I think this R/S will be something like the recent NPWZ R/S...after R/S they had a F/S a short time afterwards when they saw where their PPS was going to settle. the OS needs to be higher than 5 million shares.
Would be REALLY nice if SPNG took care of shareholders by doing some type of dividend share payout using the AS to shareholders after RS without lowering price of RS shares.
