Misleading statements SEC filings

I was reading over the 10k & related 10q's today and found this in the filings.

"We have also developed a video security system utilizing an exclusive patented technology, which enables video transmission through existing electrical wiring."

Upon further DD it is obvious that this is an erroneous statement. The technology was developed by Charles Abram & Videocom/Wire21. As well the technology is not exclusive at all. Anyone or any company can purchase the technolgy direct from the developer.

I think with the SEC investigation still not settled along with the Class action lawsuits it would be wise for SEVU to be FACTUAL when issuing PR and filings.
