Trust me, when and if I decide to buy it will be millions of shares at a time.
I'm a little bit more patient, since I don't think we have seen capitulation yet. The market wants to go lower here.
There is definitely a little bit of short interest here, albeit not very much:
http://otcshortreport.com/?index=MFST&action=view
But yeah, not many shares for sell today, so I might have to take other measures.
There you guys go, anyone want to fulfill that 5 million order at .0060?
If not, get ready shorty because I will walk it up so fast your head will spin. LOL
Looking like a big fall coming right up. Once .0020 breaks, look out below.
Longs have been too greedy with this one.
Actually wrong... Level 2 shows 900k on the ask at .0220... If that is a small seller, you must be very rich.
You are right mathematically speaking....the point was that those that bought in at .0080 lost out on over 100% profits had they not sold on time.
I wish you guys luck, as I have gone along for the bagholder ride with this one and was fortunate to get out safely with an .0288 average. Over 3 cents would have been better, but never be greedy in the OTC.
I will let you know when it safe to buy back in again, I promise.
When the bid at .0213 gets destroyed, look out below!
Keen observation, but you left out that it dropped over 100% when it was trading within that range. From .0195 to .0080 within 2 days - 1/3 - 1/5.
I think we are due for at least a 50% drop, it's been a while since we had a long read candlestick. The chart desperately needs one or two.
Longs have been too greedy, and now they pay up to good ole shorty.
5 days of walking it down, and you blame the MM's. Look at the short volume and then think again:

Chart is starting to look like a free fall early in the morning. Look at that short volume move in, no wonder:

Tried to warn you guys, but longs are too stubborn to see the truth right in front of them.
We'll revise your estimate after the opening bell.
Good luck to you today.
I am talking about the bid at .0202...
I can "ask" for Santa Claus to save the longs today, but that doesn't seem likely as Christmas is long gone. Better luck next year.
Denial turns to dismay and then capitulation - compliments of the OTC marketplace.
Don't get stuck when she drops!
If we get more news, insiders well take advantage of the increased volume and flood more shares onto the market, just like they did last week. Perfect selling opportunity.
Sure you want more news to come out?
Wrong, the RSI for ICNB spent years at 30 and below and now we are going back down there quicker than a hiccup.
Nothing goes up forever. Bwhahaha look at that short interest spike and guess again:
http://otcshortreport.com/?index=ICNB&action=view
Actually I called the Patriots winning the game, and I posted that on this board.
I see the Falcons like ICNB in an illustrative sense-- they got off to an amazing early start, yet the walls eventually came crashing in and they tumbled into the abyss.
Good luck with those Falcons. The longs will need all the help they can get next week.
Also from the link you sent,
"if sulfites are added and the total sulfites in the wine are above 10 parts per million, it must make the statement, Contains Sulfites."
Interesting that Bellissima has the warning " contains sulfites".
Not truly organic after all.
I never said that organic wines cannot have sulfites. What I said is that they cannot have sulfites added. All wine has natural occuring sulfites, yet when you add your own during the bottling process, that is when the warning, " contains sulfites must be added".
From the article that you sent, it reads as follows:
" wine in this category cannot have any added sulfites. It may have naturally occurring sulfites, but the total sulfite level must be less than 20 parts per million".
Everyone has known about California for months. The market is forward looking, and the rally we got up to .0320 has priced all of that in.
From here on out, we will need financials to go higher. Pumping and bashing will only slow the inevitable certainty, which is that we will retrace at least 50 - 60% from the high at .0320.
http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/05/fibonacciretracement.asp
Good luck to all.
Nope, last time the money flow index got above 80, we sold off from .02 to under .01.....but nice try.
I am glad that you drew an arrow to point out the 50 day moving average. We are overdue for a test at that level, just like what happened in middle of December.
Now at that level I might be a buyer of ICNB stock. Not because I am a believer or anything, but because I know that every dead cat is prone to bounce.
California news already priced in. Everyone has known about California for months. Nice try though!

Pricesely why the MM's dip this hard before bringing it anywhere else.
When the MM's know that there is a 39 million short to cover, they have full confidence in bringing the price down, as they will be able to cover easily and make lots of money in the process.
The risk is more to the downside, and the MM's know this now. Why is someone shorting so heavily is the question? Because most of the profits will be stripped from longs and given to the MM's -story of the OTC.
Level 2 won't show you AON orders, so many don't have a clue of what is going on. Just cheap talk and a guessing game.
Very wisely stated and keen observation although I think it will go lower than .0175.
Stop losses will drive this lower coupled with the selling pressure from those that bought in early that are beginning to get impatient and antsy now, as evidence by the fake email from the "CEO" that looked scribbled together on the back of a napkin at best, and was posted on this board last night. Wondering why that email was deleted...hmmmm...maybe because it was a fake.
California already priced into the stock price, and we trade down to sideways until we get some hard numbers in the form of a SEC filing.
Nothing and I repeat nothing goes straight up forever. If you are just finding out about ICNB, you are late to the party. The Prosecco just ran out.
Better luck drinking beer. Go Patriots!
Come on Smallville, we already established that Chrisite does nothing for free. It's not free publicity when Chrisite makes 10% from gross sales.
If she wanted shareholders to succeed, she would have opted with 10% from Net instead.
Bellissima is already overpriced, so there better be some wiggle room within the margins when we are forced to bring the retail price down. Competition sells their bottles from $10 - $15, and we are asking for $20...hmmmm.
Come Monday, the topic will be "why didn't we get out of this when there was profit in our portfolio"....The telltale sign that longs are worried and concerned, is the fake email they created from the so-called CEO at 10 p.m. last night in response to the stores and locations showing up on the website that never actually heard of this product or don't even stock Bellissima and never have. --The Bellissima train just crashed into reality....Timber!
The folks that bought in at .025 will sell their shares at .02....the folks that bought at .02 will freak out and sell out at .0150, and so on all the way back down to sub penny.
OTC is where profits need to be taken quickly, because profits will get swallowed up whole by the short AON orders controlling this stock now. Time for the Market Makers to make their money.
News broke and we didnt even touch .03....it barely touched .0295 with a few shares, and the selling continued all day bringing the price to .0249 at close....Very concerning if you are long and wake up late on Monday, or if you can't be near the computer when this breaks under .02.
Better find a way to get out quickly before the RSI finds its place below 30.... hint, it has a long way to drop till it gets there.
Currently early morning here in Europe, but damn those markets, they get everyone from all over together on Ihub message boards.
Peace brotha.
I like this guy....thanks for the laugh.
Not being sarcastic....lol
Smart guy....he has learned what the market can do.
The market makers swallow up paper profits whole....why... because the MM's share part of those profits with the group that sets the short AON order in place....
They create the volume to make it all happen. And so tomorrow it all begins.
I have purchased their product, that is why I have informed many here that Bellissima is not truly an organic product....buyer be aware, caveat emptor...each bottle is marked as "contains sulfites" rather than not having the warning there at all like it should..or at the very least....the warning should read, "no sulfites added, NSA.
I am one step away from suing these people for false advertising. People can research for themselves the FDA warning codes and see that Bellissima should have contained fewer than 10 parts per million (ppm) sulfites had it been a "truly organic wine".
What else have you added to this wine Rich? I have a feeling that it is poisoning shareholder's minds and mystifying them to buy more stock...so the pump and dump can ride one last time.
You got to give it to the guy, it takes balls to take angry shareholders along for the ride. He is Italian after all...just like myself.
The shorts always come from thin air...and they feast on exhuberance.
What attracts a whale of a short is the constant and belligerant calls for (.10, .. 20. 50 . 75).... seen daily on this board...and someone somewhere said more than a dollar .....hahahh...lol
Not even in your dreams.
"We all need more than a little help from our friends"...
This week, someone falls off the white horse. Riding a horse and drinking/carrying a wine bottle do not mix.
The horsey has gotten too fat, and now she needs to lay down to rest. "Back down she goes! When she comes up again, no one knows"
Wrong.....market makers will first want to fulfill a certain 39 million short AON order before the price here goes anywhere anytime fast.....like I said, sideways to downward short term....so 10 days won't cut it. The volume is too much for this stock.
Can you imagine how much more churning needs to be done before the orders fufills....
You will be gone from this board, poof.
I understand businesses more than you think, and need I remind you we are talking about a public company here that can currently issue up to 1.2 billion more authorized shares.
The shares outstanding are 814,790,609 and the authorized share count is 2 billion.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ICNB/profile
So who do you think is going to pay to ramp up production, since now longs purport we will be selling so much more Bellissima prosecco at $19.99 versus competition at $10 - $15?
You think Rich doesn't know that he needs to talk to creditors to do that, and as we have seen in all our experience with this CEO, the shareholders pay dearly.
To many Danny Devito is a bigger star than Brinkley (a little short for my taste), yet that didn't guarantee shareholders any success with Iconic's Limencello attempt. Stock price went up and came crashing to .0001 -true pump and dump fashion.
Brinkley can only ride the white horse for so long, eventually riders always get off the horse before the fall.
Good luck, you will need it tomorrow.
You are missing the point.
Sears is a huge company and they are failing. Why is it failing, because consumers choose to shop online due to the lower prices and convenience.
Now with Apple, the same thing can happen in time, if they lose their competitive advantage.
For ICNB, the chief concern is that their product is too expensive relative to their competitors. Not a good problem to have when we have less of a margin to work with considering we pay royalties to CB of 10% off the top.
Perhaps not in the charity business....but many business lose money and fail. Fact.
Fact of the matter, Rich has had multiple failures, so why should Bellissima be any different?
Look up Danny Devito and Limoncello for starters
Some on here claim to have information before it is released....I only ask questions because perhaps some on here could enlighten me.
I give Apostle partial credit though, as I missed that part in the Feb 2nd PR about BevMo. Looks like they are still finalizing, so deal still not done.
Maybe not $187 per bottle in losses, but since no one really knows what they will make or will lose per bottle, we are able to deduce based on the information given.
Having tried many other Prosecco wines and comparing the price points of $10 - $15 per bottle with all other brands, I would say that Bellissimma is a bit expensive and is subject to a price drop.
If Rich can't afford to pay 10% of gross to Chrisite every month and drop the price to compete, we are sh*t out of luck.
The latest PR regarding BevMo said "agreed in principal", yet that is very different from we have reached an agreement.
Why the hestiation on the part of BevMo or Rich. Is it that they cannot agree with the price, or is there not enough supply for BevMo's minimal ordering agreement? A chain such as BevMo will demand that there be enough supply to stock all there stores.
The problem with putting out a PR saying that you are talking with BevMo and then not giving shareholders an update even two weeks later, makes many think that the BevMo contract might not be coming anymore.
Why else the silence? If the market has priced in BevMo and it never comes, we will drop hard.
