by little. Inch by inch.
Want to buy some fish?

Haven't used any bacon bits yet, but I am finally selling product.
It is costing me more in gas than I can sell, so we lose money on every sale, but we make it up in volume.
Great News!
http://www.nbc-2.com/story/14409961/sec-weighs-new-rules-for-private-companies-stock?clienttype=printable
Highlights:
"The current rules are designed to stop insiders from trading shares using information that is not available publicly. In her letter to Issa, Schapiro said the agency must walk a fine line, protecting investors from insider trading while making it easier for private companies to raise money."
"Companies "should not be overburdened by unnecessary or superfluous regulations," Schapiro said in the letter. "At the same time, all offerings must, of course, provide the necessary information and protections to give investors the confidence they need to invest in our markets," she said."
On the Production Front:
Things are improving. Working out a few small bugs.
Maybe I will toss in some asphalt? Hire some engineers?

So far I feel like a politician funding a bridge to nowhere.
Bio-mass version.....
Insects probably still eat the majority of bio-mass on the planet, and also distribute the phosphate by flying or being eaten.
In my view, prior to Man's meddling, migratory birds distributed phosphates on the land by eating fish, and pooping.
I will probably begin some water changes shortly to prevent the latter occurance, and stabilize it. Right now, I am waiting to assure that phosphates are down, and waiting on additional test supplies to verify it. Currently, performance is indicating a reduction. There is little if any visible phosphate restriction on growth. I just need to see the numbers.
The actual discharge of phosphates from aquaculture (and agriculture as you noted) is one the enviro-freak concerns. I actually don't think it is a big deal if it is properly dispersed. I might be wrong.
I probably should try a different species. The budget doesn't allow it right now. The bacon bits might work on a larger species. Once the food is digested, that is when the fish spew phosphates into the water and they need to be cleaned up or the water is discharged into the environment.
I have been able to use the same water for periods in excess of six months, and it is likely that other nutrients (or toxins) would build up and cause the problems, not the phosphate.
I also have no access to a source of phosphate impaired water to recycle, which restrains me from dumping said (nano) toxins after they have built up. A friend of mine has/had a patent on "heavy metal" reduction, which could be used in that event. That patent is almost 20 years old.
6th day:
New formula appears to be taking effect. Growth is appearing aggressive, phosphates appear stabilized. Residuals of intermediate formulation gaining and also stabilized.
As an example:
Contact any fishfood manufacturer, and ask him how much phosphate is contained in the feed. Eutrification occurs as low as .3 ppm phosphate, but worse, even without the eutrification, phosphate restricts growth at 3 ppm.
The trick is to lock the phosphate into a food without depleting the oxygen from the water. We do that by adding the nutrients required by the biofloc over a specified time period to assimilate the phosphorus and by restricting the nutrients over time so that the bloom is controlled as to not deplete the oxygen.
The process theoretically de-eutrifies the water, and makes it fully capable of balancing the aquatics so that fish can be cultivated in a formerly polluted environment.
The main reason that the penguins are starving is not that the phosphates are too abundant, it is because they have become less abundant in the region. They are starving because man stopped letting the sewage run into the ocean, IMO. The waste products were providing the nutrients for the krill, and the penguins eat the krill.
(my assesment)
Well you guessed real good.
You got me to tell more about it than I have told to almost any other living person. To the rest I have said: "I will tell you, but I would have to kill you."
I have known you too long, old friend.
Truth is stranger than fiction. I will have to pay lawyers to defend the patent should any person discover portions of my "secret formula" before I perfect it. As I said, the growth rate is phenomenal, when it works. Under ideal conditions, a bacteria can replicate in 20 minutes.
Nope just a good guess
the thing that keeps me going....
The phenomenal growth rate achieved when I get it right.
And now the brass tacks...
I have been attempting to create a mix of nutrients which are suitable for sea creatures to eat and live within.
Most of the operations are successful, but the patients die.
I wouldn't have to grow any fish if the scientific community understood that the oil can be created without them, and offered me bags of cash to provide equipment to extract the oils.
The fish represent an immediate path to revenue without major expense. It gets much harder to extract krill oil without krill to consolidate it.
Further, the recipe is often called an "umbrella patent" because it covers all other methods of producing phopholipids in a body of water which have not already been patented.
Future patents in the technology will likely hinge on mine as a basis, ie. to create a phospholipid, you must add phosphate. That is pretty simple. To do it in water, you need water. If they start creating phospholipids in air or soil media, I am screwed.
The previous innovations in the technology include special precursor nutrients and specify species. Mine takes the "brown bag" approach and specifies water and phosphate.
Cosmic Soup?
Did you use my recipe? I told you I got the patent. That's exactly what I patented. A blend of micronutrients and piconutrients which grow a biofloc which in turn reduces phosphates in a body of water. It's not as easy as it sounds, and my results are still hit and miss.
I tried to patent the device which would facilitate the reaction, but they classified the device as a common bio-reactor. Had I included light requirements in the specs, I might have patented the first photo bio-reactor.
Missed it by that much. The reaction doesn't require any light, so I didn't get voted off the island yet.
As you might already know, the target of the reaction is to create a phospholipid commonly known as "Omega 3"
Ghandi and you should pass the pipe and let me have some.
I gave up on thoughts of whirled peas after I tried to visualize whirled peas in a high speed blender. It's just green goo.
Whirled peas is a pipe dream. It's hard enough to get along with your own neighbors, that is where world peace begins. Even peaceful resistance is still resistance. Resistance is often necessary. You can't just go along with every wacko plan that the party comes up with.
Results appear to be improving. As I suspected, a nutrient addition seems to have resolved the failure. It could take a few months to confirm, verify, and resume full production. Then I plan on getting loans based on revenues to increase the business model footprint and work on expanding the product line.
I got your private message, and couldn't return it..
I don't pay for membership..
Anyway, I am making some modifications to the system. It just isn't continuing to follow the original successes, and I probably have to tweak the micronutrients or duplicate the original environment. Unfortunately I am not funded to have a team of scientists. It is just me in my garage, so things are moving very, very slowly. The only attention my patent is getting comes from advisors who want me to pay them for their marketing savvy.
I am having some difficulty with people who wish for me to "open source" the data instead of signing non-disclosure pacts. Yeah, I want to give the info away so I can stay broke for the rest of my life. My secret dies with me.
To make a bad story even worse, my last production model recently failed, and I am recovering with a new version.
On the brighter side, I was contacted by another large holder. A few more, and we could get a quorom.
Not likely, unfortunately. A broker could consolidate the shares, but it isn't worth it. You can get quoted by the pinks with much simpler paperwork, like form D. This one was only valuable until the SEC deregistered it, and it wasn't worth much.
I will probably eventually take the Form D route instead of considering shells again.
I got the patent, but I haven't had any bidders on that either. I am still working on the production models, but I have had some successes. If they keep the board open, I should be able to update that.
thnaks for the updates, maby one day..
The SEC information was accurate. The company was a shell that went bankrupt. The Board of Directors resigned, and there were two people left to work the bankrupcy. Those two have since found other jobs, and made no statements to the public regarding the bankrupcy. The bankrupcy was legally performed under the Envision subsidiary, and the corporation could be considered "Et al" in the process, depending on how much liability the officers wished to avoid.
The officers did not put a slate of directors to be confirmed within the two years allowed in the by-laws.
The only way for shareholders to recover is to organize themselves. Doesn't look like they are interested. I believe that there is only one shareholder with more than 5% of the company. Filings would have been required for any person holding more than 5% prior to the de-registration, except for a possible few loopholes. I would personally avoid the loopholes, because of the danger of prosecution. You never know for sure if your interpretation will match up with the courts until the judge makes the decision.
THIS SHOULD BE DONE BY THE CO. i hope we will get some updates here
It is nice that they are showing some info, even if it is caveat emptor.
If anybody is interested, we could re-form a BOD and update the filings to get her trading again, but it would be expensive and time consuming. The shares would have to be re-registered with the SEC. I am not sure what legal requirements would need to be fullfilled. You could always donate the shares to me and I could get the company the way old lady Eastman got ahold of Kodak in the Depression.
IS THIS RE -TRADING ON THE GREY MARKET?. PS IS SHOWING THIS AGAIN

By the way, the Patent is official. I have US Patent number 7,736,509.
It was approved on June 15, 2010.
If anyone has a large number of shares, and some cash, we might be able to make something? I won't need the cash. If the business model continues in the existing form, I will do alright.
I put about 10 grand of my own money into it, and thought I could turn it into a finance vehicle for my patent. The patent was approved, and I have another 5 grand invested in that. I put another 20 grand into turning the patent formula into a business model. I don't have much left, but the business is starting to show some promise.
Miracor? Almost impossible. Some Ambulance Chaser would have to sue the former directors of the company claiming some sort of fraud and win. Then it would more likely be a payout to shareholders of record during a specified timeframe than a return to any trading. A return to trading would require filings with the SEC. The former Board of Directors were never officially elected, they were appointed, and they would not have authority to file without shareholder approval and would require some sort of financing to pay for the legal arrangements.
The director's appointments expired without confirmations. According to the by-laws, they had two years to be confirmed. The company was out of money, and just vanished. The entire value of the shell depended the ability to do a reverse merger, or organize a shareholder quorum. I failed to do either prior to the SEC action, which cancelled the registration. The registration cancellation will make it almost impossible for the shareholders to organize on their own. I tried to get them organized, but very few people called the telephone numbers and email addresses I supplied. They just weren't interested.
so what should happen before this retrading again?
Looks like Mr. Miller wanted to keep it tradable. As far as I know, this 15-12 suspends the duty to file, and maintains the registration until assets exceed $10 million. It is what Miracors directors should have done as soon as assets fell below the threshold level. Just because you don't have any duty to file, it doesn't mean you can't file and keep shareholders informed.
Thoughts on BLLD filings & movement today?
