OK Longs lets be clear and "real"
Yes, I agree the shorters, the MM's and a few other SEVU bears have contributed in the stock price tanking. No doubt about it.
However.....
SEVU intentionally filed fraudulent revenue reports for QTR 2 & 3 2000. SEVU released misleading PR during the same time frame. The 8K, The SEC investigation & The way SEVU handled the company in 2000 has as much IF NOT MORE to do with the stock price. The class action suits may not get many investors being SEVU has so few, YET, Be real, Be honest, The lawsuits have MERIT you can not deny the facts that investors who bought because of the filings and PR are due compensation. PERIOD.

P.S. - The springs. I was in PC this weeknd and visited the spring, It truly is an awesome natural wonder, I remeber so foundly frolicking in the outflows as a youing man. If the deal SEVU has with is in fact legit, I have my questions about Golden Springs LLC, But, The spring, can be a huge project, IF, big IF they can make a plan that will keep the locals happy and not ruin the natural beaty of the spring as well as market it correctly and not be stupid, greedy & make dumb PR statemenyts about bottling the water & making it a condo area. I have many idea's to market and make millions from the spring. Not many of you know that my Father & myself specialized for years in selling North Port with General Development Corp. It is were I learned to be a direct mailer. I bet I could create a marketing package with my 2 idea's that would make millions and still keep the local and the beauty in tact...
