feels like there is something positive going on here...I've seen this stock mentioned on numerous other boards...

I just stumbled on this stock...can't believe the low float..won't take much to get this to move big time. I'm jumping in...go DPFD!!!!!

I have only held this stock for about a month or so but I was wondering did the spin-off take place?

The Board of Directors of American Security Resources Corp. (OTCBB:ARSC) has voted to spin off its wholly owned subsidiary, Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation (www.hydrafuelcell.com), in a special dividend to the shareholders.

The plan approved by the Board calls for a significant investment directly into Hydra before the spin-off. The spin-off will be submitted to the shareholders in a proxy which will describe the transaction and contain the ratio of Hydra shares to ARSC shares for the dividend. The company expects to have the details of the spin-off completed within 60 days. After the spin-off Hydra’s stock will trade independently

I just spoke to Dale and this is what he told me also...and it will force shorters to cover BEFORE symbol change.

I think this R/S will be something like the recent NPWZ R/S...after R/S they had a F/S a short time afterwards when they saw where their PPS was going to settle. the OS needs to be higher than 5 million shares.
Would be REALLY nice if SPNG took care of shareholders by doing some type of dividend share payout using the AS to shareholders after RS without lowering price of RS shares.

the only one I know if was NPWZ...they went from pink to AMEX...they had reverse of 1/200 and as I recall they announced it about a week or so in advance back in July 09. Then in early aug they announced a 2/1 forward split and then changed it to a 6/1 forward split.

I agree BEHL has come a long way...reading alot of the other posts before yours one would think nothing has been done or accomplished. I think Dennis was perhaps being a little too honest with us and sharing things that were in the pipeline. obviously this helped create some of the cheerleading and some unrealistic expectations. This is a long term investment and after the fast run up some shareholders started seeing dollar signs short term and now are disappointed that we have come back to more realistic PPS levels. if you don't have a realistic timeframe this may not be the investment for you.

S**G took 10 weeks to get back to their highs...we will get back there...still have 4 weeks or so to stair step this back up where it was and then some...we want stair step increases..you normally don't see all the day traders profit taking when it's a relaxed steady stair step climb.

you say AS is currently 6 billion and going to 66 billion post split..is that correct? do they have same As as OS? that's a HUGE number for a pinkie.. been looking at this one and had planned to wait until after split..

it will omly get worse next week...
