This one caught my eye, From RB:
SEVUs acVideo license appears non-exclusive as acVideo is currently offered for sale to the public direct by VideoCom.

Also, SEVU's bogus PR tagline "A version of IRFS capable of LAN/WAN data transmission over power lines has also been introduced." is misleading at best and borders on fraud. This is VideoCom's product NOT SEVUs. SEVU PRs repeatedly attempt to imply otherwise.

Check out this website and you tell me about the technology and the ability for others to license it. Looks like to me it is up for anyone to make some payments to Videocom? I do not see a single mention of the SEVU license or exclusive anywere!
