What is the Unified Marine story?
I went to the website, searched all of it, searched ALL of the links, ALL of the partners. NOT one word about SEVU to be found. I recall a PR about Unified selling SEVU marine products?
I did find this under Internet dealers for Unified Marine:
http://www.iboats.com/mall/index.cgi?cart_id=433419244&keywords=video+camera&search_in_categ...
Not a SEVU camera, Another misleading PR from SEVU?
Peace.....
OK dk76 give us your take on it...
I would like to know what you take on the exclusive patents is. Not just a cryptique on liner.
Can Charles Abraham and his new wire21 let others use the technology? Is yes then why does SEVU claim it is exclusive?
Please tell your opinion on http://www.wire21.com selling the technology that SEVU claims is "exclusive"?
Please advise....

Misleading statements SEC filings
I was reading over the 10k & related 10q's today and found this in the filings.
"We have also developed a video security system utilizing an exclusive patented technology, which enables video transmission through existing electrical wiring."
http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/quotes_sec.asp?symbol=SEVU&selected=SEVU
Upon further DD it is obvious that this is an erroneous statement. The technology was developed by Charles Abram & Videocom/Wire21. As well the technology is not exclusive at all. Anyone or any company can purchase the technolgy direct from the developer.
http://www.wire21.com
I think with the SEC investigation still not settled along with the Class action lawsuits it would be wise for SEVU to be FACTUAL when issuing PR and filings.
Happy Posting ----
Use any CAMERA to transmit over power lines.
You can use any camera with standard RCA jacks to transmit video over power lines in your home. This technology IS NOT EXCLUSIVE TO SEVU. Anyone or any company can use the technology to transmit video over power lines.
The acVIEW Monitoring Base plugs into an electrical outlet near monitoring site. Baseband video and audio signals are accepted from camcorders or palmcorders via RCA phono cables. The video signal is frequency shifted to a specific band in the 6-30 Mhz range and injected into the premises electrical wiring, making it available to every room in a single family home.
The acVIEW Monitoring Receiver may be plugged into a standard electrical outlet near a television in a secondary viewing room. A composite RF signal is extracted from the electrical line and frequency shifted to baseband. The video and audio signals are delivered to the secondary television via a standard coaxial cable.
The patents SEVU claims as exclusive on there website and in filings is in fact NOT TRUE. The technology is available for anyone to use.
What did the shareholders pay one million shares for? Why does the SEVU website and filings make you think that these patents are exclusive to SEVU?
Makes you wonder?

Review of the Secureview camera.
SECURITY CAMERAS :
SeaView has issued ludicrous claims for massive sales growth (400,000 units, $168 million revenue in FY 2001) of its SecureView security camera. To assess these claims, a brief background discussion of surveillance cameras reveals a different story. A basic overview of the technology reveals no such mass-market opportunity exists.
There are literally hundreds of different types of security cameras: digital vs. analog, fixed vs. movable, color vs. black-and-white, fixed focus vs. variable length, wired vs. wireless, visible light vs. infrared, indoor vs. outdoor, with wide variations in clarity of image, form factors, etc. Hidden cameras disguised as emergency lights, motion detectors, smoke detectors, clocks, exit signs, books, pagers, teddy bears, etc. can be readily purchased in the $100 to $300 range. Prices range from a few dollars to hundreds or thousands, depending of course on features.
(See clock-cam, exit sign cam, motion detector cam, etc. examples here : http://www.hiddencamera.com/camera.acgi$search?template=results.html&cart=-1235088237&start=... )
SecureView's single camera is a black-and-white, analog camera that is "disguised" in a floodlight and screws into an ordinary light socket. It does not move -- it delivers a fixed image only. Its claim that it provides a "breakthrough" in ease of installation without changes to building wiring is subject to numerous restrictions, including:
· it cannot be used in place of an existing floodlight or emergency light, because it emits no visible light
· its image transmission is limited by the location of the electric circuit breaker panel in the particular building
· Its sole form factor, that of a standard floodlight, points in only a fixed direction.
For complex surveillance applications, such as military buildings or large retail establishments, the cameras comprise only one small part of a complete installation. The design of a complete surveillance system requires engineering expertise to deal with storage and monitoring of the video streams from the cameras, as well as the placement, selection, installation and maintenance of such equipment. The cameras themselves represent only a tiny fraction of a surveillance system's contract cost.
For home use, there is a wide variety of potential solutions, both wired and wireless. Again the SecureView camera represents no breakthrough. Even if it works as claimed, it presumes:
· that the homeowner has an accessible floodlight fixture in the exact location desired for the camera to view
· that light from that bulb is not needed (SecureView does not cast visible light)
· that the homeowner intends to have continuous access to a single black-and-white monitor, in a single location, of a single image for security monitoring purposes
· that the monitoring location is accessible by an electrical circuit on the same sub-panel as the camera is placed
· that such a solution is worth $399 for a single camera (not including monitor), the SecureView price point.
Numerous home security camera kits are already available both online and in stores, offering lower price points and multi-camera monitors. Several kits, available from well-known consumer brand names such as Sony and Magnavox, offer 4-camera complete kits, including 4-way monitor, cameras, housings, and controls,
for appx $800 retail. http://www.123cctv.com/cctv/agora.cgi?page=exposedsystems.html
Kits can also be purchased to make any security camera transmit its images via wireless. Costs range from less than $100 to $300, depending on distance, number of cameras, switching capability, etc. http://www.123cctv.com/cctv/agora.cgi?page=transmitters_.html
Given these competitive market realities in both the industrial and home surveillance cameras, the SecureView is clearly more of a marketing gimmick than a breakthrough solution.
We here at PACIFIC are partial to the Kevlar bodysuit cam , the dual facing helmet cam and the shoe-tip cams for those outings to the local mall.

I think if you read them both you will see that the world is FULL of differing opinions. I am sure x-10 has flaws just as secureview does.
I see x-10's obvious technological advantage in internet, SOFTWARE, PC, 24/7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT & PRICE.
How about your personal review of an x-10 product that you have?

Close-up on X10's XTremely Cool Camera
By Dexter Davenport
(January 30, 2000)
One of the most popular features of the WebTV Plus is being able to capture pictures from videotape or from a video camera and email them or include them in a Web page. We often get letters asking us for advice on where to get a cheap camera to use for video captures.
A reader writes:
Q: I have a WebTV Plus and I've been wanting to use the video capture feature to send pictures of my kids to my family, but I just can't justify the several hundred dollars it costs to buy one of those hand-held video cameras. After all, I don't need the video recording part, the fancy zoom lens, or the color LCD screen. So what am I supposed to do?
A: Buy an XCam from X10.
X10, a 20-year-old home automation company, is selling a range of products for home use that all include tiny, but excellent color cameras for less than $100. The installation can be a bit complicated, but we think X10 provides an excellent value to WebTV users and we recommend both the XCam and the XCam Anywhere.
The Tiny Camera
The XCam is an indoor camera without sound, while the XCam Anywhere is an weather resistant indoor/outdoor camera with a built-in microphone. This makes the Anywhere camera suitable for both video and audio captures on a WebTV Plus. Both cameras exhibit a slight fish-eye effect. The XCam Anywhere camera lens affords a 38-degree view of the world. It's not well suited for close-up portrait images, as they will appear slightly distorted. But for pictures of the family at the table or sitting around the livingroom, the X10 works well. We were also surprised how well it worked in typical living room lighting conditions.
In both cases, the set-up is a little complicated, but the instruction sheets included are fairly clear, although we wish all the instructions had been consolidated into one sheet. As it is, each part of the system comes with its own instructions, making this seem to be a bit of a hodgepodge, rather than a unified and polished product. This is often the case with gee-wiz electronics companies that spend most of their attention to building cool gadgets, and less polishing them for the consumer market. Nevertheless, the instructions are complete.
XCam Anywhere Kit
The XCam system is comprised of a small color camera, a video sending unit, a video receiving unit, two power adapters, and some cables.
The sender and receiver are small, black, rounded boxes that are each about the size of two or three videotapes stacked together. The have connectors on the back for the cables, camera and the power adapters. On the bottom are switches for changing the frequency the units use. On the top is a flat plastic panel that folds up and pivots. This is the antenna.
Actual Size
The XCam camera was so small--about the size of a chocolate truffle--that when we first received our unit from X10, one of our staff didn't realize that the camera was included. She called the company and had another one sent, which is why we are also testing the XCam Anywhere camera.
In both cases, the camera draws power from one of the power adapters and sends its signal to the video sender where it is converted into radio waves and broadcast to the receiver through its antenna.
The XCam system uses a 2.4 GHz frequency to transmit its signals. This enables the signal to travel through floors, doors, windows, and furniture for about 100 feet without losing signal quality. That's one-third the length of a football field.
Receiver
The antennas must be adjusted so that they point to each other. This can be a bit of a chore if they are in different rooms, but fortunately the system appears somewhat forgiving. The sender and receiver can be set to different channels, allowing more than one unit to be operated at a time.
The video receiver is hooked up to the WebTV (or directly to the TV or a VCR) via the coaxial cable, or the RCA jacks.
One of the peculiarities of the XCam is that the X10 camera snaps onto the back of the video sender. The X10 camera has its plug built in to the back of its tiny cube. This is a little odd, because it means the back of the sender needs to be pointed at you in order to use the camera.
Mounted Camera
The XCam Anywhere takes care of this problem by putting the camera on the end of a 12-foot cable, enabling you to put it just about anywhere. The only difficulty was getting the XCam Anywhere camera to stay put. It is meant to be mounted to some surface using screws. Its base doesn't allow it to stand alone, so we had to prop it up using CDs or videotapes.
We were taken aback the number of wires and devices it took to hook the camera to the WebTV. We wish the good folks at X10 would come out with a camera that connected directly to the WebTV without the video sender and receiver. It would make the installation a lot simpler, and should decrease the cost even further.
Still, the remote features may be of use to people who wish to use it as part of a security system. For example, parents could hook an XCam Anywhere to their TV and put the camera in their baby's room. If their TV has picture-in-picture, they can watch TV and keep an eye on the baby at the same time. WebTV Plus users can use the Plus' PIP feature to surf the Internet and watch the baby.
Parents can also monitor the pool or play areas to keep their older kids safe.
You could even set the camera up to identify people who come to your front door, to videotape birthday parties or family celebrations and holidays, or to show friends and family your pride and joy, whether it's a new car, new baby, or a new pet. Using the WebTV Plus, you can e-mail pictures or put them in your PageBuilder or the Net4TV Community on Folksites.
One use we found especially convenient was being able to watch movies from a DVD or VCR on a bedroom TV. We connected a VCR to the sender in our living room and sent the signal into the bedroom. It's cheaper than a second VCR, and far easier than disconnecting and moving the VCR. We would love if the folks at X10 could come up with a way to surf WebTV from another room. We suspect it might be possible because the video sender and receiver do have the ability to repeat the signals from certain remote controls from one room to another, but we weren't able to test it for WebTV.
As we went to publish, we heard X10 has a new product called XCam2 that simplifies matters somewhat by integrating the video sender into the camera. The camera has a built-in stereo microphone and a more stable base that can be mounted on a tripod. We will attempt to review this unit in a future issue of Net4TV Voice.
The prices for X10 products seem to change often as they introduce new products and introduce new promotions. For current pricing information, go to the X10 Website.
One added bonus we found was X10's excellent customer service policies. Shipping is free and they have a 30-day money back guarantee. Their on-line purchasing system is secure and they have a toll-free number (1-800-675-3044) for those who prefer to order by phone. Their technical support is handled via e-mail, but it seems to be handled quickly.

http://www.wire21.com/
Wire21 has taken the necessary steps to protect its revolutionary technologies through patents. To date, six US and one EPO patent have been issued, three US patent applications are pending, and nine foreign applications have been filed.

A couple of highlights as follows:
What technology allows the above to actually happen, in real time? CEBus® Standard and Home Plug and Play™ Specification. CEBus® is an open international standard (EIA-600) for controlling devices over different media. The CEBus® protocol allows developers to control any aspect of a device by creating a software model of the device using what is known as the Common Application Language (CAL). Seven media are covered by the CEBus® Standard: power line, radio frequency (RF), infrared (IR), coax, twisted pair, fiber optics and audio/video. The Home Plug and Play™ specification brings the notion of ease to the consumer and helps manufacturers design products that will allow any individual to add, at their own pace, networked devices from different manufacturers to improve quality of living. Home Plug and Play™ specification lists "product - to-product" interoperability specifications for products that will run over home control networks. This is done through application contexts that describe how the different attributes of a device or service (e.g., volume, channel, or temperature) are controlled. Interoperability is defined along three axis: communication, application, and scenario interoperability. The Home Plug and Play™ Specification is available at www.cebus.org . CIC, Inc, is a trade organization dedicated to the successful market development and application of interoperable home automation, home networking and home security products.
Getting Ready" -- You travel down the stairs to the kitchen, your security system senses you have left the room and sends the news broadcast downstairs to the kitchen TV and changes the programming from your local news program to the Wall Street Journal so you can read it over breakfast and get a head start on your business day. And so the story continues…
"'Run' Some Errands -- Suddenly you remember a bill you need to pay today. Using the TV remote, you change channels to the bank channel, send the payment and transfer money to your checking account to cover the cost. Just then the doorbell rings, you change channels again to the outside security camera and discover the caller is from the remodeling crew that you hired the week before from the on-line yellow pages. You let them in by pressing the security code on the remote.

Now this is an interesting article!
Here is the SEVU related paragraph:
So what kind of networks will be the norm in the home? The possibilities are diverse, based on phone lines, power lines, wireless and new wiring. So far the only answer is “Yes.” It’s basically a tradeoff between ease of setup and obtainable rate. At the high end, Sony is pushing Fire Wire (IEEE 1394), which has 400-Mbps capacity and can handle digital video, uncompressed. In this case new coax must be installed, but it’s a great way to push video from a single digital VCR (when it arrives) to multiple sets. The Universal Serial Bus (USB) is becoming commonplace on computers and will be useful to attach printers and cable modems, but its capability falls short of digital video needs. As millions of instructions per second (MIPS) become billions of instructions per second (GIPS), this will begin to look shortsighted; for a few dollars more every computer could have Fire Wire, which is a lot more future-proof.
http://www.telecoms-mag.com/issues/199909/tcs/highway.html
Here is another good one:
Gates says digital video cameras will hang off most future PCs, and 3Com, which sells one, shares that digital vision.
"People are geographically spread out, but the Internet has broken those geographic barriers," says Anna Pappas, network devices product line marketing manager for 3Com. A digital camera literally puts a picture on Internet communication.
Video cameras will also be popular as security systems, she adds. You may remotely monitor a room using a home-networked video camera connected to the Internet.
And once digital video is standard on PCs, you'll have built-in software and a processor with the horsepower to easily edit it. For example, Microsoft's Windows Millennium Edition will ship with Movie Maker for simple video editing. And Sony's latest desktop already comes with MovieShaker, aimed at consumers.

A few interesting posts on RB.....
This one caught my eye, From RB:
SEVUs acVideo license appears non-exclusive as acVideo is currently offered for sale to the public direct by VideoCom.
http://home.earthlink.net/~videocom/products.htm
Also, SEVU's bogus PR tagline "A version of IRFS capable of LAN/WAN data transmission over power lines has also been introduced." is misleading at best and borders on fraud. This is VideoCom's product NOT SEVUs. SEVU PRs repeatedly attempt to imply otherwise.
IMHO+++

I, nor my firm, ever printed for SEVU, If you read ALL of the posts I had explaned this many many times. SEVU contracted a dear friend of mine for a large print run, accepted such run & then proceeded not to pay them for 150 plus days. I believe you are posting outside of TOS making this untruthful and harassing personal attack.

Good enough HWGC
I do not doubt the product works, I just question the flexibility SEVU claims it has to compete with the other "real" home & business security camera systems.
They can sell a few thousand systems a year to guys like you, but, to make the outrageous money they claim it needs to have a whole lot more function & flexibility or it will be just another camera toy, which by the way you can get for a whole lot less money and still have more functions and technology.
To be a commercial security system
WWW remote Connections & viewing
PC home connections
Digital recording
SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, TECHNOLOGY & TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
enjoy.......
.eom
HWGC can you connect it to your PC?
Did they offer you software? or at the least the method to attach it to a PC?
I saw diverdan had a method to attach it to a VCR but did SEVU give you any indication this could be done or how to do it?
You may have a use for it, some others may as well, but to make it a commercially viable security system to compete with the many others SEVU needs to publish how to attach it to a PC, How to remote monitor via the www or at least the method to connect it to a VCR. Diverdan did it, he seems very apt technically, but what about the rest of the world who dont buy unless it is "plug n play"
I have asked this question many times, How can you connect a secureview to yuor PC and use the www to remote monitor with it. What hardware is needed, cards etc. What software is needed, Does SEVU offer it? What does it cost, Were do you get the parts and why does the SEVU website make no mention of being able to do any of this?
JP
Fair enough....
Fact, Fraud, Intent. I do not have the answer, but, as you say time will tell.
Now fancy me this, RLM possibly was using his shares as collateral for loans and or financing of production, not selling, but as "credit". This is just speculation but we all know CEO's and companies use shares to obtain credit and such personally & for business. I have alwys had the opinion that the additional 1000000 shares to RLM needed to be issued for a margin call of some sort. I dont believe we have the right to know if RLM used his shares for persoanl loans etc....
Speculation of course, What is it I here July 16 some of the law suits are going in front of a judge? Is this true?
.eom
Good point DK76, I am not a lawyer....
Now you see & must admit the 8k was devestating to SEVU shareholders. More then the a@p reports maybe. Why do we still have this issue?
Independent Public Accountants.
Selection of the independent auditor for the Company is made by the Board of Directors. During the fiscal year ending December 31, 2000, the Board of Directors served as the Company's Audit Committee with regard to audit and accounting issues in the absence of a formal committee. Accounting Consultants, Inc.; Carol L. McAtee, CPA, currently serves as the Company's independent auditor. Representatives of Accounting Consultants, Inc. will be present at the annual meeting and will have an opportunity to make a statement or respond to appropriate questions. The Board of Directors has not yet selected the auditors for fiscal 2001.
Now this group of directors were directly responsible for the fraudulent filings? Rich said he would not vote his shares. Then why o why are they still the directors? Who voted them back in? After the 8k debacle I would have to think the shareholders deserved to re-elect this bunch, OR NOT?
"The affirmative vote of a plurality of the shares represented at the Annual Meeting will be necessary for the election of directors. Abstentions will be treated as negative votes cast on a particular matter as well as shares present and represented for purposes of establishing a quorum."

A@P & Insidetruth was the first and only battle....
When a@p broke the report it tanked the stock and opened up tons of other related bashers etc...If SEVU had any battle to fight for the shareholders it was and still is the insidetruth.com reports.
Why no action? Then, or now? Seems like with the new news about a@p SEVU could easily have the reports removed from the www? I think the problem is in this case a@p had RLM & SEVU by the short hairs with some good reporting facts and he , RLM, just kept his mouth going giving the shorts more ammo. If this report is a lie SEVU could have it removed in a short inexpensive legal motion. I am sure the lawyer and legal would be a fraction of the class action stuff you shareholders are paying for now.
IMHO
All of the class action suits refer to the 8k
That is all I am saying, I hear you guys saying the shorts started the suits, The suits are bogus because RLM or insiders did not sell. I did not see these reasons from the attorneys. All I see is the class action suits are based on SEVU fraudulent SEC filings. PERIOD.
Maybe FRAUD is not the right term but that is what is being implied. The reason for the Class action suits stem from the 8k & the guidance issued by RLM in PR etc...

Can one of you guys comment on this:
Last month, Rich McBride, along with our Company, was named in a civil action that was filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida by one of our shareholders. The case was filed as a "class action" suit and alleges violations of Sections 10 (b) and 20 (a) of the Securities Act of
1934 and Rule 10b-5, thereunder. The Company's legal counsel is currently assessing the allegations of the complaint and is unable at this time to provide an opinion regarding the merits of the suit, its likely outcome and/or its likely effect on the Company. However, if the Company were unsuccessful in defending this lawsuit, this matter would have a material adverse effect on our financial condition and operations. Presently, Mr. McBride does not have a material interest adverse to the Company with respect to the suit; however, it is possible that a conflict of interest between Mr. McBride and the Company
could develop in the future.
"Possible conflict of interest" Please advise?
Now after the 8k debacle what does this tell you?

To me this is this same old SEVU just some new names on the business cards.
Again, I digress.....
How many red flags does it take!
Happy Posting!-----
First let me say I DO NOT AGREE with A@P style....
I dont like shorts, or the way he operates his actions, The problem you SEVU longs have with him is your old CEO RLM made it so easy for him to smack you guys down.
HOWEVER....
www.insidetruth.com is still online
SEVU reports are still online
SEVU has never legally challenged the reports
A@P may be not the nicest of guys and may have manipulated stocks illegally, BUT, The SEVU reports still stand online at insidetruth.com uncontested in any court by SEVU. Why?
Happy Posting! -----
Can we be "real" about the class action lawsuit?
The lawsuit is being driven by the 8k SEVU filed. The entire suit revolves aroung the FACT SEVU filed fraudulent revenue figures to the SEC. PERIOD.
SEVU committed fraud by its own admission in the 8k, SEVU must now compensate any and ALL shareholders who purchsed SEVU stock during the period. PERIOD.
I keep hearing it is the shorters filing the suits? It is the 8k that is driving the suits. I hear since RLM or no insiders sold then the suit is not valid. This has nothing to do with any of it! The fact is SEVU filed fraudulent financials as admitted in the 8k and now must compensate shareholders.
Come on guys, Get real !
Here you go guys a question from RB......
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=SEVU&read=37708
I'll take a shot at that question. How bout a proxy for the re-election of directors?? Do you think shareholders who have held this stock would like to see the same directors...Myles J. Gould, Bradford M. Gould and James R. Cox...on the Board? They obviously were not watching the shop last year when the company filed incorrect reports with the SEC and mislead investors in every press release put out!
Courtesy of BRMC.......
I still would like to know why my post was deleted? he board asked me for questions, I gave you a whole list of them? What is up with that?
Peace......
FG deleted my answer.....
Ask him to restore it dk76........

SEVU shareholders......................
Do you agree with this statement from dk76?
"I don't think there are any noteworthy business issues to require a shareholder vote. "
Please tell me this is not the case!
What is the deal with all the Red Flags
"For example, the purchase of a 20% interest in the springs for 150,000 shares, which by the boards approval, was to be paid back by RM within a certain number of days. To date, we still have no evidence of the payback. "
"RM failed to file the required documents with the SEC about his publicly declared purchases of SEVU stock. Purchases in April, documents filed by May 10. No fillings."
"No fillings on the supposed Private Placement with officers for $1.5M either. And to top it off, NO PROXY!!!"
The rivet
The Sports Authority
The 8k
The SEC investigation
The 100,000 shares bought by RLM & G3?
I am going to read thru ALL of the PR from SEVU over the last year and make a list for ALL of you to respond to. I plan on focussing on the "New Team" PR in particular.
How many red flags does it take!

Was in K-mart tonight......
In the sporting goods section. They have a new product on sale, shelf loads of them. Optronic fish light attractors! manufactured in Oklahoma.
Now did'nt SEVU make some claims in a PR awhile back about their fish light going to K-mart? Did not see one! Optronics had a huge display
Another SEVU misguided PR or is it something deeper? You make the call.

I will also add SEC investigation.....

HP...you have no idea!
My Father sold more homes and lots in North Port & Port Charlotte VIA direct mail than any other developer ever, combined. Our company was contracted by the original owners of the area's GDC to develop direct mail lead generating programs to sell the area. It lasted over 12 years and we had total billing of 100 million over that 12 years. GDC made many many millions and my family was raised from that account, me & my father still have millions of the money from that wonderful time in the early years of SW Florida.
My problem with the shareholders meeting...
"No vote, so no proxy. Stock price sucks"
From DK76...
SH Meeting announcements have probably arrived everywhere by now (I'm on the west coast, and mine arrived today..... sorry Cookie... I know you think I live elsewhere). SH meeting 6/29. No vote, so no proxy. Stock price sucks, but you know what? We're pacing ourselves!!
Sounds like a open house again and not a true shareholders meeting?
OK Longs lets be clear and "real"
Yes, I agree the shorters, the MM's and a few other SEVU bears have contributed in the stock price tanking. No doubt about it.
However.....
SEVU intentionally filed fraudulent revenue reports for QTR 2 & 3 2000. SEVU released misleading PR during the same time frame. The 8K, The SEC investigation & The way SEVU handled the company in 2000 has as much IF NOT MORE to do with the stock price. The class action suits may not get many investors being SEVU has so few, YET, Be real, Be honest, The lawsuits have MERIT you can not deny the facts that investors who bought because of the filings and PR are due compensation. PERIOD.
Good Luck longs & as always......
Happy Posting! ------
P.S. - The springs. I was in PC this weeknd and visited the spring, It truly is an awesome natural wonder, I remeber so foundly frolicking in the outflows as a youing man. If the deal SEVU has with is in fact legit, I have my questions about Golden Springs LLC, But, The spring, can be a huge project, IF, big IF they can make a plan that will keep the locals happy and not ruin the natural beaty of the spring as well as market it correctly and not be stupid, greedy & make dumb PR statemenyts about bottling the water & making it a condo area. I have many idea's to market and make millions from the spring. Not many of you know that my Father & myself specialized for years in selling North Port with General Development Corp. It is were I learned to be a direct mailer. I bet I could create a marketing package with my 2 idea's that would make millions and still keep the local and the beauty in tact...
Were did Suburban capital get the 1.5 million shares?
Did they purchase in the open market?
Was it a PP?
Was it a loan or similar "deal", consultant etc....
Does anyone know this company or were and how & why they have 1.5 million shares of stock?
Please advise.....
