MNET's chinese wine partner is a monster! From Cuttin's post on the MNET board:
Guys this is huge! We are sitting on the best shell out there.imo Forget that the bay leaves are a multi million dollar business, forget that Attard Consulting could take a sizable junk of the Computer Software business like MNET did originally when they were sitting at 7 bucks a share or more, forget that we have a chemical company with 1 million in annual profits knocking at our door wanting to R/M, We Have COFCO, the largest oils and food importer and exporter in China and a leading food manufacturer is interested in using Napa Mountain to grow their grapes for their HUGE wine market!.

No wonder they haven't jumped all over the merger query from the chemical company, they already have something way bigger in their midst.
Oh my goodness, they're sitting on a goldmine! Cuttin, you're a DD machine. Forget hitting the dollars by the end of the year, try the end of the month.
Huge! How did you determine that Chinese company was COFCO?
Great analogy, invest. Remember folks, we have most of the float bought up and interest is growing.
We have shell owners who paid $50,000 to maintain control of this shell, who own a couple of private companies and have connections to lucrative companies that may choose to go public through the cheap reverse merger route.
We have a shell broker working to help them with a merger and a profitable chemical company that has already inquired about a possible merger that would put this into the dollars.
Buy at the ask and hold. If you knew that you could buy and hold and get 10 to 20 times your money by the end of the year would you hold? That's the opportunity we have here.
Nice, solid day here breaking into new territory. We'll be setting up base at higher levels soon.
Thanks GTK. Ameritrade is showing .095 x .10, microcapfeed is showing .095 x .11. Is microcap real time or is ameritrade off?
We're only a couple of hits on the bid from .18 here. BTW, can anyone direct me to a good (and hopefully free) L2 for pinks and grays? TIA
It's a long way from the .20s that some sold at recently, and probably still a long way from the top.:)
beautiful, just like our CSBR. This should be moving into that territory shortly.
Yep, we knew it was coming. Sidransky finally adds his 1st piece to the puzzle. We knew CSBR was going higher and was worth the wait. So's MNET.
Wow, nice news. This one's truly worth the wait.
Yes it's certainly an option that gets us to the dollars in a hurry. Nice to have that in our back pockets.:)
Morning all. Remember to buy at the ask and hold. The float is almost gone here and we should be seeing signs here soon. Any progress will propel us much further up the mountain.:)
Jimmenknee, the stock went from .04 on Feb 1 to a high of .35 on March 7, which I believe is long before BHUB came into the picture. Not a lot of takers?
Please find me some more stocks that are struggling like that. I want to help them in their struggles.
Great day today, guys. Hold those shares tight, we're climbing to the top of Mount Napa. Dollar land is our summit.
Getting close to that dollar mark. This is looking very good.
I was surprised too. I don't keep up on BHUB but I think I read that they are out of luck. No rescue effort after all. That's why the split changed I think but I could be wrong.
I love your quote. That's classic Ben Franklin.
You have the wrong stock. There is no split coming on EEGI. The split is for TELA.
Great idea.:)
.09s getting hit hard on MNET, double digits soon.
Yes, it's a clean shell.
Yeah zoom, they a very attractive shell. Stocker knew this too.:)
Well Bayseng isn't going to get any smaller. They have 100,000 bay trees producing bay leaves every year. To take Bayseng public would give I'm guessing around $25 to $50 million dollars of value to their shares ($5 to $10 dollars per share depending on what the company is worth, maybe more).
Those shares aren't going to be restricted forever. They have to weigh the potential profits against the idea of taking the family biz public. They have other options too. They've already been contacted about a lucrative merger possibility.
$50,000 worth of motivation, which is almost the cost to buy a shell from Stocker outright. They have been working with a large chinese company that wants to grow wine on their farm. So they're likely very aware of private chinese companies dying to merge with an american shell.:)
Yep, that's the reactivation. Good DD Trucker.
yes invest, we both know the Attards belong in the dollars, not the pennies. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better investment.
Yes indeed. The picture in the I-box says it all. Blue skies as far as the eye can see.
Awesome, let's go for .20 while we're at it.:)
Stocker blew it on this one. It surprised me too that he would go after a shell that had already been reactivated by the original owners. They ususally go after shells that haven't had activity for years.
The Attards had already reactivated. I think he was going after it on the technicality that the Attards failed to file an annual report in a timely fashion. He must have really wanted this shell to take that chance. He surely lost quite a bit of money contesting it.
Awesome board, guys. Great idea. A couple more of Michael Anthony's are IMCX and SHWK.
And don't forget the great Kip Eardley. He owns a few. Okay maybe we should forget about Kip, he seems to have forgotten about his shells.
Have they reverse split a lot? They don't have that many shares outstanding. I thought the business plan sounded good but they went silent.
Great post. Holy crap I may have to buy some more. I keep telling myself that's enough. The pie chart on my ameritrade account has rapidly turned into one giant piece and a bunch of tiny slivers.
Imagine if they announce they're bringing Bayseng public. How high will this go? $5.00 is still only a $35 million dollar market cap. This is still small volume so far.
I agree, if it's a heavy storm season as is being predicted this could really catch fire. The planned stores across the gulf coast and the low float could really be a nice combination here.
It will be nice to read Masters again as the storms develop. He knows his stuff.
welcome hound, good to have a fellow CSBR owner joining us.
beautiful. Do I hear double digits coming?
