Can we be "real" about the class action lawsuit?

The lawsuit is being driven by the 8k SEVU filed. The entire suit revolves aroung the FACT SEVU filed fraudulent revenue figures to the SEC. PERIOD.

SEVU committed fraud by its own admission in the 8k, SEVU must now compensate any and ALL shareholders who purchsed SEVU stock during the period. PERIOD.

I keep hearing it is the shorters filing the suits? It is the 8k that is driving the suits. I hear since RLM or no insiders sold then the suit is not valid. This has nothing to do with any of it! The fact is SEVU filed fraudulent financials as admitted in the 8k and now must compensate shareholders.
